Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join Plan Your Baby, a UK-based telehealth fertility clinic.This is a part-time role with the opportunity to progress to the full-time remote contract position.

Key responsibilities:

- Social media management (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook): content planning, assets creating, scheduling, publishing

- Community engagement: comments, DMs

- Community management: comment on and post to Reddit and other public groups

- Creating email and WhatsApp campaigns and automated sequences

- Preparing copies, landing pages, scripts and other marketing materials

- Supporting webinars and events

- Preparing marketing analytics, reporting, research and competitor monitoring

- Identifying and automating repetitive and routine tasks Using AI Tools (incl. Claude Cowork)

- Providing general administrative and coordination support to the Marketing Manager

What we’re looking for:

- Experience with SMM and community management

- Creativity and a good visual eye

- Ability to work with brand guidelines and brand books

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Strong practical experience with Claude and other AI tools

- Ideally, hands-on experience automating repetitive tasks and processes

- Ability to quickly learn new platforms, industry specifics

- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

- Responsive communication in Slack

- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities can change quickly

- Based in Europe

- Experience with GoHighLevel or other CRMs, automation tools, Canva, Figma, Google Analytics, social media platforms.
