Vice President, Financial Delivery
The Vice President of Financial Delivery is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Suvoda's financial services delivery organization โ site payments and patient payments โ on behalf of clinical trial sponsors worldwide. This role leads a unified, multi-function delivery organization spanning implementation, verification, and project management. The VP owns delivery quality, client escalations, P&L performance, and the ongoing adoption of AI-driven and agentic delivery tools across the organization. This position requires a hands-on, experienced leader with regulated industry experience (preference for life sciences or payments experience) and a proven track record of building, developing, and scaling delivery organizations in a fast-paced, PE-backed, growth-oriented environment. The VP reports to the SVP, Global Client Delivery. This role is remote-first. We prefer candidates located in or near Philadelphia, PA to support occasional in-person meetings; candidates outside the region should expect some additional travel to participate in these sessions.
Responsibilities

- Lead a unified delivery organization across implementation, verification, and project management, maintaining one leadership structure, one quality bar, and one operating rhythm.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for clients on financial delivery issues, managing problem resolution at the executive level.
- Own and report on key delivery metrics such as, but not limited to implementation cycle time, verification turnaround, customer satisfaction, and cost per study.
- Evaluate and evolve the delivery operating model including implementation, onboarding, and ongoing operations, to optimize quality, cost, and scale as the business grows.
- Partner with senior delivery leaders across Travel, RTSM, eCOA, and other product lines to define and maintain clean operating boundaries for shared, multiproduct clients, and to ensure those clients have a consistent and excellent experience.
- Own regulatory compliance, accuracy standards, and payment-workflow integrity across site and patient payment operations.
- Partner with Customer Success and commercial leadership to ensure delivery performance drives bookings and renewal outcomes.
- Lead, coach, and develop a multi-layered leadership team.
- Build and execute a retention strategy for high-performing individual contributors and team leads; proactively address attrition risk.
- Own P&L performance for the delivery line, including cost of goods sold (COGS) per study and margin, and design the organization to scale cost-efficiently.
- Drive resource planning, capacity forecasting, and workforce allocation across financial services delivery teams.
- Champion the adoption of AI-powered and agentic delivery tools within the organization; use AI-generated intelligence to drive proactive, same-day decisions rather than passive reporting.
- Develop and maintain training, certification, and process standards across delivery teams to ensure consistent quality at scale.
- Build strong cross-departmental relationships to resolve dependencies and ensure customer and business success.
- Perform other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Progressive leadership experience serving customers in a regulated industry; payments and/or life sciences expertise strongly preferred.
- Proven track record leading a delivery organization of 75+ people, with direct, personal accountability for quality and on-time performance metrics; including direct P&L or cost-center ownership.
- Experience unifying or integrating a fragmented, multi-history, or post-acquisition delivery organization into a single operating model.
- Demonstrated ability to translate delivery quality into commercial outcomes (renewal, expansion, retention) in quantifiable terms.
- Excellent executive-level communication and client-management skills; experience serving as an escalation point for enterprise clients.
- Results-oriented, with a track record of driving major initiatives to a measurable positive impact on the business.
- Excellent judgment, with the ability to balance competing priorities, risks, and opportunities.
- Deeply curious, fast learner with demonstrated ability to rapidly gain command of a new industry, technology, and product.
- Comfort consuming AI-generated intelligence and analytics and using it to drive real-time operational decisions; agentic or AI-tooling adoption experience a plus.

