Day-to-Day Tasks

• Solve employee problems and handle IT support requests (ensure SLA compliance; escalate complex issues).
• Troubleshoot user OS (Linux, Windows, macOS) and software for seamless operations.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle: purchase hardware, track inventory.

About The Role

This role sits at the centre of that approach. We are building systems where artificial intelligence is not a minor enhancement but the operational core. These platforms rely on multi-step reasoning, orchestration across several intelligent components, and predictable behaviour at scale. To create this properly, we need someone who has built these kinds of systems before, understands how they work beyond demos, and is comfortable designing and implementing the foundations for long-term growth.

You will be the first AI hire at Block Labs and will play a defining role in shaping the company’s AI capabilities. We are looking for a Senior Security Engineer who understands exploitation deeply but prefers building tooling and automation over one-off research. You will work on systems that:

1. Automatically generate and validate exploit PoCs for known WordPress / PHP CVEs
2. Analyze PHP execution traces from real zero-day attacks against WordPress installations
   

LLMs are a first-class component of this work—not a novelty—used to accelerate exploit reconstruction, PoC generation, and attack workflow automation.

This is an engineering role with offensive depth, not a traditional pentesting or red-team position.

What You’ll Build

• Systems to ingest, normalize, and analyze PHP execution traces:

  • No native binary reversing — focus is PHP-level execution and logic

The Role

We are looking for a pragmatic and highly efficient Full Stack Developer who doesn't just write code- you architect and ship it. You believe that AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) are force multipliers, not shortcuts.

Your primary mission is to take a Product Requirements Document (PRD) and turn it into a fully functional, deployed web application in record time. You are the pilot; AI is your engine. We care about the result, code quality, and speed of delivery- not how many hours you spent typing boilerplate.

Responsibilities: What You Will Drive

• Translate PRDs to Product: Analyze Product Requirement Documents and instantly map out the technical architecture and database schema.
• AI-First Development: Utilize LLMs and AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0.dev) to generate high-quality boilerplate, UI components, and business logic rapidly.
• Full Cycle Delivery: Handle everything from the frontend UI and backend API to database integration and deployment.
• Code Review & Refinement: You are the expert editor. You must review, debug, and optimize AI-generated code to ensure security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Rapid Iteration: Implement feedback quickly. You should be able to rebuild or pivot features in hours, not days.
  

The Tech Stack

• Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS (or similar component libraries).
• Backend: Node.js, Python,  Supabase/Firebase (BaaS).
• AI Toolset: Proficiency with Cursor, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, GPT-4, or GitHub Copilot is mandatory.

About the position

We’re looking for a Middle Data Engineer to join our Data & AI Department and work closely with cross-functional Marketing & product teams. In this role, you’ll design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that support analytics, reporting, and AI/ML use cases. You’ll work in a cloud-native environment on GCP, collaborate with analysts and data scientists, and help ensure data reliability, quality, and accessibility across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Apache Airflow and GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataform)
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for batch, streaming, and diverse data sources
• Improve pipeline and query performance through tuning, partitioning, and clustering
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and freshness through monitoring and validation
• Apply data governance standards, including access control and schema management
• Monitor pipelines, resolve failures, and meet defined SLAs
• Write clean, well-documented code and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer working with cloud-native data architectures
• Strong Python skills with a focus on maintainable, testable, and modular code (OOP, error handling, logging)
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and performance optimization
• Deep hands-on experience with Apache Airflow (DAG design, retries, sensors, custom operators)
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dataform
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL/ELT best practices
• Experience working with MySQL and Oracle as source systems
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows
