Growth Associate, Expert Recruiting
About HumanSignal Real-world data is the competitive edge in AI. HumanSignal is a human data partner for companies building AI models and products. Our customers ship better AI, faster, because we partner with their researchers from real-world data creation to annotation to delivery. We design and create datasets from scratch, recruit and manage the domain experts who evaluate model output, and run everything through our own platform, Label Studio, the open-source standard for data labeling and evaluation, used by over 1 million practitioners worldwide. We specialize in the operationally complex: real-world data collection, multimodal pipelines, and multi-step workflows. Advanced ML and AI teams use our enterprise platform to run their own data factories, and our services team to extend their reach where in-house capacity runs out. If you want to do work that materially shapes how the next generation of AI products gets built, we'd love to talk.
About the Role
As a Growth Associate, you'll build the expert supply side of our Data Services business. You'll source, vet, and onboard specialized annotators and performers across dozens of skill profiles and languages. Your pipeline decides how fast we can say yes to a new customer project, which makes your work a direct input to revenue.
What You'll Do
- High touch sourcing and recruiting. Use LinkedIn Recruiter, professional communities, universities, and niche networks to find specialists: languages other than English, regional dialect speakers, designers, clinicians, and other hard-to-find profiles.
- Scale sourcing channels. Leverage AI workflows and automation to test and scale channels that convert, from online communities to LinkedIn, while raising the quality bar and annotator experience.
- Establish vetting pipelines. Determine how to vet and assess annotators based on project requirements, expertise, and needs.
- Build relationships. Keep experts engaged between projects so our roster stays warm and staffable, not a list of cold emails.
- Collaborate across teams. Partner with project and delivery leads to translate customer specs into candidate profiles early, so sourcing starts before the project does.
- Drive growth. Staffed capacity is the constraint on how much work we can take. You loosen that constraint.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator and other sourcing tools
- Fluency building AI workflows to scale whatโs working and improve annotator experience
- Comfort owning funnel metrics: outreach volume, response rates, conversion, time-to-fill
- Strong written communication, responsiveness and professionalism. Most of your outreach happens over email and DMs
- A track record in fast-paced, target-driven environments (startups, agencies, consulting, or similar)
- Resilience, proactivity, and flexibility to adjust strategy when things arenโt working or projects change course

Backend Engineer - Agentic Platform
Department: Tech - Developer Experience
Location: Barcelona
About the opportunity
We are seeking for a Backend Engineer with Full-Stack capacity for our The Agentic Platform Team. You will build the products that let hundreds of engineers and non-engineers at N26 work alongside AI every day. Any engineering background works: backend, frontend, mobile. We care more about how you think and build than where you came from. No prior AI product experience required; we expect you to use AI coding tools daily and push what they can do.
What youโll do
- Ship Agentic Workflows: Design and prove the core patterns that let AI agents complete real engineering work from start to finish: context engineering, memory, gated plans. Once proven, package them so any team can adopt them.
- Enable Self-Service AI Tooling: Build the distribution layer that lets teams publish and pick up AI capabilities on their own schedule, without routing through a central team.
- Connect Agents to Internal Tools: Build the integrations between AI agents and the systems engineers use every day: issue trackers, code review, CI and empower engineers to build that kind of workflow themselves.
- Turn Problems into Patterns: Identify recurring engineering problems and turn them into repeatable, AI-powered solutions other teams can adopt.
- Set the Standard: Define and document how engineers at N26 use AI responsibly: the guardrails, the practices, the shared understanding that lets the platform scale without surprises.
- Measure What Matters: Track how AI is being used across N26, what it costs, and where it drives real impact. Use that data to sharpen what the team builds next.
What you need to be successful
- An Ownership Mindset: You identify gaps, propose solutions, and ship without waiting to be directed.
- Strong Coding Fundamentals: You write clean, maintainable code; language is secondary to craft. Our stack leans on Go and TypeScript, but what matters is that you care about what you ship and can pick up new languages fast.
- Platform Intuition: You think in multipliers. When you see a repeated manual step, you build the tool that removes it for everyone.
- Developer Tooling Experience: You have built or operated internal developer platforms: plugin registries, CI/CD integrations, package distribution, or configuration management.
- AI Coding Habit: You use AI coding tools daily (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar). No background in building AI products required; you need the habit of using them and the curiosity to go deeper.
- GitOps/DevOps Experience: GitOps and DevOps are your natural environment. Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions or AWS is a strong plus.
- Communication Skills: You explain complex systems clearly to engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
Whatโs in it for you
- Accelerate your career growth by joining one of Europeโs most talked about disruptors ๐.
- Employee benefits that range from a competitive personal development budget, work from home budget, discounts to fitness & wellness memberships, language apps and public transportation.
- As an N26 employee you will have access to a Premium subscription on your personal N26 bank account. As well as subscriptions for friends and family members.
- Additional day of annual leave for each year of service.
- A high degree of autonomy and access to cutting edge technologies - all while working with a friendly team of peers of diverse nationalities, experiences, and backgrounds.
- A relocation package with visa support for those who need it.

