Our flexible work arrangements, competitive compensation package, and commitment to professional growth make this an exceptional opportunity for passionate iOS developers seeking to advance their careers in mobile technology.

What you'll own
- The product. A brand-new product line, yours to define โ what we intercept, what we don't, what the customer-visible surface looks like.
- The technical approach. Instrumentation strategy, deployment shape, programming language โ all open. You'll consult with our architects but the direction is yours.
- Implementation, end to end. You'll have the full tooling stack we provide โ LLM subscriptions, modern dev infrastructure, the works. Use what makes you fast.
- Methodology. How you build conviction in your detection logic โ your call.
- Cross-layer signal. Our existing stack produces threat intelligence at unmatched scale: tens of millions of monitored sites, petabyte-scale malware sample storage, real-time domain and URL reputation, IP-level attack feeds. These are available for you to plug into. Use what helps.
How we'll measure success
The product is held to four numbers: runtime overhead, false positives, false negatives, and customer-escalation volume. They reflect what hosting providers and their customers care about. Hit them well and the product runs inside a meaningful slice of the modern Node.js web.
What we're looking for
An experienced researcher or engineer who can build and iterate on a brand-new product, driving both the research and the development. The hard part of this work is knowing what's malicious, what's vulnerable, and what's just an unusual but legitimate pattern โ and being right about it across the long tail of frameworks, libraries, and customer code we'll encounter in production.
Requirements
Must have:- Familiarity with the Node.js runtime and the JavaScript ecosystem.
- Strong web application security fundamentals and current knowledge of practical exploitation.
- A working sense of how detection rules behave at scale โ what catches attackers without flagging the long tail of legitimate code.
- Ability to start as the PM, architect, lead engineer, and QA for this product. You ask for resources or help when you need them; you don't wait to be told what to do.
- Comfort directing AI coding agents to high-quality output โ most of our engineering does this now.
- Prior work on runtime-protection products, application firewalls, or instrumentation tooling.
- Background in malware analysis or incident response.
- Familiarity with managed-hosting environments.
- Public security research, vulnerability disclosures, or detection rulesets you've authored.
What it's not
- Not a scope-and-handoff role โ you drive the work and own the outcome.
- Not a "platform team will productize this later" role โ you ship to real customer fleets and watch the telemetry quickly.
- Not a spec-and-review role โ you are hands-on every day.
Why this matters
Most managed-hosting customers are not developers. They cannot patch their apps. They cannot audit their dependencies. They will keep deploying vulnerable code from AI assistants because that's how modern web apps get built now. The textbook advice โ "secure your code, audit your dependencies" โ does not apply to them.
If we don't intercept exploits at runtime, nobody will. The numbers you hit on detection, performance, and false positives will materially affect how much of the modern web stays online when the next exploit class drops.

