This is a high-impact role for a technically fluent PM who is equally comfortable diving into data quality problems and presenting roadmaps to enterprise CIOs.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in a high-growth or early-stage B2B SaaS environment where strategic and organizational change is common

What you'll do

This role sits at the center of the Stripe pricing architecture, working horizontally across our product portfolio to shape how Stripe packages and prices its suite of products. Rather than going deep on a single product, you'll develop the frameworks, methodologies, and strategic recommendations that govern how our products work together commercially. Your work will be highly visible to Stripe leadership and directly shape how millions of businesses experience the value of Stripe.

  • Develop the frameworks, methodologies, and strategies that govern how Stripe products are priced and packaged together commercially, aligned to our long-term commercial goals

  • Knowledge of the payments ecosystem and value chain

Job title: Social Media Manager

About Outreach

Outreach, founded in 2014, is the only complete agentic AI platform for revenue teams. Outreach infuses agentic AI, conversation intelligence, and assistive AI to power hundreds of use cases across revenue motions. From new logo prospecting to expansions, deal acceleration, driving retention, and forecasting, Outreach AI automates workflows and frees sellers to focus on more strategic conversations and actions. Revenue leaders benefit from connected account visibility, performance insights, and higher forecasting accuracy across every GTM team. World leading enterprise organizations use Outreach to power their revenue teams, including Databricks, SAP, Siemens, and Verizon to name a few.

About the Team

This is where brand voice meets business impact. The Social Media Manager joins Outreach's Corporate Marketing and Communications function โ€” a collaborative group of storytellers, strategists, and brand builders who believe that how a company shows up in the world is as important as what it ships. We work cross-functionally โ€” alongside executives, product marketing, PR, and content teams โ€” to ensure Outreach is visible, credible, and unmistakable in the market. We're curious about what's next: in social media, in AI-powered content creation, and in the way modern buyers discover and engage with brands. We bring bold ideas, hold a high bar on quality, and take real ownership of outcomes โ€” together.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Social Media Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping how Outreach shows up across global social channels. This is a highly visible role that blends strategic brand storytelling with executive enablement. It provides an opportunity to define the social voice of a category-defining company at the forefront of AI for revenue teams, with the creative freedom and executive access to make an outsized impact. You'll lead the company's corporate social media presence, partner closely with Outreach executives to develop their social strategies, and work with our social media agency as the main point of contact, driving the social expression of our brand campaigns, customer stories, and AI leadership. AI is transforming how teams create, distribute, and measure social content, and this role sits at that intersection. We're an AI-leading marketing team that uses emerging tools to work smarter, move faster, and build connections that resonate. We're looking for someone who brings that same mindset to every channel, campaign, and audience interaction.

What Youโ€™ll Do

Own the full Cloud Namespace lifecycle for an operator using Temporal Cloud: understanding workload needs, provisioning and management flows, defining the right configuration defaults and policies, updates-in-place, and safe deletion. Define and evolve differentiated Namespace offerings (e.g., higher/lower SLA, latency, durability, residency, and cost options) that are easy for customers to understand and trust. Own throughput and capacity management for Namespaces (e.g., autoscaling, TRUs, reserved vs. elastic capacity, scheduling, visibility, limits, and quotas). Drive operational policy and features (Namespace placement in deployment rings, replication, scaling) to deliver highly performant, reliable, and cost-effective service at massive multi-tenant scale. Define and own Namespace SLOs and SLAs , including instrumentation and customer-facing communication of performance and reliability expectations. Own the Namespace APIs & configuration used by customer automation, the Temporal Cloud UI, and other products and services.

What Youโ€™ll Bring

Product leadership experience shipping and operating platform/infrastructure products , especially where reliability, performance, and cost tradeoffs matter. Strong systems thinking: ability to translate workload needs into tiering, pricing, policy, quotas/limits, and defaults that scale across many customers. Comfort partnering closely with engineering on technical topics like autoscaling, capacity planning, rolling deployment and placement logic , and resilience patternsโ€”even if youโ€™re not writing production code. Experience defining and managing SLOs/SLAs and using metrics to drive product decisions and prioritization. Ability to build alignment across stakeholders (Engineering, Cloud Ops/SRE, Support, Sales, Solutions, Security) and make clear, durable decisions in ambiguous environments. Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to produce crisp PRDs, decision docs, and customer-facing explanations.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with multi-tenant systems, workload isolation, and โ€œnoisy neighborโ€ mitigation.
  • Familiarity with API product design for long-lived resource lifecycle operations and safe evolution over time.
  • Background working on placement, routing, data residency, or geo-distributed reliability problems.
  • Experience building pricing/packaging inputs for tiered services in partnership with Finance/GTM.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $185,000 - $260,000, based on experience and location. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan. Compensation ranges reflect salary and commission compensation (when applicable) across several geographic markets. Employment offers carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, knowledge, expertise, skillset, market location, and job level assessed during the interview process.