Product Operations Manager
Role overview: Samsara's Product Operations team is looking for a hands-on builder who can help Product and Engineering teams make faster, better decisions with customer and product data. You will be part of the Product Operations team and will work closely with R&D leaders to turn ambiguous questions into rigorous analyses, repeatable workflows, and internal tools used across our Product and Engineering organization. You might investigate why customers struggle with a workflow, combine signals from thousands of support tickets and customer conversations, or build a dashboard that helps hundreds of product managers and engineers understand product adoption and customer pain. This is an individual-contributor role for someone who has already shown that they can build and ship. You do not need a technical background. However, you do need to be able to use modern AI and development tools to move beyond a prototype: work with data, write and debug code using AI, validate the results, put a useful tool in front of users, and improve it until people trust and rely on it. This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States and Canada. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.
What you'll do
- Build and ship internal data and AI products that help Product and Engineering teams understand product usage, customer friction, and the highest-impact opportunities to improve.
- Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured dataโincluding product telemetry, support tickets, customer conversations, feature requests, surveys, and product metadataโto find patterns that would be difficult to see manually.
- Turn one-time analyses into reliable, repeatable tools and workflows with clear data definitions, quality checks, documentation, and feedback loops.
- Translate complex findings into clear, decision-ready recommendations, while preserving the evidence and methodology behind them.
- Own projects end to end: scope the problem, identify and connect the right data, build the first version, launch it, measure adoption and quality, and continue improving it.
- Use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfullyโchecking outputs, debugging failures, and applying sound judgment rather than treating generated work as automatically correct.
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsaraโs cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices.
- Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team.
Minimum requirements
- 1โ5 years of professional experience in a role such as product operations, data or product analytics, business operations, consulting, technical product management, or another environment where you solved ambiguous problems with data and technology.
- A demonstrated record of building and shipping something useful for real usersโfor example, an internal tool, application, a dashboard, automation, data product, or repeatable analytical workflow.
- Experience structuring and analyzing messy or large datasets, validating the results, and explaining what the analysis does and does not prove.
- Strong product and customer judgment: you start with the user problem and business outcome, not the technology.
- Clear written and verbal communication. You can explain technical or analytical work to non-technical partners without losing the important details.
- High ownership, curiosity, and attention to detail. You are comfortable learning quickly, asking sharp questions, forming a point of view, and iterating through ambiguity.
Ideal candidate
- Experience in a B2B technology company or working closely with Product and Engineering teams.
- Experience in Product Operations functions, working on defining and tracking product roadmaps, feature requests, and bringing the voice of the customer to every product conversation.
Annual Base Salary: $106,802.50 โ $179,500 USD. This role is eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff, and ongoing refresh opportunities tied to performance, subject to plan terms and conditions. Learn more about total rewards and benefits below.
What youโll bring to the team
- Ability to work with data, write and debug code using AI, validate results, and deliver useful tools to users.
- Commitment to Samsaraโs cultural principles: Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team.
- Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional partners and scale globally.

What you'll do
Following the successful first AD hire last year, CaptivateIQ is expanding its enterprise expansion function. The second AD hire reflects growing conviction in the model and an expanding enterprise book of business that warrants dedicated capacity. This hire is not a repeat of the first โ we are raising the bar for enterprise pedigree and self-sufficiency. We are specifically looking for someone who arrives with an established enterprise playbook and can contribute immediately to building out the function's best practices.
The vision for the role is to establish a world-class enterprise expansion function, with ADs who collectively own the growth motion across CaptivateIQ's highest-potential accounts, operate with deep account planning discipline, self-generate pipeline through proactive multi-threading, run structured cross-sell plays for Sales Planning and Catalyst AI, and help build the company's enterprise expansion playbooks for the long term. ADs now operate as part of a coordinated motion that includes a BDR and an AI SDR โ the new hire must be able to lead and leverage this team structure from day one, not just execute independently.
Requirements
- 8+ years total experience in Account Management or Sales within a SaaS or technology company.
- Farming vs. Hunting โ looking for a farmer vs. a pure hunter.
- 3+ years specifically in enterprise customer-facing roles (expansion, upsell, cross-sell, or strategic account management), enterprise defined as organizations with 2,000+ employees
- Must have direct, sustained enterprise segment experience โ not tangential or incidental enterprise exposure within a mid-market motion
- Demonstrated understanding of enterprise account complexity: regional, subsidiary, and business unit dynamics; navigating and expanding across multiple distinct stakeholder groups simultaneously
- Strong track record of self-prospecting within customer accounts โ proactively mapping and engaging stakeholders who do not already exist in CRM/account maps; does not rely on CSMs or primary relationship holders to make introductions or pave the way
- Skilled at multi-threading across procurement, legal, IT, and executive stakeholders โ has navigated complex buying processes with multiple approval layers
- Deep enterprise account planning experience: research, opportunity mapping, risk tracking, time/effort prioritization, executive relationship development, regional event creation, willingness to travel regularly to establish and cultivate new stakeholder relationships
- Arrives with an established enterprise expansion playbook โ knows how to structure territory plans, account plans, and expansion plays without waiting for leadership to define the motion for them
- Demonstrated ability to execute multi-product cross-sell โ experience expanding beyond an initial product footprint into adjacent products (e.g., selling a second module, product line, or use case into an existing account)
- Demonstrated ability to be both a strong self-starter AND a genuine team partner โ can drive progress independently while reading and amplifying signals from CSMs and other account team members
- Comfortable managing and directing a BDR resource: setting shared target lists, reviewing outreach, and holding a weekly working rhythm without micromanaging
Nice to Haves
- Experience with incentive compensation management (ICM) or adjacent Sales Performance Management (SPM) tools
- Familiarity with ChurnZero or similar CS platforms for account intelligence
- Experience with MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or other structured enterprise sales methodologies
- Experience selling into Finance, RevOps or Sales buyers/personas
- Experience selling or cross-selling a Sales Planning or territory planning product
- Familiarity with data/utilization reporting tools (e.g., Metabase, ScratchPad) for signal-based prospecting

