Staff Product Manager, AI
Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality. We're looking for a Staff Product Manager, AI to set the direction for how AI shows up across Webflow's platform. This is our Agent Access area, spanning the Webflow AI Assistant inside the Designer, the 3rd-party agents that reach Webflow through MCP, the Agent Instructions that guide them, and the platform underneath that powers it all. It's early, fast-moving territory. Much of what "good" looks like for AI-assisted creation hasn't been written yet, and you'll define it. You'll own the multi-year strategy for the area and rally teams across Webflow behind it, unlocking new ways for developers, partners, and creators to build for the web.

Application Information: Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled This posting is for a new position Reporting to the Director of Product
As a Staff Product Manager, AI, you'llโฆ
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Webflow's agent surfaces: the Webflow AI Assistant, MCP, Agent Instructions, and the AI platform underneath that powers our prompt-based agent experiences. You'll set the direction and drive it through to delivery with Engineering, Design, and Data. Make it all work as one.
- Sequence the work so the surfaces reinforce each other, build shared primitives once so they serve 1st-party and 3rd-party agents alike, and keep teams aligned so we ship a coherent product rather than the org chart.
- Set the standard for what "good" means when products never behave the same way twice. Define the quality bar for agent experiences, and the evals, guardrails, and metrics that hold the whole area to it.
- Serve developers and creators at the same time. Balance developer-grade surfaces like MCP and APIs against an approachable assistant for visual, less-technical creators, without shortchanging either.
- Drive alignment across Webflow, not just your own teams. Represent the agent area to leadership, turn strategy into committed plans, and navigate cross-functional disagreement across Engineering, GTM, and beyond independently and constructively.
- Roll up your sleeves and build. Product Managers at Webflow deliver value any way they can, up to and including contributing to the product directly in code. You'll prototype ideas, ship improvements yourself where it helps, and stay close enough to the implementation to make sharp product calls.
- Place durable, multi-year bets as the AI landscape shifts. Models, protocols, and techniques are evolving fast; you'll stay close to customers, tell real standards from fads, and keep raising the bar on how fast and how well we ship.
- Raise the bar for the craft around you. Set reusable patterns and standards other teams build on, and mentor PMs and partners as the agent practice grows.
About you:
Requirements:- BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
- 8+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in AI-powered systems and a track record of owning strategy for large, ambiguous product areas.
- Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility. Know where LLM-based tools shine and where they break down, from substantial hands-on work with AI agent systems, code generation, or programmable interfaces.
- Have set the bar for "good" on non-deterministic products, defining the evals, guardrails, and success metrics that keep quality high when outputs vary from run to run, and getting a team to hold to them.
- Can serve two audiences at once. You've built both developer-grade tools and approachable products for less-technical creators, and hold both in view without shortchanging either.
- Enjoy the full craft of building software. You're curious about every part of how products get made and like getting into the details wherever the work needs you, whether that's opening a pull request, leading a user interview, prototyping an idea, writing a query to pin down a metric, or writing a sharp brief.
- Lead through influence rather than authority. You set strategy and bring Engineering, Design, GTM, and leadership along, holding your own with senior stakeholders and moving decisions forward without waiting to be told.
- Stay curious, building fluency in emerging AI to speed up both your own work and your team's.
Our Core Behaviors:
- Build lasting customer trust.
- Win together.
- Reinvent ourselves.
- Deliver with speed, quality, and craft.
Benefits
- Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
- Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
- Time off thatโs actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
- Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
- Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally. Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses โ from Wi-Fi to workouts.
- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program. Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.

Orca-T Account Manager - open territories (Pacific Northwest / Midatlantic)
More than one million people in the United States today are fighting blood cancer. While a traditional allogeneic stem cell transplant has been the best hope for many, the transplant itself can prove fatal or lead to serious conditions, such as graft vs. host disease. Orca Bio is a commercial-stage biotechnology company redefining the transplant process by developing next-generation cell therapies with the goal of providing significantly better survival rates with dramatically fewer risks. With our purified, high-precision cell therapies we hope to not only replace patients' blood and immune systems with healthy ones, but also restore their lives.
Position Summary
The Orca-T Account Manager (now branded as TREGZI) will serve as the primary liaison between Orca Bio and our Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs). This individual is responsible for building and managing key relationships, supporting treatment site readiness and execution, and driving appropriate use of Orca Bioโs approved therapies. The OTAM plays a central role in creating a smooth and effective experience for treatment sites, physicians, and other healthcare stakeholders. This is a high-impact, field-based role that requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution. It offers the opportunity to help shape how groundbreaking therapies are delivered to patients who need them most.
Travel/Location
Must live in assigned territory (recruiting for multiple territories). Currently recruiting for Pacific Northwest/Northern California territory; candidate should reside in northern CA, WA, OR, or ID. Willingness to travel up to 50%, based on business needs.