Benefits & Perks

  • U.S. Benefits: Unlimited PTO, 12 Holidays + 2 Floating Holidays
  • Medical, Dental, Vision: 100% Premiums Coverage
  • AD&D, LT & ST Disability, and Life Insurance (Standard & Supplemental Available)
  • Empower 401K Plan
  • Additional Perks: Learning & Development, Lifestyle Spending, Home Office Setup, Professional Memberships, WFH Meals, Internet Stipend, and more!
  • International Benefits: PTO and Benefits outside the United States vary by country, issued in partnership with Remote.com

Travel

Temporal is a globally distributed, collaborative team that values opportunities for in-person connection. Occasional travel may be required for company events, team offsites, and other meaningful moments that bring us together.

Who You Are

  • Product leadership experience shipping and operating platform/infrastructure products, especially where reliability, performance, and cost tradeoffs matter.
  • Strong systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfort working with engineering on technical topics related to autoscaling, capacity planning, and resilience patterns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to produce PRDs and customer-facing explanations.

Team Description

Temporal Cloud is Temporalโ€™s managed SaaS product, used by customers to run workloads with varying requirements for throughput, latency, resilience, isolation, data residency, and cost. Namespaces are the primary unit of isolation within Temporal Cloud. In this role youโ€™ll own the Cloud Namespace product surface end-to-end and partner with engineering teams to deliver customer-facing capabilities and shape internal operational systems for namespace placement, provisioning, capacity management, and more.

Tech Stack

Collaboration with engineering on autoscaling, capacity planning, rolling deployment and placement logic, and resilience patterns. No explicit codebase details provided, but emphasis on platform/infrastructure product design and operations.

What you'll do

  • Get obsessed with the customer. Talk to SMB owners, watch them work, mine the signal sitting in our millions of existing users โ€” find the problem they actually have, not the one that's convenient for us.
  • Run on hypotheses, not opinions. Form a sharp bet, design the test, read the result honestly even when it stings, move.
  • Own the funnel and the money. Activation, conversion, retention, monetization โ€” know the numbers cold and push them yourself.
  • Turn mess into a thing worth building. Insight is cheap; a sharp, buildable product decision is not.
  • Build alongside your engineers, not above them. Prototype with AI tools โ€” v0, Cursor, Lovable, whatever's fastest โ€” and fix your own interface instead of filing a ticket for it.
  • Ship in days, not quarters. Idea to something real in front of a user in about a week. Then do it again.
  • Bring the energy that makes people want to build with you. This is the job where "it's just a job" gets you replaced.

Who you are

  • ~3โ€“5 years building software products and shipping V1s that real customers actually used โ€” SMB experience is a strong plus.
  • Customer-obsessed by instinct, not by training โ€” you start from their problem, not our roadmap.
  • AI-native. You use these tools every day, not just on slide decks, and you have sharp instincts for what they can and can't do yet.
  • You've run experiments that mattered โ€” you can name the bet, the test, and what you learned when you were wrong.
  • Curious and genuinely unafraid to be wrong in public. Fast learners who chase the question outrun people who protect their ego.
  • A real nose for product โ€” you can tell good from bad in five minutes, not five meetings.
  • Hands-on by default. Given the choice between a rough prototype and a strategy doc, you build the prototype.
  • Fluent in growth and monetization โ€” funnels, conversion, pricing, the levers that actually move a business, not just a metric.
  • Hungry for freedom on new things โ€” and ready to run with it the moment you get it.

What we offer

  • Flexible working environment - Our teams operate across the globe. We value inโ€‘person collaboration in our hubs, but we also embrace remote and hybrid working. You can work from one of our offices in the United States, Poland, Romania or Ukraine, or remotely from many countries.
  • Competitive compensation and stock options - We offer salaries that reflect local market conditions and experience, plus a performance-based bonus system and stock options so you share in the companyโ€™s growth.
  • Professional growth and learning - We invest in your development through courses, conferences, and access to learning resources. We encourage career growth and internal mobility, supporting teammates who want to explore new opportunities within airSlate.
  • Health and wellโ€‘being - We provide comprehensive benefits tailored to each country, including health coverage, wellness programmes and access to fitness options. We also dedicate quarterly company-wide Mental Health Days, when everyone takes time off to rest and recharge.
  • Familyโ€‘friendly culture - Family life is part of who we are, and we embrace it in many forms. From flexibility for parents to our airSlate Junior Club for kids, to company-wide family days and our pet-friendly approach, weโ€™re committed to making work and life easier to balance.
  • Giving back - We support charitable initiatives around the world through the airSlate Care programme. Our current focus includes humanitarian aid in Ukraine and other regions, matching employee donations and supporting causes chosen by our teams.
  • Open communication - We encourage transparent dialogue at all levels. From team discussions to company-wide Q&A sessions with our CEO, we make sure everyone has the chance to be heard and to influence how we grow.
