Job description

As a Global Affiliate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the region and driving success through strategic affiliate partnerships and innovative marketing initiatives.

You will:

  • Search for, attract, and onboard new affiliates for CPA and Flat fee models across all GEOs available in the affiliate program (120+);
  • Coordinate terms & conditions and handle contracting;
  • Engage in the optimization of current campaigns;
  • Manage payouts for/with accounted affiliates;
  • Proficiency in dealing with acquisition fraud and their types, demonstrating a depth of knowledge and practical experience;
  • Respond to inquiries from affiliate partners and provide them with assistance;
  • Take on new projects to improve the affiliate program as a product as an optional initiative;
  • Participate in internal/international affiliate events both remotely and in-person (meet-ups, conferences, business trips);
  • Ensure all affiliate marketing activities adhere to industry and company guidelines and policies;

Your attributes: 

  • English fluency is a must
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Affiliate Marketing. Knowledge in the Mobile VAS industry is a must

Requirements:

  • Media buyer with proven experience in Media Buyer role within online entertainment niche (adult/gambling);
  • Able to work independently while setting up campaigns, A/B testing offers, scaling the best-performing traffic sources, and distributing the marketing budgets properly;
  • Experience in managing performance of marketing campaigns;
  • Knows all main media buying metrics;
  • Experienced in working with different types of offers;
  • Has an experience in direct deals with media publishers: negotiating & closing the deals, setting up marketing campaigns and managing it towards the target KPI's;
  • Fluent English language is a must;

In this position, you’ll be leading our content strategy to increase brand awareness and capture relevant leads

In this role, you will...

  • Develop content strategy and tactic content plans based on Adapty product value, interests of the audience and competitive environment for several marketing channels including website blog, social media, email, events, etc
  • Create content and manage content created by the team, partners, and influencers (briefing, checking, results)
  • Tracking the analytics of the content and proposing ways to improve and grow
  • Set and maintain marketing partnerships in the part of content collaboration