- One time work from home stipend & annual stipends for professional development and caretaking
- Virtual team lunches to keep you connected
- (US-ONLY) 401k plan to participate in and save towards the future
- Newest Apple products to help you do your best work

Who you are

Key Skills
Learning product leadership. You have shipped learning platforms or learning products that measurably helped people build skills, and you can point to the outcomes, not just the launches. You lead with both the learner and the enterprise buyer in mind, and you translate each into product decisions.
- Enterprise learning fluency. You understand how large organizations structure learning: academies, certifications, career paths, and cohort-based programs. You can translate those models into product decisions that hold up across very different customers.
- Assessment design. You can define proficiency scales with clear, observable distinctions between levels, and explain those distinctions to customers when challenged. A background in psychometrics or learning assessment is a strong advantage.
- Taxonomy design depth. You have built classification systems that stay useful as domains evolve. You are familiar with frameworks such as O*NET and ESCO, and you understand how AI-based skill matching depends on taxonomy quality.
- Data product mindset. You have managed structured data with clear ownership, versioning, quality standards, and well-defined interfaces for downstream consumers.
- Long-term systems thinking. You design systems that grow more accurate and useful as data accumulates, and you define the metrics that prove that improvement.
- ML fluency. You understand enough about how ML models consume training data to work effectively with engineers and to evaluate data quality, coverage, and sources of bias.
- Trust and fairness judgment. You are comfortable in ambiguous situations where standardized definitions and customer requirements do not fully align. You make consistent decisions and explain the reasoning behind them.
- AI-assisted workflows. You use AI to accelerate taxonomy research, synthesize across sources, and prototype changes before implementation.
What you'll do
- Shape Degreed's learning experiences, from self-paced pathways to structured, cohort-based programs.
- Own Degreed Academies, enabling enterprise customers to deliver certifications, onboarding, and other structured learning programs.
- Decide how skill data powers personalized learning recommendations, including what content gets suggested to a learner next.
- Direct the AI feature that identifies a learner's skill gaps and generates content to close them.
- Design the full learner journey: how someone finds a skill gap, engages with content, and demonstrates they have closed it.
Key Responsibilities
- Skills Intelligence: Own the full data model behind Degreed's skills product: how skills are defined, organized, and kept accurate as the system grows.
- Run the platform enterprise clients use to adapt Degreed's skill list to their own internal language, combining AI suggestions with human review.
- Design the rating scale used to measure skill proficiency, including the criteria that separate one level from the next.
- Keep Degreed's skill data compatible with external frameworks and with enterprise HR systems.
- Build the process by which every AI interaction across the product improves the underlying skill data over time, and measure that improvement with real numbers.
- Evolve the skills model by making deliberate trade-offs between consistency, customer flexibility, and long-term product health.
- Experience level: Expert (8+ years), including direct ownership of shipped learning products.
What we offer
Compensation: The total pay range for this role is 185,000 USD - 197,000 USD. Benefits include a comprehensive package designed to support well-being, growth, and success. Degreed emphasizes diversity & inclusion, growth mindset, and collaboration. Flexible work arrangements; remote or hybrid options depending on role.
Team & Environment
The role sits within a product leadership capacity focused on Skills Intelligence and Learning Experiences, integrating AI-driven taxonomy work with learner-centric learning experiences. Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, and product teams to deliver scalable learning platforms.
Lead Clinical Data Manager

