MICI is a European premium sneaker brand focused on the European market. Concept: “Quiet outside. Iconic inside.”
Minimalism on the outside, a bold “secret” within. We are looking for an autonomous SMM manager who will build and run a continuous content production system for social media and advertising. Filming and core content are created by UGC creators, while you manage the system, quality, and results.
Role Objective
Ensure content is published regularly, quickly, and in a unified style, tested against metrics, and consistently driving sales.
Responsibilities
1) Strategy & System
- Conduct an audit of MICI content and competitors: visuals, storytelling, formats, posting rhythm, integrations.
- Develop a content strategy: content pillars, tone of voice, visual formats, posting frequency (Instagram + TikTok/Reels/Shorts).
- Maintain a consistent premium style: covers, grid, stories, copy, templates without “cheap” solutions.
2) Content Pipeline
- Organize content planning: calendar, briefs, deadlines, quality control.
- Prepare briefs and toolkits for team/contractors (editor, designer, UGC creators): video structure, editing, subtitles, graphics, references.
- Review incoming content, provide feedback, and finalize it to a ready-to-publish level.
3) UGC Management
- Source/select UGC creators when needed and manage collaboration: briefs, scripts, communication, supervision, approvals.
- Manage rights and permissions for using content in ads and organic channels.
4) Advertising & Growth
- Select top-performing creatives for ads (Meta/TikTok Ads): hooks, formats, A/B test variations.
- Plan content around key moments: drops, collections, integrations, holidays, collaborations, promotions.
- Track short-form metrics and improve content based on performance (retention, CTR, engagement, conversions).
5) Copywriting
- Write or edit captions and story texts aligned with the brand’s tone of voice.
6) Managing a Personal Instagram Channel
- Run a personal Instagram channel as an extension of the MICI brand story: short-form, stories, behind-the-scenes notes, testing new ideas.
- Publish regularly within the brand’s unified aesthetic (premium, minimal outside, “iconic inside” within).
- Managing a personal Instagram does not require influencer-level presence; consistency, taste, and the ability to create selling short-form content are key.
Requirements
- Experience working in a content-factory setup or consistent short-form production.
- Understanding of short-form mechanics: 1–2 second hook, retention, video structure, basic metrics.
- Ability to integrate AI tools into workflows (faster production, creative variations, subtitles, b-roll generation, packaging).
- Strong visual taste and fashion/premium awareness: minimalism, typography, spacing, clean visual discipline.
- Structured mindset, responsibility, clear communication without drama.
- English proficiency for communication with international UGC creators.

Before joining Adapty, I built and scaled SaaS products and worked on growth and monetization systems for subscription apps. At Adapty, I lead the team behind Adapty Ads Intelligence – our platform for analytics, management, and automation of Apple Ads campaigns. Now, we’re looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to join our technical team and help build high-performance, scalable systems that power thousands of apps worldwide.
At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 12K+ apps, process $2B+ in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: help every app unlock its full revenue potential.
We are a team of 170+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile’s fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.
Our engineering team is the backbone of Adapty’s platform. We solve hard problems, process billions of events, and scale systems seamlessly. We follow Domain-Driven Design (DDD), clean architecture, and focus on solving challenging technical problems – not routine tasks. If you enjoy working with high-load architectures, shaping systems that others rely on, and building products developers love, you’ll feel at home here.
What you will do
- Design and develop a new high-load analytics platform for Apple Ads, powering dashboards and APIs for real-time campaign insights.
- Work with queues and asynchronous processing (Dramatiq, Kafka), applying Domain-Driven Design to model complex business logic and event flows.
- Integrate deeply with Apple APIs to fetch ad metrics, campaign data, and subscription events, processing large volumes efficiently.
- Enhance error handling, monitoring, and retries, and optimize communication with app stores through API-driven solutions.
- Use a modern tech stack: Python, FastAPI, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, ensuring high observability and fault tolerance.
About you
- You have 5+ years of backend engineering experience with a strong Python background
- You possess expertise designing APIs that handle high-load, mission-critical traffic
- You have solid hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
- You’re familiar with FastAPI/Django and message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ
- You have experience integrating with third-party APIs, especially Apple APIs (a plus)
- You bring a proactive mindset: you anticipate problems, propose better solutions, and make thoughtful trade-offs
- You demonstrate strong ownership and communication skills—comfortable defending technical decisions and collaborating across teams
What’s in it for you
- Strong product with industry-best metrics. Adapty is among the top 5% fastest-growing SaaS companies.
- Career growth and competitive compensation. Build your team, own critical product areas, and grow with us.
- Direct communication and ownership. No bureaucracy, no politics — just impact.
- Flexible remote work. Join us from anywhere, with a schedule that fits your life.
- Additional benefits. English lessons, sports reimbursements, laptop coverage, and more.

