At Bending Spoons, we’re striving to build one of the all-time great companies. A company that serves a huge number of customers. A company where team members grow to their full potential. A company that functions at unparalleled levels of effectiveness and efficiency. A company that creates value for shareowners at an extraordinary rate. And a company that does so while adhering to high ethical standards. To achieve this objective, we execute the following strategy: We acquire a digital business with untapped potential and make it as successful as we can by leveraging our platform—which comprises our expertise, technologies, data, brand, talents, and company culture. Then, we invest the proceeds into making our platform more powerful, and into acquiring new businesses. Thus, our strategy sees us combine an investor’s attention to capital allocation with the hands-on approach of an operator. For a talented, driven, and collaborative individual, working at Bending Spoons is an opportunity to learn, make an impact, and progress their career at an exceptionally high rate. That’s our promise to such a candidate.

A few examples of your responsibilities

  • Run security audits, identifying security loopholes and opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of security strategies.
  • Perform internal vulnerability testing, uncovering any weaknesses in the systems and implementing countermeasures to ensure the integrity of all data.
  • Identify company-wide security challenges. Design and implement solutions to strengthen protection and streamline security practices across IT and infrastructure areas.
  • Collaborate closely with privacy experts to ensure the most robust and complete privacy compliance strategy possible, and to translate regulations into tech implementations.
  • Stay up to date with security trends and threats. Share knowledge with Spooners to ensure data protection best practices and help foster a security-focused culture across the company.

What we look for

  • Reasoning ability. Given the necessary knowledge, you can solve complex problems. You think from first principles, and structure your ideas sharply. You resist the influence of biases. You identify and take care of the details that matter.
  • Drive. You’re extremely ambitious in everything you do—and your initiative, effort, and tenacity match the intensity of your ambition. You feel deeply responsible for your work. You hold yourself to a high—and rising—bar.
  • Team spirit. You give generously and without the expectation of receiving in return. You support the best idea, not your idea. You're always happy to get your hands dirty to help your team. You’re reliable, honest, and transparent.
  • Proficiency in English. You read, write, and speak proficiently in English.

What we offer

  • Incredibly talented, entrepreneurial teams. You’ll work in small, result-oriented, autonomous teams alongside some of the brightest people in your field.
  • An exceptional opportunity for growth. We go to great lengths to hire individuals of outstanding potential—then, our priority is to put them in the ideal position to thrive. Spooners in their 20s lead products worth hundreds of millions of dollars. And if you’ve got what it takes, you’ll soon be playing an essential role in major projects, too.
  • Competitive pay and access to equity in the company. Typically, we offer individuals at the start of their career an annual salary of £85,797 in London and €66,065 elsewhere in Europe. For a candidate that we assess as possessing considerable relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between £112,189 and £250,512 in London, and €107,837 and €188,848 elsewhere in Europe. Compensation varies by location and expected impact, and grows rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into greater contributions. For individuals who demonstrate exceptional capability, we may offer compensation that extends beyond the usual ranges to reflect their higher expected impact. If you're offered a permanent contract, you'll also be able receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut.
  • All. These. Benefits. Flexible hours, remote working, unlimited backing for learning and training, top-of-the-market health insurance, a rich relocation package, generous parental support, and a yearly retreat to a stunning location. We help each Spooner set up the conditions to do their best work.

The selection process

In our screening process, we prioritize verifiable signals of excellence, regardless of seniority. Some people hold back because they feel they lack experience or have an “imperfect” CV. If you like the role and believe you could excel over time, don’t self-reject.  If you pass our screening, you’ll be asked to complete one or more tests. They are challenging, may involve unfamiliar problems, and can take several hours.  We set the bar high and won’t extend an offer until we’re confident we’ve found the right candidate. This is why a job may remain open for months or be reposted several times.  We consider all applicants for employment and provide reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities—please let us know through this form.

Before you apply

If you’ve applied before but didn’t receive an offer, we recommend waiting at least one year before applying again.

Bending Spoons is a demanding environment. We’re extremely ambitious and we hold ourselves—and one another—to a high standard. While this tends to lead to extraordinary learning, achievement, and career growth, it also requires significant commitment.

To help you ramp up quickly and set yourself up for success, we expect you to spend most days in our Milan office during your first few months with us, regardless of your long-term work location. It’s the best way to rapidly absorb our company culture and build trust with your new teammates. We’ll support you with generous travel and accommodation assistance. After that, you’re welcome to work from one of our offices, or remotely from approved countries—depending on what we agree at the offer stage.

If the role speaks to you and you’re excited to give your best, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now—we can’t wait to meet you.

Lead AI Engineer
Block Labs

Feb 16, 2026
2/16/2026

Block Labs is a premier technology studio operating at the bleeding edge of Web3, Artificial Intelligence, and iGaming. We don't just ship features; we engineer high-scale, production-grade platforms that power the next generation of digital products.

