Business Development Manager โ€” open

Full-time (8 hours/day)

Position Purpose

The Business Development Manager is responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into clients, retaining and renewing existing clients (agreement renewals/upsells), maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline, continuously improving the sales process, and implementing automation that increases sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Communication & Sales
    • Communicate with potential clients via email, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram and video calls.
    • Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable services.
    • Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads.
    • Schedule meetings with senior consultants where necessary.
    • Prepare commercial offers and follow up until the deal is closed.
    • Maintain long-term relationships with prospects.
  2. CRM Management
    • Process all incoming leads in the CRM.
    • Ensure every lead is assigned, updated and moved through the pipeline.
    • Keep customer information complete and accurate.
    • Create tasks and reminders.
    • Monitor response time SLA.
  3. Sales Process & Analytics
    • Monitor sales funnel performance.
    • Analyze conversion rates at every stage.
    • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process.
    • Prepare weekly reports with recommendations.
    • Sugest improvements to increase conversion.
  4. Sales Automation & Outreach
    • Own the continuous improvement of the sales process through automation.
    • Responsibilities include:
    • Build and optimize outbound outreach campaigns.
    • Develop automated email sequences.
    • Create LinkedIn and Telegram outreach campaigns.
    • Design multi-touch follow-up sequences.
    • Improve CRM workflows and automations.
    • Implement AI tools to improve sales productivity.
    • Develop lead qualification automations.
    • Test new outreach channels.
    • Create templates for emails, WhatsApp and LinkedIn messages.
    • Coordinate implementation of automations with developers or no-code tools.
    • Continuously reduce manual work inside the sales process.
  5. Retaining & Renewing Existing Clients
    • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure ongoing subscription clients are supported and kept up to date.
    • Proactively monitor upcoming renewals and coordinate agreement renewals and contract updates.
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients (new services, expanded scope, add-ons) and align on them with the accounting team.
    • Maintain clear client communication on progress, changes, and additional needs, ensuring a smooth renewal experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong sales mindset.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Understanding of B2B sales funnels.
  • English (B2+) and fluent Russian.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Experience with AI tools is a plus.
  • Experience with sales automation platforms (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Clay, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zapier, Make or similar) is an advantage.
