You Will
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure in the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Implement and manage all database (SQL and NoSQL various databases) related infrastructure.
- Implement and manage all Search (Solr, ElasticSearch, OpenSearch) related infrastructure.
- Implement and manage messaging system (Kafka) related infrastructure.

About You
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar relevant field

What You'll Bring:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working in customer-facing technical roles
- At least 5 years of experience building and managing customer relationships
- Minimum of 4 years of experience at a SaaS-company working with cloud architectures
- Foundational technical understanding of data collection, feature engineering, model training and productionalization

Within 1 month, you'll:
- Get introduced to existing enterprise customers and setup schedules to collect feedback and understand their desired outcomes
- Learn and understand company product value proposition
- Identify gaps between the current status and the clientโs desired outcome and how those gaps could be bridged
- You will be working alongside the sales, product and marketing teams crafting a mutual success plan with the customers
Within 3 months, you'll:
- Advise our customers on best practices for product usage and share applicable success stories to help clients transform their data labeling practice
- Focus on hitting targets for customer satisfaction, renewals, and retention
- Partner with the champion to evangelize success and achievements to further drive awareness and expansion opportunities within the organization
- Iterate on the process of capturing product feedback and feature requests, identify the โwhyโ and value behind that information
Within 6 months, you'll:
- Nurture relationships with strategic accounts starting from user personas, then move to senior, and then executive levels. Guarantee satisfaction and alignment along every step
- Help continue building out customer success functions by drafting best practices, playbooks, and process designs in order for the team to serve a large book of customers at scale
Within 1 year you'll:
- Keep scaling customer success initiatives based on the customer and usage growth

Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and process optimization by delivering data-driven insights, crafting optimization proposals, setting up experiments, and evaluating results across one of three key analytics domains:
- Sales/Marketing: Enhancing sales through the e-commerce platform and B2B sales processes.

- Operational Processes Optimization: Our sales depend on customer satisfaction, which depends on on-time supply production with no claims. It consequently depends on operational processes. Task: Identify bottlenecks and critical success factors in operational business processes and design a system of preventive controls to avoid customer claims/delays.
- Optimal order distribution. Each received order needs to be outsourced ASAP to the best-fit production partner. Task: Increase platform efficiency by design and implementation of optimal order distribution-to-the-Production partners strategies, balancing various efficiency criteria.
- Marketplace balance. Balance of Demand (customer orders requests) and Supply (availability of production partners with proper technological capabilities) are constantly changing. It requires us to proactively identify lacking production competences and expand the Production Partners Network. Task: Support partner network management team focusing their efforts to efficiently keep balance state.
- Sales strategy optimization. Our main product are Machined Parts-on-demand. is offered with different options (technologies, materials, post-processing options etc). Seems like these variants differently affect invoiced revenue and margin, claims rate, orders delays. Tasks: Formulate and constantly update optimal sales and pricing strategy and critical success factors aimed to maximize revenue and mitigate claims risks and income loss based on clustering of offered products from the historical perspective; Monitor product performance. As a product analyst, youโll monitor the performance of products over their lifecycle. You'll identify patterns and trends that indicate how well a product performs on the market, and subsequently monitor sales numbers and gather customer feedback data to gauge performance.