We are a collective of senior engineers, product strategists, and builders who refuse to compromise on architecture. Whether we are designing autonomous multi-agent AI systems, building decentralized financial infrastructure, or architecting high-frequency iGaming platforms, our standard is excellence.

We move fast, but we build for the long term. If you are looking to work alongside a team that values deep technical expertise, thoughtful system design, and product ownership, Block Labs is where you belong.

About The Role

This role sits at the centre of that approach. We are building systems where artificial intelligence is not a minor enhancement but the operational core. These platforms rely on multi-step reasoning, orchestration across several intelligent components, and predictable behaviour at scale. To create this properly, we need someone who has built these kinds of systems before, understands how they work beyond demos, and is comfortable designing and implementing the foundations for long-term growth.

You will be the first AI hire at Block Labs and will play a defining role in shaping the company’s AI capabilities. You will work closely with senior engineers and leadership to turn complex requirements into production-grade systems, and you will influence the architecture that future engineers and architects will build upon.

As Lead AI Engineer, you will own the design and implementation of our AI automation engines. You will build multi-agent workflows, reasoning pipelines, trust layers, orchestration logic, and the supporting systems that allow AI to behave deterministically in the real world.

This is a hands-on role for someone capable of both engineering and architectural design. You will prototype, validate, and build the first versions of several AI platforms, setting the patterns and foundations that others will follow. You will partner with backend, data, and product teams to integrate AI-driven components into large-scale operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of AI automation systems, including multi-agent workflows, orchestration logic, and structured reasoning processes.
  • Design the foundational architecture for AI-driven platforms, establishing clear engineering patterns and standards for future teams.
  • Build core components such as retrieval flows, decision-making pipelines, evaluation layers, safety controls, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms.
  • Define approaches for agentic workflows, inter-process coordination, and the deterministic execution of complex tasks.
  • Develop verification and trust layers including fact-checking pipelines, validation logic, guardrails, and output monitoring.
  • Collaborate with backend and data engineering teams to integrate AI systems with APIs, services, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines.
  • Ensure all AI components are measurable, observable, and reliable, establishing SLAs and operational metrics.
  • Guide model selection, fine-tuning strategy, retrieval and memory approaches, and long-term evaluation methodologies.
  • Contribute to architectural planning, system documentation, and strategic technical direction across the organisation.
  • Maintain visibility into AI operational costs and ensure engineering decisions support scalability and predictable spend.

About You

  • Several years of experience building and deploying ML or LLM-powered systems in production environments.
  • Proven experience developing multi-step or agentic workflows, including orchestration, retrieval, tool use, and safety layers.
  • Strong engineering skills in Python or another backend language, with a track record of delivering production systems.
  • Understanding of distributed system design, microservices, workflow automation, and event-driven architectures.
  • Ability to design architectural foundations while also implementing the systems needed to validate them.
  • Comfortable operating as the first AI engineer, making decisions that shape the long-term platform.
  • Skilled at turning unclear or complex requirements into predictable, observable, and maintainable systems.
  • A pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for building intelligent, reliable, and scalable automation.

What kind of culture can I expect?

Mature, mission-driven, and low-ego. We value clarity over noise, outcomes over theatrics, and pace without chaos. If you’re one of the smartest minds in your craft and want to build with other experts, you’ll feel at home here.

Senior Security Engineer (Python, WordPress & PHP)
CloudLinux

✈️ Relocation
Feb 16, 2026
2/16/2026

We are looking for a Senior Security Engineer who understands exploitation deeply but prefers building tooling and automation over one-off research. You will work on systems that:

  1. Automatically generate and validate exploit PoCs for known WordPress / PHP CVEs
  2. Analyze PHP execution traces from real zero-day attacks against WordPress installations

LLMs are a first-class component of this work—not a novelty—used to accelerate exploit reconstruction, PoC generation, and attack workflow automation.

This is an engineering role with offensive depth, not a traditional pentesting or red-team position.

What You’ll Build

  • Systems to ingest, normalize, and analyze PHP execution traces:
    • Function calls, parameters, control flow, side effects
    • No native binary reversing — focus is PHP-level execution and logic
  • Tooling that infers:
    • vulnerable code paths
    • authorization and logic flaws
    • nonce and state-handling weaknesses
  • Automated pipelines that:
    • convert CVE descriptions + PHP source code into working PoCs
    • replay inferred exploit paths deterministically
  • LLM-assisted frameworks for:
    • exploit skeleton generation
    • parameter and payload inference
    • exploit mutation and robustness testing
  • High-fidelity exploit simulations targeting:
    • admin-ajax.php
    • WordPress REST APIs
    • plugin-specific endpoints
  • Infrastructure that transforms exploit mechanics into signals usable by detection and prevention systems.

