About the Role
This is a role for people with great taste in designing software and AI systems. You will own design across the company and find novel UX patterns to solve problems that haven't existed in software products before. We are pushing the limits of LLMs and looking for someone to build the future with us.
What You Might Work On
- Designing UX patterns that work both for web applications and within chat (ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, etc.)
- Agentic loops that let customers analyze and improve their voice agents
- Defining and implementing the design language of our product and brand
What We Look For
We believe that the role of a product designer and engineer are merging. We are looking for someone who wants to shape that shift with us. If you are a designer who has never written production code, that is ok, as long as you are willing to experiment and learn.
- Aesthetic taste: you can craft visually appealing products
- Functional: you can craft products that solve real problems
- Unassuming: you don't work on assumptions but build a mental model from real customer insights and conversations
- High ownership: nobody has to tell you what to do, you just do things
- First principles thinking: you don't take what people say at face value and make sure you understand the underlying problem
- AI-pilled: you heavily leverage AI in your work
- Thrive in ambiguity: you can jump into novel, ambiguous problems, understand the reason and solve them
- Builder: you love to create things. Bonus if you also create things in code
The most important signal for us is your portfolio and the things you have built. We don't care too much about years of experience or what companies you worked at, more about the things you created.
