Senior Content & Brand Marketer

What you'll do

You Will Own the Lokalise blog and social media channels end-to-end — planning editorial calendars, writing and commissioning content, and growing our voice and engagement across channels. Help shape and execute Lokalise's brand and content strategy, translating our positioning as a full language platform into narratives, content programmes, and thought leadership that resonate with enterprise and mid-market buyers — spanning webinars, case studies, and AEO/SEO-driven content. Support brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints, from the website and campaigns to events and product, and contribute to the website as a strategic asset alongside the Web Developer and growth team. Collaborate cross-functionally with web development, brand design, AEO/SEO, Product Marketing, and PR agencies to keep content, brand, and go-to-market efforts aligned. Report to the Marketing Leader, connecting your work on blog, social, brand, and content to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Who you are / Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience owning a B2B SaaS content engine — long-form editorial content (blog, thought leadership, white papers, guides) and social channels — for enterprise or mid-market buyers.
  • A portfolio that shows both the quality and impact of your work — long-form thought leadership, blog content, and social copy — with evidence of results on organic reach, brand perception, or pipeline. Please include a link when you apply; we review work before we meet.
  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills — you produce original long-form B2B content as the primary author, able to craft narratives that resonate with both technical audiences (engineers, developers) and business buyers (product managers, marketing leaders).
  • A confident, original editorial voice — you use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and drafting, but your perspective, judgment, and style come through in every piece.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally across content, design, and web, with a solid understanding of how content, SEO/AEO, and brand work together to build organic reach and category authority.
  • It’s a Plus If You Have Experience in the localization, AI, or language technology market.
  • Experience contributing to a brand repositioning, growing a B2B SaaS social channel from scratch or through a step-change in engagement, or working with AEO and the emerging AI search landscape.
  • Experience working on a brand serving both technical (engineering) and business (marketing, product) personas.

Benefits & perks

  • Competitive salary and employee stock options.
  • Fully remote setup with flexible working hours.
  • Co-working budget — for those days you want a change from your home office.
  • Flexible vacation policy to recharge when you need to.
  • Home office setup budget — monitor, desk, ergonomics, whatever helps you do your best work.
  • Learning & development budget to grow your skills and career.
  • Health insurance to keep you covered.
  • Wellness allowance to support your mental and physical well-being.
  • Great startup culture — remote but close-knit, with regular retreats and social events to stay connected.
