We are looking for a Computer Vision Engineer!

At The FitWise, we turn any sports video into accurate 3D human motion data using AI and computer vision — no sensors or manual input needed.

Our technology powers real-time movement analysis from sports broadcasts and smartphone videos, helping teams, coaches, and physiotherapists improve performance, prevent injuries, and scout talent.

We work with clients worldwide and are already present in 100+ locations.

What you will do

• Work on video-based human motion and sports performance analysis
• Help design and prototype modules for detection, pose estimation, and action recognition
• Collaborate with senior engineers on improving video processing, calibration, and 3D motion reconstruction
• Experiment with model evaluation, dataset curation, and performance metrics
• Contribute to research and prototyping of new approaches for understanding athletes’ movements from video

What you should have

• Strong academic background in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or a related field (recent graduate or last-year student welcome!)
• Hands-on experience with Python and libraries like PyTorch and OpenCV
• Familiarity with video analysis tasks (e.g. detection, pose estimation, segmentation, or tracking)
• Basic understanding of deep learning principles and training pipelines
• Curiosity, creativity, and motivation to grow fast in a startup environment
• Working proficiency in English

Also, nice to have

• Experience with sports or human-centric video data
• Familiarity with popular tracking frameworks (SORT / DeepSORT / ByteTrack etc.)
• Interest in 3D human motion, camera calibration, or video-based biomechanics
• C++ or CUDA experience for performance optimization
