We are looking for an experienced product leader to join our team as a Chief Product Officer (CPO), taking overall responsibility for product strategy and development of the Joom Marketplace platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a clear and effective product strategy for Joom Marketplace
- Ensure the product team (in close collaboration with engineering) delivers high-quality features or improvements helping the company hit its revenue growth targets
- Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and strategic business goals
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Manage, develop and hire a world-class team of product managers and UX/UI experts
Requirements
- At least three years of experience as a Chief Product Officer or in a senior product leadership role within B2C services
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with product metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Self-discipline and ability to independently plan, set, and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in English (B2 and higher)

- Knowledge of B2C e-commerce trends, technologies, and customer behaviors
