Darwin is looking for a Digital Project Manager (Middle / Middle+) to manage multiple client projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth project delivery from kickoff to release.

What youโ€™ll do

  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle (kickoff โ†’ delivery โ†’ support).
  • Run 4โ€“6 projects in parallel (2 mid-size + 2โ€“4 small), ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are on track.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, development, SEO, analytics).
  • Clarify and structure client requirements, break them down into actionable tasks for the team.
  • Maintain key project documentation (SOW, briefs, timelines, task descriptions, roadmaps, other PM/BA artifacts).
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned and informed at all stages of the project.
  • Support client relationships and contribute to long-term collaboration.
  • Assist in project estimations and proposals together with senior team members.
  • Identify potential improvement areas in processes and project workflows.
  • Spotting opportunities for upsells and supporting the sales process.
  • Negotiating with the clients on the additional services.

Requirements

  • 3โ€“5 years of experience managing client-facing digital projects (agency experience is a strong plus).
  • Experience running multiple projects in parallel (ideally 3โ€“5+).
  • Solid understanding of the website development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, dev, marketing).
  • Ability to gather and structure requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with client stakeholders.
  • English โ€” full working proficiency (C1).
  • The ability to align working hours as closely as possible with the EST timezone (9:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM).
  • Experience with sales, pre-sales calls, workshops, onboarding new clients will be a plus.
