Senior Marketing Analyst

What you'll do
- Designing the upper-level logic for marketing budget management: rules and models for allocating budget across products and traffic sources, validating the approach and preparing it for automation.
- Developing and validating Early LTV metrics/models to support intra-week performance marketing and budget allocation decisions.
- Building analytical frameworks and tools for performance diagnostics: identifying drivers of changes, growth opportunities and anomalies across products, channels and campaigns.
- Participating in the development of an internal AI-based analytics tool for performance analysis, root-cause detection and opportunity discovery.
- Providing analytical support for the unified BI layer where needed: metric definitions, data validation and selected analytical use cases.
Requirements
- Experience with A/B testing
- Strong SQL skills: ability to independently work with large datasets, build complex analytical queries, and validate data quality
- Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and experimentation; ability to design validation/backtesting methodology and correctly interpret results
- Strong understanding of performance marketing economics and metrics: LTV, CAC/CPA, ROI/ROAS, conversion funnels, cohorts, and attribution
- Ability to build decision-making models and translate analytical findings into clear business rules/recommendations
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel)
- Experience with BI tools (e.g. Superset, Tableau, Power BI)
- English level B2+
Nice to have / advantages
- Python for data analysis/modeling
- Experience with forecasting, optimization or budget allocation models
- Experience with Early LTV / predictive LTV
- Experience building automated analytical products or AI/LLM-based analytics tools