You’ll be designing product-focused videos that combine motion graphics and UI animation, with a significant portion of your work involving animating Readymag’s interface and transforming product features into clear visual stories. You’ll collaborate with marketing and product designers, marketers, and editors to translate product value and attract a broader audience.
You’ll also take ownership of the motion design direction within the company, creating and developing our motion approach and guidelines within Readymag's brand identity and improving internal processes. Additionally, you’ll help other designers enhance the quality of their work with motion.
This is a fully remote collaboration under a service agreement. We work primarily within the GMT+1 time zone and expect a regular overlap of business hours on weekdays to allow for meetings and live collaboration.

- prepare animated assets to be embedded on our website, making product pages feel more dynamic and alive;
- develop and execute motion concepts: storyboards, animatics, and visual style;
- animate both our graphics and our interface. We work primarily in Figma, so all initial assets will be there;
- adapt motion graphics for different formats and platforms;
- create and develop a motion approach/guidelines within Readymag's brand identity;
- collaborate with designers, marketers, and editors, and work closely with our videographer when motion needs to be integrated with real footage (though you will not be responsible for video shooting or full video editing).
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in motion graphics in creative agencies or product teams;
- strong experience with UI animation and interface storytelling;
- experience collaborating with marketing teams and producing high-volume performance assets;
- ownership of the end-to-end motion production cycle from concept to final delivery;
- expert proficiency with After Effects and Figma;
- experience in 3D is not required, but additional design skills and the ability to experiment are welcome;
- fluent English.

- 28 weekdays of paid annual leave;
- access to a corporate laptop;
- compensation for coworking space fees;
- language courses;

- maternity / paternity leave support;
- the freedom to think beyond established patterns;
- the opportunity to own and shape the entire motion design discipline at Readymag.
The hiring process:
It's entirely remote and runs in four stages:
- a 30-minute call with our Talent Acquisition Partner, where you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions about the role;
- an interview with our Head of Design and Head of Brand Marketing;
- a test assignment;
- a finalizing call with Diana Kasay, CEO of Readymag.

About the Role:
We are actively growing and seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer who will help us improve product reliability and raise the quality bar across the delivery lifecycle. You’ll work closely with engineers, product, and design to ensure quality is built-in from feature planning and implementation to release validation, incident follow-ups, and prevention work.
The testing scope includes multiple platforms: Desktop (Windows, Linux, macOS), Mobile (iOS, Android), and Web.
What you will do:
- Test new features end-to-end and validate changes across our product, ensuring consistent behavior and a smooth user experience.
- Collaborate with engineers early in the development cycle: clarify acceptance criteria, identify risks, and propose validation approaches before implementation is finished.
- Create and maintain high-signal test artifacts (test plans, checklists, and test cases) that support fast and confident releases.
- Investigate and report issues with clear reproduction steps, expected vs actual results, logs, and supporting evidence.
- Help build and maintain quality gates: ensure the right coverage exists and that regressions are caught early.
- Contribute to automated testing (Playwright) where it makes sense (e.g., regression coverage, stability improvements) and help reduce flakiness.
- Participate in defect escape analysis (DEA) and incident reviews: help identify root causes, verify fixes, and follow up on preventive actions
- Maintain and improve test environments and tooling (local setups, test data, build distribution, release verification workflows).
What we’re looking for:
- Proactive and self-driven: you take initiative, can self-organize, and don’t wait for tasks to be assigned.
- Investigative mindset: you dig deep into problems and can explain impact and risk, asking “Is this the most valuable thing to do right now?”
- End-to-end ownership: you consistently deliver outcomes and follow through until the work results in a real improvement.
- Beyond just testing: you can help shape testing strategy, contribute to quality gates, analyze escapes, and support engineers with test planning.
- Solid QA experience: you understand core testing concepts, can work with complex systems, and communicate clearly and precisely. You actively stay up to date with QA practices and industry trends, can explain what’s changing in the field, and apply new approaches in a practicalway.
- Strong collaboration: you work well with engineers, support teams, and stakeholders, and can drive discussions to clarity and action.
Your day might look like:
- Reviewing RC builds and focusing testing on high-risk areas.
- Reviewing user requests in a support system to identify recurring pain points and translate them into test scenarios.
- Reviewing QA checklists and (when applicable) automated tests in Pull Requests.
- Pairing with an engineer to debug a flaky test, analyze logs, or validate a tricky edge case.
- Joining a team’s stand-up to align on scope, risks, and readiness.
- Running or participating in retros / incident reviews and tracking action items to completion.
- Updating test plans, checklists, and test cases based on new functionality and real incidents.
Why Join Termius:

We build and fund fast growing ventures for safe access to psychedelics and progressive mental health care.
Pink Elephant exists to build the companies that will steer the revolution in mental health. Global mental health is an urgent, under-addressed crisis: 1 in 8 people (≈970M) live with a mental disorder, and depression and anxiety alone cost ~$1T in lost productivity each year. Progressive therapies have been shown to be up to 10 times more effective than conventional treatments, yet only 5% of people can access them. We’re here to change that by staking capital on verifiable breakthroughs and assembling founders, clinicians, and operators to turn today’s uncommon sessions into tomorrow’s standard of care.
One of our strategic products – statesofmind.com – the first EU-focused platform to offer expert-led journalism, science-backed resources, and a vetted directory of providers offering next-generation treatments for mental health.
The Role
We are looking for a pragmatic and highly efficient Full Stack Developer who doesn't just write code- you architect and ship it. You believe that AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) are force multipliers, not shortcuts.
Your primary mission is to take a Product Requirements Document (PRD) and turn it into a fully functional, deployed web application in record time. You are the pilot; AI is your engine. We care about the result, code quality, and speed of delivery- not how many hours you spent typing boilerplate.
Responsibilities: What You Will Drive
- Translate PRDs to Product: Analyze Product Requirement Documents and instantly map out the technical architecture and database schema.
- AI-First Development: Utilize LLMs and AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0.dev) to generate high-quality boilerplate, UI components, and business logic rapidly.
- Full Cycle Delivery: Handle everything from the frontend UI and backend API to database integration and deployment.
- Code Review & Refinement: You are the expert editor. You must review, debug, and optimize AI-generated code to ensure security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Rapid Iteration: Implement feedback quickly. You should be able to rebuild or pivot features in hours, not days.
The Tech Stack
- Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS (or similar component libraries).
- Backend: Node.js, Python, Supabase/Firebase (BaaS).
- AI Toolset: Proficiency with Cursor, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, GPT-4, or GitHub Copilot is mandatory.
- Deployment: Vercel, Railway, Digital Ocean, RunPod, Docker.
Experience: What You Bring
- Proven "Builder" Mentality: You have a portfolio of shipped projects. You can show us something you built from scratch.
- Prompt Engineering for Code: You know how to structure prompts to get the exact code output you need, minimizing hallucinations and errors.
- Strong Fundamentals: You understand how the web works (HTTP, REST/GraphQL, Auth, DOM). You aren't just copying code; you understand every line you commit.
- PRD Literacy: You can read a business document and identify edge cases, missing requirements, and logical flows before you start coding.
- Autonomy: You don't need hand-holding. You see a problem, ask the AI for a solution, verify it, and implement it.
- Fluent Russian, both written and spoken.
Nice to Haves
- Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic UI/UX design sense (ability to make things look good without a designer).
- Experience with vector databases or integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) into apps.

- You've worked with no/low-code workflow automation.

