What you will do:
- Development of security requirements at the early stages of the product life cycle
- Preparation of test scenarios for audits based on business requirements, project technical documentation, and a list of affected systems
- Perform black box and white box penetration testing for Web and Mobile applications, and APIs
- Development of recommendations for software developers to address identified security deficiencies
What skills are needed from you:
- Solid understanding of programming languages (Java) and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- English level: Intermediate
- Higher education degree in IT

Junior DSM takes care of and acts as business support for Solution Design, Architecture and Sales positions. Designs solution based on standard deployment models to fulfill customer requirements. Supports creation of price calculation for requested standard product solution in order to support pre-sales phase. Supports the proposal of transition from current to future architectural state in consideration of the future needs of the business and requirements. Junior DSM suppports the preparation of the final proposal and ensures the conflation of all proposal parts, delivered by solution factory, finance and controling.
Key accountabilities
- Creates basic designs according product guidelines
- Creates cost calculations of specific solutions for the customer account, in context of company portfolio, standards and principles in close cooperation with procurement.
- Checks functional and technical feasibility of requiered solutions, advice on alternatives and optimize the functional and technical aspects of proposals, contributes to winning of best-fit and profitable bids and solutions
- Initiates final sourcing process
- Collects data for KPI reporting of all orders validated by quality gate
- Controles the inclusiveness of documentation, adjusts layout of proposal documents and presentations
- Coordinates company incoming bid requests, sets up bid strategies
- Collaborates with a wide variety of involved parties to include all necessary information within the proposals and orders
- Participates in internal projects as required
- Reviews in presales process budget, time and quality and ensures that the necessary and sufficient actions are taken to win the deal
- Set up and maintain budgetary pricelists, references and customer profiles in appropriate database

Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits.

Your job will be to:
The product designer is taking care of the overall experience of Bloomreach Engagement which helps our customers with collecting and organizing data in a single customer view, using data for personalized omnichannel marketing campaigns, campaign evaluation and user behavior analyses, and insights. Your main task is to design new features and improve existing features in collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders while ensuring a great and consistent experience across existing Bloomreach Engagement products.
As a Product Designer, you will be expected to:
- Create frictionless, delightful, and effective user interfaces.
- Be part of the whole design process from research to overseeing implementation and feedback collection.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver key product experiences, while balancing continuous improvement of existing products.
- Do the design research, test prototypes and find the best solution to a defined problem.
- Participate in cross-team design initiatives.
- Design an exceptional experience competing with the world’s best-in-class products.
- Constantly learn and improve yourself to become a matured design professional.
You have the following experience and qualities:
- 2+ years in a UX or UI design role and 1+ years in a product design role would be preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating design capabilities and your design process
- Experienced user of Figma/Sketch and high level of ability to quickly adopt to new design tools/techniques
- Familiarity with Human Centered Design principles
- Strong UI capabilities. You mastered interaction and visual design skills and knowledge of UI patterns and best practices
- Rapid prototyping & prototype testing
- Analytical thinking and pragmatic approach to complex topics and tasks
- Ability to quickly iterate (an agile and fast learner)
- Accustomed to tight cooperation with front-end developers
- Ability to collaborate on design systems, respect product patterns and consistency
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Desired experience and skills:
- Experience with designing for B2B and SaaS is preferred
- Ability to make data driven decisions (basic experience with analytic tools, e.g. Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, …)
- Knowledge of CSS possibilities – to design effective solutions (no need to code) is preferred