Requirements

Must have:

  • Strong background in security engineering or offensive security automation.
  • Hands-on experience exploiting WordPress plugins, themes, or PHP applications.
  • Deep understanding of:
    • PHP execution model and request lifecycle
    • WordPress internals (nonces, hooks, REST, admin flows)
    • HTTP semantics, sessions, cookies, and authorization
  • Proven ability to read, reason about, and exploit PHP source code.
  • Strong Python engineering skills for building:
    • automation pipelines
    • analysis tooling
    • exploit frameworks

Nice to have:

  • Exploit framework usage experience like, MSF, Core Impact, Immunity Canvas.
  • Prior experience using LLMs to automate exploit development:
    • PoC generation
    • workflow automation
    • payload mutation or inference
  • Experience with:
    • execution traces or application-level call graphs
    • fuzzing or vulnerability discovery pipelines
  • Familiarity with tools like: WPScan, Nuclei, Metasploit, Burp.
  • Contributions to exploit tooling, frameworks, or security automation.
  • Public CVEs or PoCs (helpful but not required)

What This Role Is Not:

  • Manual pentesting or report-driven consulting
  • SOC or alert-triage work
  • Pure vulnerability research without automation

This role is about engineering systems that scale exploitation knowledge.

Why This Role Is Interesting

  • You’ll work with real zero-day attack telemetry, not just public CVEs.
  • You’ll build repeatable systems, not one-off demos.
  • LLMs are used pragmatically, as part of production pipelines.
  • Your work directly shapes how real WordPress attacks are detected and stopped.
  • High autonomy, deep technical ownership.

Benefits

What's in it for you?

  • A focus on professional development.
  • Interesting and challenging projects.
  • Fully remote work with flexible working hours, that allows you to schedule your day and work from any location worldwide.
  • Paid 24 days of vacation per year, 10 days of national holidays, and unlimited sick leaves.
  • Compensation for private medical insurance.
  • Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement.
  • Budget for education.
  • The opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent.

Before joining Adapty, I built and scaled SaaS products and worked on growth and monetization systems for subscription apps. At Adapty, I lead the team behind Adapty Ads Intelligence – our platform for analytics, management, and automation of Apple Ads campaigns. Now, we’re looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to join our technical team and help build high-performance, scalable systems that power thousands of apps worldwide.

At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 12K+ apps, process $2B+ in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: help every app unlock its full revenue potential.

We are a team of 170+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile’s fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.

Our engineering team is the backbone of Adapty’s platform. We solve hard problems, process billions of events, and scale systems seamlessly. We follow Domain-Driven Design (DDD), clean architecture, and focus on solving challenging technical problems – not routine tasks. If you enjoy working with high-load architectures, shaping systems that others rely on, and building products developers love, you’ll feel at home here.

What you will do

  • Design and develop a new high-load analytics platform for Apple Ads, powering dashboards and APIs for real-time campaign insights.
  • Work with queues and asynchronous processing (Dramatiq, Kafka), applying Domain-Driven Design to model complex business logic and event flows.
  • Integrate deeply with Apple APIs to fetch ad metrics, campaign data, and subscription events, processing large volumes efficiently.
  • Enhance error handling, monitoring, and retries, and optimize communication with app stores through API-driven solutions.
  • Use a modern tech stack: Python, FastAPI, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, ensuring high observability and fault tolerance.

About you

  • You have 5+ years of backend engineering experience with a strong Python background
  • You possess expertise designing APIs that handle high-load, mission-critical traffic
  • You have solid hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
  • You’re familiar with FastAPI/Django and message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ
  • You have experience integrating with third-party APIs, especially Apple APIs (a plus)
  • You bring a proactive mindset: you anticipate problems, propose better solutions, and make thoughtful trade-offs
  • You demonstrate strong ownership and communication skills—comfortable defending technical decisions and collaborating across teams

What’s in it for you

  • Strong product with industry-best metrics. Adapty is among the top 5% fastest-growing SaaS companies.
  • Career growth and competitive compensation. Build your team, own critical product areas, and grow with us.
  • Direct communication and ownership. No bureaucracy, no politics — just impact.
  • Flexible remote work. Join us from anywhere, with a schedule that fits your life.
  • Additional benefits. English lessons, sports reimbursements, laptop coverage, and more.

We build and fund fast growing ventures for safe access to psychedelics and progressive mental health care.

Pink Elephant exists to build the companies that will steer the revolution in mental health. Global mental health is an urgent, under-addressed crisis: 1 in 8 people (≈970M) live with a mental disorder, and depression and anxiety alone cost ~$1T in lost productivity each year. Progressive therapies have been shown to be up to 10 times more effective than conventional treatments, yet only 5% of people can access them. We’re here to change that by staking capital on verifiable breakthroughs and assembling founders, clinicians, and operators to turn today’s uncommon sessions into tomorrow’s standard of care.