Director of Global Developer Success
Summary Temporal is hiring a Senior Manager, Developer Success to lead and scale our deeply technical support organization. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for turning customer technical response into a repeatable, measurable, and differentiated advantage for Temporal. Developer Success is the team customers rely on when they need fast, confident support for complex developer and infrastructure issues. The team helps users deploy, operate, debug, and scale Temporal across cloud-native environments, distributed systems, SDKs, observability stacks, and mission-critical workloads. The next phase requires a leader who can preserve technical excellence and customer empathy while building the operational rigor of a world-class support function.
What you will do
- Build and lead Global Developer Success: Hire, coach, develop, retain, and performance-manage high-performing support engineers, managers, and specialists across tiers, regions, and customer segments.
- Create the support operating system: Define SLAs/OLAs, ticket and Slack triage, queue ownership, severity definitions, tiering, escalation paths, incident communications, RCA standards, quality review, staffing, and operating cadence.
- Raise the quality bar: Move beyond CSAT alone by measuring customer effort, touches to resolution, reopen rate, handoffs, recurrence, communication quality, resolution confidence, and customer-visible ownership.
- Harden Slack and customer response: Turn premium Slack response into a defined service model with acknowledgement standards, urgent paths, conversion-to-ticket rules, coverage model, manager review, and customer-facing expectations.
- Protect Engineering focus through better support: Reduce avoidable escalations by building runbooks, diagnostics, knowledge systems, reproducibility standards, technical triage, and high-quality escalation packets.
- Lead escalation and incident discipline: Establish crisp roles for technical lead, escalation manager, communications owner, Support, Engineering, SA, Platform Architecture, and Sales. Ensure incidents and critical escalations are communicated with clarity and followed by useful RCAs.
- Build technical depth and enablement: Create career paths, training, mentorship, certification, quality review, and hands-on learning that help junior engineers become senior/staff support engineers and help senior engineers scale their expertise.
- Partner across the company: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Solutions Architecture, Platform Architecture, Customer Success, Docs, DevRel, and Services to ensure support signal turns into product, documentation, enablement, and customer lifecycle improvements.
- Use tooling and AI pragmatically: Improve routing, deflection, summaries, analytics, knowledge surfacing, diagnostics, and customer communication while measuring real operating outcomes rather than tool adoption alone.
- Represent Temporal with customers: Engage directly in strategic escalations, high-stakes incidents, enterprise support conversations, QBR/EBR inputs, and executive readouts when support experience affects customer trust.
What you will bring
- 12+ years of experience in technical support, customer engineering, SRE, solutions engineering, infrastructure engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles, with 5+ years leading support or customer-facing engineering teams.
- Proven experience building and scaling technical support operations for a deeply technical B2B product, ideally in developer tools, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, observability, AI infrastructure, open source, or distributed systems within a GTM organization.
- Experience managing managers and building the systems that make teams run: metrics, operating cadence, queue management, quality review, staffing models, tiering, escalation paths, and performance management.
- Strong technical credibility with developers, support engineers, SREs, platform engineers, and product engineers. Ability to reason about APIs/SDKs, cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes, observability, distributed systems, reliability, incident response, and debugging workflows.
- Track record reducing avoidable Engineering escalations while improving the quality of product and engineering signal when escalations are needed.
- Deep understanding of support quality metrics: response time, resolution time, customer effort, touches, reopens, recurrence, backlog, SLA/OLA attainment, deflection, CSAT, sentiment, and case quality.
- Strong customer communication skills in high-pressure situations. Ability to write crisp updates, lead customer-facing RCA conversations, set expectations, and coach others to communicate clearly.
- Clear philosophy for hiring, onboarding, leveling, progression, coaching, retention, and performance management for technical support engineers and support managers.
- High ownership and builder mindset. Ability to create clarity in ambiguous systems, ship v1 processes quickly, and iterate with data and customer evidence.
Nice to haves
- Experience with Temporal, Cadence, workflow engines, orchestration systems, event-driven architecture, distributed applications, or production reliability tooling.
- Experience in consumption-based, open-source, developer-led, or mission-critical enterprise support motions.
- Energized by working within a GTM organization.
- Experience with support tooling and modern AI support systems such as Pylon, Zendesk, Kapa-like deflection, knowledge automation, case analytics, or incident communications tooling.
- Hands-on background with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure, Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, Terraform, Go, Java, Python, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
- Experience building Tier 3 / elite support, OSS/community support, self-hosted support, premium support, or 24/7 critical escalation coverage.
Compensation
The estimated pay range for this role is $190,000 - $230,000 based on experience and location. Equity Options - Eligible for stock options as part of Temporal's equity plan. Compensation ranges reflect salary and commission compensation (when applicable) across several geographic markets.
