Job title: Social Media Manager
About Outreach
Outreach, founded in 2014, is the only complete agentic AI platform for revenue teams. Outreach infuses agentic AI, conversation intelligence, and assistive AI to power hundreds of use cases across revenue motions. From new logo prospecting to expansions, deal acceleration, driving retention, and forecasting, Outreach AI automates workflows and frees sellers to focus on more strategic conversations and actions. Revenue leaders benefit from connected account visibility, performance insights, and higher forecasting accuracy across every GTM team. World leading enterprise organizations use Outreach to power their revenue teams, including Databricks, SAP, Siemens, and Verizon to name a few.
About the Team
This is where brand voice meets business impact. The Social Media Manager joins Outreach's Corporate Marketing and Communications function โ a collaborative group of storytellers, strategists, and brand builders who believe that how a company shows up in the world is as important as what it ships. We work cross-functionally โ alongside executives, product marketing, PR, and content teams โ to ensure Outreach is visible, credible, and unmistakable in the market. We're curious about what's next: in social media, in AI-powered content creation, and in the way modern buyers discover and engage with brands. We bring bold ideas, hold a high bar on quality, and take real ownership of outcomes โ together.
The Role
Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Social Media Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping how Outreach shows up across global social channels. This is a highly visible role that blends strategic brand storytelling with executive enablement. It provides an opportunity to define the social voice of a category-defining company at the forefront of AI for revenue teams, with the creative freedom and executive access to make an outsized impact. You'll lead the company's corporate social media presence, partner closely with Outreach executives to develop their social strategies, and work with our social media agency as the main point of contact, driving the social expression of our brand campaigns, customer stories, and AI leadership. AI is transforming how teams create, distribute, and measure social content, and this role sits at that intersection. We're an AI-leading marketing team that uses emerging tools to work smarter, move faster, and build connections that resonate. We're looking for someone who brings that same mindset to every channel, campaign, and audience interaction.
What Youโll Do
Own the full Cloud Namespace lifecycle for an operator using Temporal Cloud: understanding workload needs, provisioning and management flows, defining the right configuration defaults and policies, updates-in-place, and safe deletion. Define and evolve differentiated Namespace offerings (e.g., higher/lower SLA, latency, durability, residency, and cost options) that are easy for customers to understand and trust. Own throughput and capacity management for Namespaces (e.g., autoscaling, TRUs, reserved vs. elastic capacity, scheduling, visibility, limits, and quotas). Drive operational policy and features (Namespace placement in deployment rings, replication, scaling) to deliver highly performant, reliable, and cost-effective service at massive multi-tenant scale. Define and own Namespace SLOs and SLAs , including instrumentation and customer-facing communication of performance and reliability expectations. Own the Namespace APIs & configuration used by customer automation, the Temporal Cloud UI, and other products and services.
What Youโll Bring
Product leadership experience shipping and operating platform/infrastructure products , especially where reliability, performance, and cost tradeoffs matter. Strong systems thinking: ability to translate workload needs into tiering, pricing, policy, quotas/limits, and defaults that scale across many customers. Comfort partnering closely with engineering on technical topics like autoscaling, capacity planning, rolling deployment and placement logic , and resilience patternsโeven if youโre not writing production code. Experience defining and managing SLOs/SLAs and using metrics to drive product decisions and prioritization. Ability to build alignment across stakeholders (Engineering, Cloud Ops/SRE, Support, Sales, Solutions, Security) and make clear, durable decisions in ambiguous environments. Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to produce crisp PRDs, decision docs, and customer-facing explanations.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with multi-tenant systems, workload isolation, and โnoisy neighborโ mitigation.
- Familiarity with API product design for long-lived resource lifecycle operations and safe evolution over time.
- Background working on placement, routing, data residency, or geo-distributed reliability problems.
- Experience building pricing/packaging inputs for tiered services in partnership with Finance/GTM.
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $185,000 - $260,000, based on experience and location. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan. Compensation ranges reflect salary and commission compensation (when applicable) across several geographic markets. Employment offers carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, knowledge, expertise, skillset, market location, and job level assessed during the interview process.
Benefits & Perks
- U.S. Benefits: Unlimited PTO, 12 Holidays + 2 Floating Holidays
- Medical, Dental, Vision: 100% Premiums Coverage
- AD&D, LT & ST Disability, and Life Insurance (Standard & Supplemental Available)
- Empower 401K Plan
- Additional Perks: Learning & Development, Lifestyle Spending, Home Office Setup, Professional Memberships, WFH Meals, Internet Stipend, and more!
- International Benefits: PTO and Benefits outside the United States vary by country, issued in partnership with Remote.com
Travel
Temporal is a globally distributed, collaborative team that values opportunities for in-person connection. Occasional travel may be required for company events, team offsites, and other meaningful moments that bring us together.
Who You Are
- Product leadership experience shipping and operating platform/infrastructure products, especially where reliability, performance, and cost tradeoffs matter.

- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to produce PRDs and customer-facing explanations.

- A genuine passion for vibe coding and AI-assisted prototyping; someone actively building this muscle, not just aware of it.
- Confident in Figma for UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity design when required.
- Proven AI production experience: building prompt + workflow pipelines and shipping automated or AI-assisted flows into real use.
- Strong UI skills: visual clarity, hierarchy, attention to detail, and the ability to make prototypes feel polished.
- Strong UX thinking: flows, structure, consistency, and edge cases โ able to design connected product experiences, not just individual screens.
- Research skills: experience contributing to discovery (interviews, JTBD, CJM), usability tests, and surveys.
- Analytics & experiments: comfortable framing hypotheses, reading A/B-test results, and connecting UX changes to business metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English โ able to align stakeholders around your solutions.

- Strong track record of designing and shipping D2C and F2P / in-app monetization experiences (shops, checkouts, promotions, LiveOps).
- Experience in the gaming industry or working with game developers / publishers.
- Ability to write functional front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS/React) to build prototypes independently.
- Deep craft in interaction design, motion, and design systems; experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
- Broad understanding of modern product architecture (APIs, clientโserver patterns, microservices, cloud).