One of our strategic products – statesofmind.com – the first EU-focused platform to offer expert-led journalism, science-backed resources, and a vetted directory of providers offering next-generation treatments for mental health.

The Role

We are looking for a pragmatic and highly efficient Full Stack Developer who doesn't just write code- you architect and ship it. You believe that AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) are force multipliers, not shortcuts.

Your primary mission is to take a Product Requirements Document (PRD) and turn it into a fully functional, deployed web application in record time. You are the pilot; AI is your engine. We care about the result, code quality, and speed of delivery- not how many hours you spent typing boilerplate.

Responsibilities: What You Will Drive

  • Translate PRDs to Product: Analyze Product Requirement Documents and instantly map out the technical architecture and database schema.
  • AI-First Development: Utilize LLMs and AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0.dev) to generate high-quality boilerplate, UI components, and business logic rapidly.
  • Full Cycle Delivery: Handle everything from the frontend UI and backend API to database integration and deployment.
  • Code Review & Refinement: You are the expert editor. You must review, debug, and optimize AI-generated code to ensure security, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Rapid Iteration: Implement feedback quickly. You should be able to rebuild or pivot features in hours, not days.

The Tech Stack

  • Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS (or similar component libraries).
  • Backend: Node.js, Python,  Supabase/Firebase (BaaS).
  • AI Toolset: Proficiency with Cursor, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, GPT-4, or GitHub Copilot is mandatory.
  • Deployment: Vercel, Railway, Digital Ocean, RunPod, Docker.

Experience: What You Bring

  • Proven "Builder" Mentality: You have a portfolio of shipped projects. You can show us something you built from scratch.
  • Prompt Engineering for Code: You know how to structure prompts to get the exact code output you need, minimizing hallucinations and errors.
  • Strong Fundamentals: You understand how the web works (HTTP, REST/GraphQL, Auth, DOM). You aren't just copying code; you understand every line you commit.
  • PRD Literacy: You can read a business document and identify edge cases, missing requirements, and logical flows before you start coding.
  • Autonomy: You don't need hand-holding. You see a problem, ask the AI for a solution, verify it, and implement it.
  • Fluent Russian, both written and spoken.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines.
  • Basic UI/UX design sense (ability to make things look good without a designer).
  • Experience with vector databases or integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) into apps.

Novakid is on a mission to build the best online education platform for kids worldwide. We've already got over 90,000 students and 3,500 teachers making learning awesome in over 30 countries in Europe and Asia. But we're not stopping there—we need your help to take things to the next level!

We're searching for a senior backend developer who's brilliant with Python, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs, and who's also got a solid understanding of cutting-edge AI models. You'll be joining a small, super-effective team focused on developing the AI magic that powers our language learning platform.

What we offer

  • Fully remote work (core hours GMT+3).
  • A chance to shape the future of AI-driven education.
  • A fun, dynamic team that loves building innovative products.
  • Unlimited holidays – because we trust you to deliver.
  • Bonuses and stock options – we grow together.

What you'll bring

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or something similar.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer. You should be comfortable working with Python 3.8+
  • Deep experience in designing and building scalable backends and REST APIs. Our stack includes PostgreSQL, Redis, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Celery, and pydantic.
  • A strong grasp of modern LLMs (like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), agentic tools (like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex CLI, Amp) and real experience building solutions that use them.
  • AI-Native Engineering Workflow
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding agents in CLI environments: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex CLI, Amp, or similar tools for backend development. You should understand how to orchestrate multi-step engineering tasks—breaking down complex features into agent-executable chunks, reviewing AI-generated code critically, and maintaining architectural integrity. Familiarity with plan-execute-review workflows where AI agents propose implementation strategies before coding. Understanding of compound AI systems—not just using LLMs, but orchestrating multiple AI tools in your development workflow.
  • Proficiency in context engineering for team collaboration: setting up and maintaining shared configuration files (agents.md, CLAUDE.md, custom skills/plugins) that encode team conventions, API patterns, and deployment practices. Experience sharing these configurations across teams to ensure consistent AI-assisted development. Understanding of compound AI systems—not just using LLMs, but orchestrating multiple AI tools in your development workflow.
  • Experience with microservice architecture and the AWS serverless stack.
  • You should be fluent in English.

Bonus points if

  • You've worked in startups or small teams.
  • You're a self-starter who also thrives as part of a team.
  • You're all about solving business problems, not just writing code.
  • You can use AI tools to create solutions quickly, in days or hours, not weeks or months.
  • You have experience with e-commerce or e-learning projects.
  • You've led teams or mentored other developers.
  • You've deployed applications on AWS.
  • You know your stuff when it comes to modern software architecture.
  • You've worked with no/low-code workflow automation.
