We design, build, and optimize high-performance Shopify experiences for fast-growing DTC companies. Our work combines design, development, analytics, CRO, and long-term growth. We're a small senior team that values ownership, quality, and strong client relationships over agency bureaucracy.
We're currently expanding our retention marketing capabilities and looking for someone who wants to become a core part of the team.
About the role
We're looking for a Klaviyo & Retention Marketing Manager to own the retention marketing function for one of our North American ecommerce clients.
This is not just an email production role.
You'll be responsible for improving customer retention, increasing revenue through email marketing, working directly with the client, and collaborating with our designers and developers to launch high-quality campaigns.
What you'll do
- Own the client's Klaviyo account.
- Plan and execute email campaigns.
- Optimize and build automated flows.
- Create customer segmentation strategies.
- Run A/B tests and propose new hypotheses.
- Analyze campaign performance and revenue attribution.
- Coordinate with designers on email assets.
- Work with developers on implementation when needed.
- Communicate directly with the client.
- Continuously improve retention performance.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
- Solid understanding of Shopify and DTC ecommerce.
- Experience with campaigns, flows, segmentation, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Fluent English and Russian.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Nice to have
- Experience with North American ecommerce brands.
- Familiarity with Amplitude, GA4, Shopify Analytics, Triple Whale, or similar analytics tools.

Compensation
Starting from USD 3,000/month, depending on your experience and the value you bring.