Job Description
Description
Action1 is transforming endpoint security for modern IT teams. As we continue our evolution from SMB to enterprise, we are hiring a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business across state, local, and education accounts in the United States.
This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle role focused on landing and expanding SLED accounts while applying the same disciplined, new-business sales motion we use across mid-market and enterprise organizations. You will engage directly with IT Directors, Security Leaders, Infrastructure teams, procurement stakeholders, and executive decision-makers to position Action1โs patch management and endpoint security platform as a strategic solution.
Weโre looking for someone who understands how cybersecurity and IT infrastructure buying works โ longer sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, technical validation, security review, procurement navigation, and strong business justification โ and who can bring that discipline into public sector and education accounts.
This is not a relationship-only SLED role or a reactive RFP position. We need someone who can create pipeline, open doors with IT and security buyers, run strong discovery, manage technical evaluations, and close business in a high-growth, remote-first SaaS environment.
If youโve successfully sold cybersecurity or adjacent IT solutions into mid-market, enterprise, or public sector accounts and enjoy building a pipeline as much as closing, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Drive SLED Revenue Growth: Own a defined U.S. SLED territory and meet or exceed quota targets through disciplined pipeline generation, account planning, and deal execution.
- Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Lead opportunities from prospecting through close โ including discovery, stakeholder mapping, value alignment, technical validation, procurement navigation, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Sell to IT & Security Leaders: Engage IT Managers, Directors of Infrastructure, CISOs, CIOs, SysAdmins, security teams, and technical buying committees with credibility and consultative expertise.
- Build & Maintain Strong Pipeline Coverage: Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner collaboration, and strategic account planning. Maintain disciplined forecasting and opportunity hygiene in Salesforce.
- Navigate Complex Buying Processes: Manage multi-threaded sales cycles, security reviews, procurement workflows, public sector buying requirements, and competitive displacement strategies.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers: Collaborate closely with pre-sales/technical resources to ensure strong technical validation and alignment with customer requirements.
- Execute Account Expansion Strategy: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within SLED customers to drive expansion revenue and long-term retention.
- Stay Market-Aware: Maintain a strong understanding of cybersecurity trends, endpoint management, patch management, vulnerability remediation, public-sector IT priorities, and competitive positioning.
- Operate with Ownership: Work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, Product, and Sales Leadership.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with marketing, product, channel, and sales leadership to incorporate field feedback and refine messaging for public-sector and education accounts.
Requirements
- 3โ7+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, endpoint management, or adjacent technical solutions.
- Proven success consistently owning deals with a minimum average deal value of $30K.
- Proven success selling into mid-market, enterprise, public sector, education, or other complex buying environments.
- Experience engaging IT buyers, including IT Directors, SysAdmins, Security Leaders, Infrastructure teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and close complex deals.
- Strong forecasting discipline and Salesforce hygiene.
- Experience navigating longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including technical validation, security review, procurement, and legal/commercial negotiation.
- Excellent discovery and consultative selling skills.
- Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to operate independently in a developing territory and create structure without relying on a fully mature sales motion.
- We are seeking candidates who can start as soon as possible due to business needs.
- SLED, public sector, education, government, or regulated-market sales experience.
- Experience selling cybersecurity, endpoint management, patch management, vulnerability management, EDR, MDR, IAM, IT operations, or infrastructure solutions into public sector or education accounts.
- Familiarity with public sector procurement processes, cooperative purchasing, contract vehicles, RFPs, reseller-led motions, or budget cycles.
Benefits
- A collaborative environment encouraging you to own your domain and implement best practices
- Stable income, benefits, flexible working hours, and opportunities for promotion.
- Friendly and professional peers, eager to help and help you grow.
- A multitude of interesting challenges and opportunities.

What you'll do
Own new business sales across an assigned book (200โ300 accounts), with a meaningful share of pipeline self-sourced through your own outbound motion, in partnership with your BDR
Run full-cycle Enterprise deals โ multi-thread across the buying committee, quarterback internal resources (Product, SE, CS, Support, Executives), and orchestrate the deal from first outbound to close
Get prospects to quantify their own pain โ build simple, back-of-napkin ROI models in real time and anchor the close on financial outcomes, not features
Negotiate and close annual contracts ranging $50Kโ$1M
Own post-sale activation planning โ document ramp milestones and consumption targets before the deal closes, and set the CS team up to execute against them
Use AI tools operationally to run your business โ account research, pipeline management, and prospecting, not just experimentation
Develop internal champions and sell the deal internally when you need resources or approvals
Travel to meet prospects and customers at events, meals, or their facilities
What you bring
- Proven track record closing new Enterprise accounts with complex organizational structures, including multi-year quota attainment you can speak to specifically
- A real, self-sourced outbound motion โ not entirely dependent on inbound or BDR-sourced pipeline
- Experience selling to EVPs/CXOs and end-users within the same cycle, and communicating in an executive register
- Demonstrated ability to quantify business value and build ROI cases with prospects
- Experience owning post-sale handoff and ramp/activation planning, ideally in a consumptive or volume-based pricing model
- Resourcefulness โ you find the answer rather than waiting for SE/CS/BDR bandwidth that isn't guaranteed
- Operational, hands-on use of AI tools to scale your own output
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Experience selling B2B solutions, preferably to HR buyers
- An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes
