Internship Details
Our Research PhD Internship is designed for candidates who have finished their classes and are working only on research work to complete their PhD. - Negotiate and draft customer and vendor-facing data processing agreements (DPAs) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
- Repaper existing commercial agreements, including locating inโscope contracts and drafting amendments to align with new privacy requirements.

- The majority of your work will be data privacy focused. The remainder of your time will be spent providing legal support to other areas of the business as needed (necessary training will be provided).
