About the Position
As Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will own and scale Constructorโs partner marketing program across ISV and SI partnerships in North America, APAC, and LATAM. You will build and execute joint go-to-market strategies that generate both brand awareness and measurable pipeline, drive enablement with global priority partners, and help establish Constructor as the category leader in AI-powered ecommerce search. This role reports to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing and works in close collaboration with the partnerships, sales, and the broader marketing team to translate partner relationships into tangible revenue impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years of partner or channel marketing at a B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of building and scaling partner programs
- Experience developing joint go-to-market strategies that drove measurable brand awareness, pipeline, and revenue
- Demonstrated ability to build demand and preference at the partner level, including enablement strategies that position Constructor as the partnerโs first recommendation to their customers
- Experience managing partner marketing across multiple international regions (North America required; APAC and LATAM experience strongly preferred); comfort working across time zones and cultures
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with a track record of working closely with Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams to align GTM strategy with partner and customer needs

The role
We are building the next-era approach to mental health diagnostics - through developing a high-precision Medical Decision-Support Engine.
Why: diagnosis in psychiatry today is largely subjective:

We are looking for a Data Scientist who can bridge the gap between "black-box" AI and safe, interpretable clinical practice.
Responsibilities: what you will drive
- Dataset Engineering & Validation: design robust pipelines for processing Electronic Health Records (EHR) and medical literature. Implement rigorous multi-stage validation frameworks (Sensitivity/Specificity analysis) to ensure clinical safety and model reliability.
- LLM Fine-tuning: adapt Large Language Models using SFT, DPO, or PEFT (LoRA/QLoRA) for specialised medical domains and complex clinical diagnostic reasoning.
- Advanced RAG & Graph RAG: architect hybrid retrieval systems that combine vector databases with Knowledge Graphs to eliminate hallucinations and ensure factual grounding.

Program Manager, Intake & Portfolio Management
What you'll do
- Own and operate the POI intake process end-to-end. Manage the Jira-based intake system, ensuring all incoming requests are triaged promptly, routed correctly, and tracked through their full lifecycle from submission to delivery.

Responsibilities
- Support Ticket Management
- Respond to support tickets as per SLA: within 8 hours for a first generic response and within 2 days for resolution
- Manage tickets following the defined protocols
- Utilize the support ticket knowledge base to effectively guide clients through ticket resolution
- Engage in AI Contact Center feature specification and requirements activities when support tasks are minimal
- Get on a call with clients for troubleshooting
- Work under the mentorship of current product BAs to develop BA skills
- Work under the mentorship of current CSMs to develop customer success manager skills
Requirements
- Support Skills
- Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate or advanced level is preferred; a certificate is advantageous)
- Experience working in support teams
- Availability from 9am to 6pm EST to actively support clients
- Availability for rare calls outside core hours (onboarding or urgent alignment)
- The candidate is expected to work during weekdays (Mon-Fri)
- Business Analysis Qualifications
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree
- Good knowledge of business analysis methodologies and ability to apply them appropriately
- Ability to define the best business solution among available options
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Natural analytical thinking and capacity to explain complex concepts to non-technical users
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
