Recruiter (Performance & GTM)

Share

The recruiter builds Plurio's performance-marketing talent pipeline: finds, engages, and brings in the people who will run our clients' media buying and sell the product.

  • Remote ยท EMEA / Americas
  • Full-time/part-time
  • Competitive base + bonus

The role

You'll own hiring end to end, from knowing where the strong people are to getting them to say yes.

We're hiring at scale, and inbound alone won't get us there. The goal: know every strong performance marketer on the market, so that when they decide to move, Plurio is the first company they think of.

Our hiring process, in-house ATS, and AI tooling are already in place and work well. What we need is someone to own it end to end and keep making it better. You start hands-on, and as hiring grows, you build your own team and lead it as Head of Recruitment.

What you'll do

  1. Map the market. Know which in-house teams, agencies, and ad platforms have the strongest UA people, and keep a live map of them.
  2. Run outbound. Find the right people, get them on a call, and sell Plurio to those who aren't looking.
  3. Hire by profile. One strong performance profile can fit several roles. You screen candidates and route each to the right hiring manager.
  4. Own the funnel. Intake with hiring managers, inbound review, screening, offer negotiation.
  5. Grow our channels and employer brand. New sources beyond job boards, our LinkedIn presence, and joint campaigns with Marketing.
  6. Run on data. Everything lives in our in-house ATS with AI scoring. You track funnel metrics and probation outcomes, learn from hiring mistakes, and decide when to bring in agencies.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for a recruiter from the performance-marketing world, who already knows where the strong people are and comes with a plan, not a question.

Must-have

  • You've hired in User Acquisition, systematically. A track record of closing UA and performance roles, including senior ones: Head of UA, Performance Director, CMO.
  • Sourcing is your strongest skill. You've built talent maps and pools, and you can get people who aren't looking to talk.
  • Industry knowledge. You know which teams are strong, who leads them, and what "$1M+/month on Meta" means on a CV.
  • You sell and negotiate. You get top people interested in Plurio and close offers that are fair for both sides.
  • AI-native. You already use AI tools and agents in your recruiting work, not only to write job posts.
  • Partner mindset. You come with the strategy: which companies to hire from, what to try next, what isn't working.
  • Strong English. Confident speaking and writing with candidates and hiring managers.

Nice to have

  • An existing network of performance marketers in global companies.
  • Executive search experience, or hiring for sales and account roles in AdTech or SaaS.
  • Hiring in LATAM. We want more candidates from Latin America.

You don't need to assess media buying methodology in depth. Our founders do that. You need to know the profile and the market well enough to spot who's worth their time.

This role is not for you if

  • You don't use AI tools in your work and don't plan to.
  • You prefer to wait for inbound and process applications, rather than go out and find people.

What you'll get

  • You join a fast-growing startup that sets the standard for the industry, and you hire the people who build it. The candidates you'll bring in are top performance marketers, sales and AI talent from the strongest teams on the market.
  • A recruiting stack most teams don't have. Our own ATS, built in-house: AI scoring against competency matrices, full interview transcripts and summaries, a live candidate profile that updates with every new interaction, and funnel analytics.
  • Own hiring, then lead it. You take a hiring system that already works, make it better, and grow into Head of Recruitment with your own team as we scale.
  • An AI-first company. Every function at Plurio runs on agents in one shared workspace. We walk you through how to use and build agents day-to-day.

Compensation and conditions

  • Compensation. A competitive base plus a bonus tied to successful hires, roughly 80/20. Your exact base and target bonus are set in the offer, based on your experience and location.
  • Full-time/part-time.
  • Remote. You can work from anywhere with a timezone no further east than UTC+4.
  • Employment. Via a Deel contract.

How to apply

  1. Application. Click "Apply" and fill in the form: your CV, LinkedIn, and a few questions about the performance and UA roles you've closed.
  2. Interviews with our team. A few calls: your background, your track record in UA hiring, how you'd approach our roles, and compensation.
  3. Offer.
