The Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join us. Your role is all about creating captivating digital marketing materials and animations. Your designs will have a direct impact on our marketing efforts.
What You Will Do
- Develop visually appealing digital marketing materials, including e-mail compaignes, banners, social media graphics, promotional assets.
- Design and produce motion graphics to support digital campaigns, new product features, and storytelling efforts.
- Sometimes produce designs for events: print materials, merch, stage/booth design etc
- Understand target audience needs and behaviours, translating insights into compelling and user-friendly design solutions.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate design into marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Create designs that adapt to different platforms and ensure optimal user experiences across diverse marketing channels.
- Maintain brand consistency in all marketing materials, adhering to established design guidelines.
- Stay updated on design trends and bring innovative ideas into marketing materials to enhance overall visual appeal.
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of Graphic Design experience.
- Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Blender, or similar.
- Skilled in AI tools: Midjourney / Stable diffusion, etc.
- Experience creating motion graphics.
- Strong portfolio showcasing projects.
- Flexible and able to handle changing project needs and deadlines.
- Fluency in English (B2 and above).

- Multilingual, especially in Russian.
- Experience in VR projects.

Product Manager - haptic device
Remote • Contract
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to join our hardware team (R&D). You will take full ownership of our interactive haptic device - from defining product vision, features, and go-to-market strategy to building a robust distribution network and delivering the product to customers worldwide.
What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end product execution from design handoff through launch and full product lifecycle
- Lead all communication, negotiation, and documentation with manufacturing partners, managing the factory relationship independently
- Oversee production cycles, certifications, regulatory compliance, and quality control across markets (China, US, Europe)
- Manage logistics end-to-end: from factory to end consumer - across direct sales and distribution partners
- Build and execute distribution strategies across online, retail, and direct channels
- Orchestrate inventory planning, forecasting, and supply chain efficiency, including accessories and SKU lifecycle
- Monitor product performance post-launch (sales, returns, defects, customer feedback) and drive continuous improvement including after-sales and reverse logistics

Not just removing backgrounds—focus on precision craft: extracting clean keys from complex footage, preserving fine detail, and delivering master-ready files for VR environments where edge quality matters.
What You Will Do
- Extract clean, high-quality keys from green screen footage, including challenging cases involving hair, motion blur, and mixed lighting conditions
- Perform spill suppression, edge refinement, and matte cleanup to create seamless final composites
- Deliver clean alpha channels and production-ready assets in agreed formats
- Prepare master projects and render high-quality master files optimized for streaming platforms
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in compositing and green screen post-production workflows
- Strong understanding of keying, alpha channels, spill suppression, edge treatment, and matte generation
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve Fusion
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality visual results
- Fluency in English (B2+)

For this position, we are seeking a Jr. Software Developer with appreciation for frontend technologies to join us on a mission to bring quite recently created product solution to the next level.
What kind of tech stack do we use?
We use various tools to craft our products. On the backend, you can find Scala, NodeJS, PHP, MySQL, Apache Spark, Snowflake, and also Go, MongoDB, Kinesis. On the frontend, we use Vue.js and Vanilla JS when needed. Everything runs on the AWS/ECS cloud. We also love CI/CD, IaC and do daily deployments to ensure your contributions see the light of day as soon as the tests are green and the QA team is happy.
Your responsibilities:
- Work on our main product, a Vue.js application, contributing to the development of new features and maintaining existing ones.
- Write and maintain backend endpoints written in both PHP and Node.js, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend services.
- Work closely with team members to explain and discuss ideas, participate in code reviews, and collaborate to find the best solutions for technical challenges.
You will thrive in this position if you have:
- At least 1 year of experience in programming and following modern software development processes.
- Experience with modern web technologies (Javascript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML) and frameworks (VueJS / React / Angular).
