An international EdTech company with a mission to boost global progress by empowering everyone with the skills of tomorrow. We offer computer science learning products across two formats โ€” self-study and instructor-led bootcamps โ€” serving learners internationally.

The Role

We're looking for a Business Lead โ€” an entrepreneurial owner who will take full responsibility for the company: find and scale a working growth model, own the P&L, drive the product, and lead the team. You will own the business end-to-end: revenue, product, team, financial results, and run the company autonomously within the agreed strategy and budget.

What you'll do

Find and scale a working growth model. Test hypotheses across channels, monetization, and product; identify what drives revenue and scale it.

Own P&L and maintain self-sustainability. Revenue, costs, margin, unit economics.

Set and achieve growth targets. Revenue, acquisition and retention of paying learners.

Drive product and priorities. Roadmap, key bets, monetization experiments.

Build and develop the team. Manage the team day-to-day, set goals, drive performance, and hire as the company grows.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience โ€” full responsibility for a business end-to-end (P&L, product, team, outcomes), ideally a small company or startup.
  • Strong financial literacy โ€” P&L, unit economics, forecasting, margin, cost control.
  • Experience finding and scaling a growth model (growth and/or 0โ†’1).
  • Data-driven decision-making.
  • Team management experience (small teams).
  • Expertise in the market Hyperskill operates in โ€” education, technology, AI.
  • Fluent English for an international environment.
  • AI-native approach to daily work.

Strong Plus

  • Former startup founder / co-founder โ€” you've been through the full cycle, learned from mistakes, and are ready to develop an existing project.
  • EdTech / educational products experience.

We Offer

Work from Anywhere. Full-time, 100% remote from anywhere in the world. Flexible schedule with consideration for team syncs.

Global Contract. Contractor agreement with a US-registered legal entity.

High Upside Comp. Base salary in USD + revenue sharing and equity tied to revenue growth milestones.

Professional Trajectory. Full ownership of the Hyperskill business, scaling toward Partner / CEO as the company grows.