About the company
Plurio is the AI agent for media buying teams running $300Kโ$15M/month on Google, Meta, and TikTok. It connects to your internal backend data and your ad accounts, automates analysis and optimization, saves 50% of time, and boosts ROAS by 10โ30%. Watch a five-minute demo.
Plurio transforms how media buying teams work:
- From manually analyzing dashboards โ to the AI agent doing deep data research in minutes.
- From manually adjusting budget โ to the agent suggesting optimal split at channel, campaign, and ad-set level.
- From manually killing / scaling / relaunching creatives โ to agents autonomously performing those actions in ad platforms, based on full-funnel data.
- From decisions made with gut feeling โ to agents optimizing automation rules with historical data and ML models.
Our agents already run $500M+/year in ad spend (see this inside a $20M+/year UA team). Since our public release in March, our customer base has grown 4ร in 10โ12 weeks.
Our goal โ and the mission we'd build together โ is the autonomous user acquisition factory that runs 10ร better than anything that came before, growing budgets under management to $30B/year.
The Role
Plurio runs on real, production-grade infrastructure. Our stack: .NET microservices on Windows bare-metal serversacross multiple regions, Node.js/Python services in Docker on Linux, and MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Redisbehind the product. Deploys go out through Azure DevOps CI/CD; monitoring runs on Datadog and Prometheus/Grafana; configuration and automation are handled with Ansible and PowerShell. This is a system that already works โ your job is to make it faster, safer, and cheaper, not to build it from zero.
We're looking for an engineer to own and evolve that infrastructure: cut deploy times and add safe rollbacks, push monitoring from "it alerts" to "it tells us what's wrong", harden our backup and disaster-recovery story, plan capacity and optimize cost across regions and providers, and drive the containerization of our Windows-based services. You'll move comfortably across Windows Server (.NET), MS SQL operations, Linux/Docker, and the networking and securitylayer that ties it all together โ and you'll own incidents end-to-end, from response to root cause.
We're a fully remote, radically AI-first team: everyone โ DevOps included โ works in Cursor and Claude Code on a shared workspace, automating runbooks, scripts, and analysis instead of doing them by hand. If owning real production infrastructure and improving it pragmatically (we pick tools by workload and cost, not by hype) sounds right โ read on.
What You'll Do
Reliability & scaling
- Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines: reduce deploy times, add rollback capabilities, implement blue-green or canary deployments.
- Improve monitoring coverage: build SLA-oriented dashboards, reduce alert noise, add synthetic checks.
- Harden backup strategy: automate verification, point-in-time recovery, disaster-recovery runbooks.
- Scale infrastructure: capacity planning, new region provisioning, cost optimization across bare-metal providers.
Modernization
- Evaluate and drive containerization strategy for Windows-based services.
- Improve secrets management.
- Build infrastructure observability.
Day-to-day operations
- Incident response and root-cause analysis.
- SQL Server operations: backups, availability, instance provisioning.
- Networking & security: firewall rules, routing, DNS/FQDN, TLS certificates, VPN management, access control.
You're the Right Person If
Requirements (must have):
โ 3+ years in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure roles.
โ Strong Windows Server + IIS/Kestrel experience (.NET stack).
โ Azure DevOps pipelines (YAML, templates, variable groups, environments).
โ MS SQL Server administration (backups, replication).
โ PowerShell scripting.
โ Docker & Docker Compose (production workloads on Linux).
โ Networking fundamentals: iptables/nftables, NAT, VPN, TLS.
โ Configuration management: Ansible (playbooks, inventories, roles).
โ Monitoring: Datadog, Sentry, or similar; APM.
โ Experience and interest in AI-assisted work (we actively use various AI tools and provide team access to premium services).
โ English at B1+ (working day-to-day communication).
โ You can work remotely from anywhere in the world, as long as your timezone is no further east than UTC+5 โ the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Western/Central Asia all work.
Links to infrastructure code, scripts, or public contributions are highly appreciated.
It'd Be a Plus If
- Proxmox / KVM virtualization.
- Container orchestration experience (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
- Bare-metal hosting experience (OVHcloud, Leaseweb, Hetzner, etc.).
- Experience migrating Windows workloads to containers.
- Terraform or Pulumi for infrastructure as code.
- Cost optimization for hybrid (bare-metal + cloud) setups.
What We DON'T Need
- Setting up CI/CD from zero โ it's already running.
- Basic monitoring setup โ already in place.
- A dogmatic "cloud or bust" approach โ we choose infrastructure pragmatically based on workload and cost.
What You Can Expect
- Competitive compensation โ aligned with senior DevOps / SRE experience; specifics discussed individually.
- Remote, worldwide: this role is open to candidates anywhere in the world whose timezone is UTC+5 or west.
- Home office setup: we provide a laptop, software, and any other tools necessary for work.
- Professional development: we cover 50% of the costs of relevant educational activities.
- Vacation: annual leave (twice a year for 2 weeks) + holidays.
- Employment: via Deel contract.
- AI-first engineering culture: we use Cursor, Claude, shared AI infrastructure, and premium team access โ alongside strong infrastructure craft.
Hiring Process
- Application โ CV + short answers (see below). We aim to respond within 48 hours.
- Intro call (People & Operations, ~30 min) โ company overview, background, motivation, logistics.
- Technical interview โ deep dive on infrastructure, CI/CD, Windows/.NET hosting, MS SQL operations, Linux/Docker, networking & security, with real incident and scaling scenarios.
- Paid trial period โ short, real work, paid.
- Offer โ if it's a fit, we align on terms and start date.

We're Ryze AI (San Francisco) โ an AI marketing agent running marketing for 2,000+ businesses. Five of us, $2M ARR in 3 months, hundreds of short videos shipped every day.
The role
You'll build and run our creator army. Hundreds of creators shipping content for Ryze โ you find them, you sign them, you make them perform. One good creator can take an app to millions of views. You'll be the person who finds a hundred of them and turns that into a system.
This is not a coordinator seat. You own the roster, the money, and the results.
What you'll do
- Hunt creators everywhere โ TikTok, Instagram, YouTube โ and sign the ones who can actually make things blow up
- Talk to them every day: deals, feedback, energy โ you're their manager, producer and coach in one
- Write the content plans they execute โ hooks, angles, formats
- Live on trends: spot what's blowing up this week and get your creators on it the same day
Who gets the job
Someone who has already done it. You ran a creator/UGC program that produced real numbers โ accounts taken to millions of views, hundreds of videos a month, campaigns that moved revenue. You'll show those results on the first call.
Salary above market. Remote.
