AI Search Visibility Specialist (GEO & SEO)

Who are we?

Hi there! We are PER:FORM, an international communications agency founded by ex-Microsoft employees. We are looking for an AI Search Visibility Specialist (GEO & SEO) to support an international project by improving its visibility and positioning across major AI platforms and generative search engines.

What you’ll do

• Track brand visibility and positioning across LLMs such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Grok, etc. while maintaining a tracking system for priority prompts.
• Analyze AI-generated responses for context, accuracy, competitor mentions, and cited sources to identify and map critical information gaps.
• Group and prioritize prompts to manage continuous GEO optimization cycles effectively.
• Track how content indexing impacts AI outputs and prepare data-driven insights to guide the agency’s content, strategy, and design teams.

What you’ll bring

• A proven background in SEO or search analytics, combined with an understanding of how generative AI models process, cluster, and surface information.
• Advanced proficiency in using AI platforms for research (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini), maintaining tracking spreadsheets, and translating complex data into clear actionable steps.
• Written English language skills.

Nice to Have

• Direct, hands-on experience with GEO strategies or AI visibility tracking methodologies.
• Familiarity with the IT / tech / gaming industry.
• Understanding of how user-generated content on platforms like Reddit, YouTube, and LinkedIn influences AI search visibility and GEO strategies.
