As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Junior CX & Sales Engineer whoโ€™ll design and implement customer solutions on top of their platform. This is a critical role that bridges their core CX function, engineering team, and customers.

  • Solution Engineering โ€“ Developing scalable, high-leverage customer solutions that integrate API calls, Python, JavaScript, large language models, and structured data to create content workflows for the client.
  • Customer Collaboration โ€“ Engaging directly with customers to understand their needs, scope technical solutions, and guide implementation. Representing the company on customer calls and ensuring smooth delivery.
