We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of the complete registration and onboarding experience in the inDrive mobile app. Your mission will be to optimise the conversion from app install to first successful entry to the home screen, with a primary focus on improving the registration completion rate — the key success metric for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage 10–15 open roles at a time, primarily for sales/broker positions
• Build and maintain high-converting hiring funnels
• Source candidates via Telegram, LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals, and direct outreach
• Screen, qualify, and push candidates forward fast
• Coordinate with the hiring manager, trainers, and onboarding team
• Track metrics: sourcing-to-hire rate, time-to-fill, drop-off, quality of hire
• Constantly improve the hiring playbook to reduce friction and increase speed

Who You Are

• You’ve closed 50+ hires in the past year — ideally in sales, agency, or high-pressure hiring environments
• You’re comfortable with high volume and short cycles — and prefer action over endless “alignment” calls

• You use tools like Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Huntflow, CleverStaff, or similar ATS/CRMs to stay organized

Duties and responsibilities:

• Accountable for identifying the optimal technical solution to business solutions that have been identified as required and defined by the business architects. • Develop and maintain an understanding of the OEM landscapes (applications and functionalities) that surround Keyloop as a business.