Metabase is the easiest way for people to get insights from their data, from tiny startups who get up and running quickly to major corporations with tens of thousands of users. That's why people love us.
We bring data tools with the elegance and simplicity of consumer products to the crufty world of enterprise business intelligence. We provide an opinionated open source starting point for how companies should measure, analyze and share their data, which is used by tens of thousands of companies.
Our business is thriving and expanding our product in both depth and breadth, and looking for quite technical, UX-appreciative, craftsmanship-aligned Product Managers to join the team.
PMing at Metabase can be different than elsewhere, as we prioritize product craftsmanship and deep understanding of problems over moving metrics at all costs. It rewards intellectual curiosity, customer empathy and systematic thinking and doesn’t emphasize strict metric optimization or a ship-ship-ship attitude. We ship, but we do it well.
Even if you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications below, please still consider applying. We believe in a holistic approach when evaluating talent for our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge and empathy for users needs in the areas they tackle. This involves reviewing existing issues, tickets, docs, engaging in lots of interviews and evaluating quantitative data.
- Understand the underlying mechanics of the product at a technical level. You don’t need to read/write code, but need to have the curiosity and ability to over time understand how things work and develop instincts for what’s easy/hard.
- Develop strategies for solving clusters of users needs in thoughtful ways, ultimately delivering product docs which frame needs in actionable ways for designers and engineers. This is really important.
- Steward projects forward, helping keep focus, momentum, and continuously re-evaluating scope, with flexibility and appreciation for technical constraints and UX considerations.
- Follow-up on the outcomes of projects you ship, quantitatively and qualitatively.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team, consistently seeking and providing feedback, as well as pitching ideas for how to advance the product.
- Responsibilities don’t include: managing people, herding cats, writing code, making mocks.
About you
- A thorough thinker, able to be both diligent with details but systematic to see the big picture.
- Appreciative of clean but powerful user experiences (and the hard work they require).
- Able to keep a vision in mind, but break the path to it into small, doable, valuable steps.
- Bearer of strong product sense and good taste. Yes, I said it: good taste. To make a product users can love, it has to be lovable in the first place, and that requires knowing what not only solves a problem but is pleasant to use.
- Excited to work asynchronously in a global team, and with the written communication chops to do it effectively.
- More interested in the Product than the Management part of Product Management.
- While our team is globally distributed, this role involves enough synchronous interactions with team members in the US West Coast. So don't accept applicants farther East than UTC+3. This restriction doesn't necessarily apply to other roles at Metabase, but is non-negotiable for PMs.
Skills and experience
- Must have enough of a technical background. Preference is from data analysis, data engineering, or software engineering with experience with databases. PMing these things for a long while can also work. We're not set up to have people learn the basics of data stacks on the job and screen for it early in the process.
- At least 4 years of experience in a product management role, making software in-house, having been through a few cycles of discovery, execution and iteration. We’re not yet set up to simultaneously train a junior PM and onboard them to the complexities of Metabase. In terms of responsibilities and the level of autonomy we expect from our PMs, this is a mid-to-senior PM role, and IC PMs on our team previously held GPM, Director and VP titles.
- Depending on the role you're for which you're a good match, experience working on a platform team and thinking through APIs may be needed, but we'll get there later.
- Driven and able to help others continuously deliver work through influence, not authority.
- Skills you don't need: up-to-date coding skills, customer management, horse whispering.

What to do

- Identify problems and opportunities for improving games based on data, form proposals and hypotheses.
- Analyze the effectiveness of monetization, propose improvements, analyze the results of their implementation.
- Visualize data: develop reports, dashboards, funnels in Amplitude and Tableau\QuickSight
- Participate in organizing, conducting and interpreting the results of A / B tests.
- Generate and maintain up-to-date data collection and analytics documentation.
What we care
- 2 years of experience as an analyst on a game project
- Understanding key metrics for gaming products
- Understanding how to monetize mobile games
- Experience with Amplitude, Tableau\QuickSight
- Excellent knowledge of SQL. Knowledge of Python or any other scripting language
- Mathematical background: knowledge of probability theory and applied statistics
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodology and experience in conducting split tests
- Knowledge of ETL processes and methods
- Experience with any NoSQL solutions: Cassandra, Redis, Hive, etc.
- Experience with AWS products

This role is fully remote. We are open to candidates anywhere. Our dev team is mainly spread across EMEA and works in European time zones.

At Zendrop we move fast, take ownership, and care deeply about results. Our core values — Speed Over Perfection, Results Driven, and Extreme Ownership guide every decision we make.
We act quickly and focus on what truly moves the needle. We’re driven by outcomes, not checkboxes, and we take full responsibility from start to finish. Every team member has the autonomy to make an impact and the accountability to see it through.
If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where progress matters more than perfection, you’ll fit right in.
Description
We're looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our engineering team and help us modernize and scale our merchant-facing applications. You'll work on our ongoing Vue 2 → Vue 3 migration, build new features, and help shape how we integrate AI-assisted development into our workflows.
This isn't a role where you'll be writing boilerplate all day. We expect you to leverage modern AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, etc.) to move faster and focus on solving real problems. If you're already using these tools daily — great. If not, you should be eager to learn.
The project: https://zendrop.com/
«We are more interested in bright developers with aspirations and burning desire to work, than in specific skills.»
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain features in our Vue 3 application (with some Vue 2 legacy work)
- Collaborate with backend (Laravel) and product teams to ship merchant-facing functionality
- Contribute to our component library and Storybook documentation
- Write clean, maintainable code — whether you or an AI agent wrote the first draft
- Participate in code reviews with an eye for quality, not just syntax
- Help us figure out the right balance between AI-assisted speed and code quality

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Clickfunnels, fulfillment systems)
- Experience migrating legacy codebases
- Already using AI coding assistants effectively in your workflow
- Fluency in Russian (written and spoken) is a strong plus
Our Take on AI Tools
We're pragmatic about AI-assisted development. These tools are productivity multipliers when used well, but they don't replace engineering judgment. We expect you to:
- Use AI tools to accelerate repetitive work and explore solutions faster
- Review and understand AI-generated code before committing it
- Know when to use AI and when to think through a problem yourself
- Help us develop team practices around AI-assisted development
Benefits
- Unlimited PTO
