This role is for someone who can turn product ideas, features, and offers into clear messages for email, push notifications, in-app content, stories, promo banners, and other formats. Senior Manager, Art Direction at Riot oversee the quality and management of a team with a focus on Mission, Direction, and Cohesion. Your scope of responsibilities covers an entire initiative. These responsibilities include overall culture, performance, and growth of your direct reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee art direction for the project cosmetics, from concept through final in-game assets, ensuring every piece expresses clear thematic vision, craft excellence, and strong player resonance.
  • Uphold the artistic vision, craft standards, and success criteria that drive clarity, readability, and emotional impact across cosmetics. Partner with production to ensure pipelines support sustainable quality.
  • Partner closely with Riot LA Creative and Product leadership to interpret and implement the creative and artistic vision for cosmetics, ensuring alignment with global quality standards, champion identity, and thematic intent.
  • Champion player clarity and fantasy in every cosmetic, guiding teams to create visually exciting, thematically cohesive, and gameplay-readable art.
  • Collaborate across Riot LA and Singapore to maintain alignment, manage feedback, and resolve challenges across all stages of production.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with Riot LA Creative, Art, and Product partners through transparency, reliability, and consistent delivery.