What youโll do
- Drive technical vision for the team that motivates and inspires the team for the next chapter
- Partner closely with product management to build new features and enhance existing ones
- Work with the team to reduce technical debt and sustainably scale our architecture
- Build relationships with customers and drive results with them
- Nurture and grow team members based on their career aspirations
- Hire the best of the talent and continue to raise the bar for the team
- Represent the team in planning and product meetings
- Optimize engineering processes and policies to drive velocity and quality
Who you are
- 4+ years as an engineering manager
- 8+ years as an engineer
- Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Experience managing quality incidents as both a technical lead and communication lead
- Experience working on products at scale, and understanding the data, legal, human impact, and technical nuances of supporting highly regulated products
- Strong experience with TDD, pair programming, and agile methodologies
- Deep understanding of service architecture and system design as well as lean software development principles
- Ability to make high-level prioritization decisions quickly and thoughtfully
- Able to develop inclusive teams to foster growth and diversity
- Humility, openness to feedback, and eagerness to learn
- Experience with machine learning and AI is a plus
- An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes
What we offer
- A fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Learning and development allowance
- Competitive cash and equity compensation, and opportunity for advancement
- 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Up to $25K reimbursement for fertility, adoption, and parental planning services
- Flexible PTO policy
- Monthly wellness stipend
- In-office perks at hub locations (Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; Nashville, TN; Santiago, Chile) with 3+ days in office per week
- Relocation stipend may be available
What You Will Do
- Support full-cycle recruitment for technical positions with guidance from experienced recruiters;
- Learn how to source IT professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and other modern tools;
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidates' motivation, communication skills, and cultural fit;

- Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand hiring needs;
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS and keep recruitment data up to date;
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment events;

Who You Are
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment (IT or non-IT);
- Strong interest in technology and willingness to build a career in technical recruitment;
- Fluency in Romanian and Russian; English at Intermediate+ level or higher;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine desire to learn quickly;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Experience with LinkedIn, ATS systems, or sourcing tools is a plus but not required;
What Do We Offer?
- Close collaboration with an experienced international Talent Acquisition team;
- 100+ technical and non-technical training programs for professional development;
- Career growth opportunities within a global organization;
- Health insurance;
- Corporate events, team activities, and internal community initiatives.

Head of Product โ Consumer Facing Products
Tel Aviv, Israel
Job Description
The Opportunity
Gett is a ground transportation platform on a mission to bring the best mobility providers together into one platform with best-in-class UX - spanning booking, riding, invoicing, and analytics so we save our customers time and money.
Our Product team advocates for users and business customers, setting vision and driving execution across a multidisciplinary product suite. We use data and research to align diverse stakeholders around a common goal, while empowering our teams to own outcomes.
We're hiring a Head of Product to lead our Consumer Facing Products teams, the domain responsible for everything our end users touch: riders, bookers, admins, drivers, couriers and supply partners, across mobile apps, web, and backend integrations.
You'll lead a cross-functional team of Product Managers, owning the consumer product suite end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap to execution and outcomes. This is a role for someone who combines strong people leadership with sharp product and UX instincts, and who's comfortable operating where consumer experience meets B2B complexity (corporate accounts, bookers, admins) and regulated markets.
Why This Role
Our consumer product suite at Gett isn't a single app - it's a portfolio spanning private riders, B2B bookers, and admin tooling, operating across regulated markets with real compliance and pricing constraints. You'll be shaping how millions of rides get booked, tracked, and paid for - with the autonomy of an owner and the complexity of a real, high-stakes B2B/B2C hybrid.
Safety and trust sit at the center of our brand positioning, and AI-powered tools - from smart trip recommendations to conversational support, are becoming a visible part of the consumer experience, not just something running in the background. This is a rare seat to define both at once, for a product used by real people making real trips.
What You'll Own
- Team leadership - hire, coach, and grow a high-performing team of PMs; work closely with the R&D team and set the bar for craft and hold the team to it.
- Product vision & strategy - define and evolve the consumer product vision, translate it into OKRs and a roadmap the org can rally behind
- Domain expertise - build deep fluency in ground transportation economics and market dynamics to inform where we invest next.
- Safety & trust - champion rider and booker safety and duty-of-care across the experience (in-ride, notifications, dispute resolution), and make trust a visible, measurable part of the product, not an afterthought.
- AI products for consumers - own the roadmap for AI-powered features UX throughout an SDLC to improve the WOW and making AI a visible part of the consumer experience, not just backend infrastructure.
- Cross-functional partnership - work closely with Commercial and Marketing on acquisition funnels and onboarding experience; keep stakeholders aligned on roadmap and trade-offs.
- Org building - partner with other Heads of Product to shape how the broader product organization operates and scales.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in product management, including large-scale consumer and/or SaaS products at international scale, plus 4+ years managing PMs and PM leaders across multiple sites/geographies.
- A track record of shipping multiple successful consumer-facing products โ not just concepts, but things that shipped, scaled, and moved metrics.
- Real people leadership - you build teams people want to join and follow; you're assertive without being heavy-handed, and you know how to turn disagreement into alignment.
- Fluent, confident communicator in English, written and verbal โ you can hold a room with execs and a 1:1 with an IC equally well.
- Genuine customer obsession - you run discovery yourself, not just review it; you have strong opinions about UX and back them with research.
- Sharp analytical and strategic instincts - comfortable setting OKRs, prioritizing ruthlessly, and making the data-vs-instinct call when data is incomplete.
- Bias to action - you drive multiple workstreams in parallel without losing sight of the outcome.
- Shipped consumer-facing AI products or tools - recommendations, conversational assistants, predictive/personalized experiences, generative features - and can reason about where AI adds real user value vs. where it's noise.
- A track record of, or genuine interest in, building safety and trust-critical consumer products - you understand that in transportation, trust is the product.
- Nice to have: B.Sc. in Computer Science (or equivalent engineering background); MBA.
At Gett, weโre committed to creating an inclusive, respectful environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to succeed. We believe that diversity drives innovation, and weโre proud to offer equal opportunities to allโregardless of age, race, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.
