Gamingtec is looking for a Head of Marketing! The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive awareness, lead generation, brand positioning, and customer retention. This role requires deep knowledge of B2B SaaS marketing and a strong understanding of the iGaming industry. You will manage a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and measurable growth.

All you need is:

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a SaaS or iGaming environment;
  • Proven track record of leading successful demand generation and digital marketing strategies;
  • Experience in managing high-performing marketing teams and agencies;
  • Excellent understanding of the online casino industry, player lifecycle, and regulatory environments;
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills;
  • Experience working with tools such as Pipedrive (or equivalent CRM), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO/SEM platforms.

Also, it will be great if you have:

  • Previous experience marketing to Tier-1 and Tier-2 iGaming operators;
  • Familiarity with iGaming B2B buying personas (e.g., casino managers, CTOs, product heads);
  • Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth SaaS environment;
  • Multilingual capabilities (English required. Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.);
  • Familiarity with European and LATAM iGaming markets.

  • Strategic Planning & Leadership:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with business goals;

  4. Own the positioning and messaging for the brand, products, and solutions.
  • Lead Generation & Growth:
  1. Design and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email, SEO/SEM, social media, paid ads, etc.);
  2. Optimise marketing automation and nurture workflows (Pipedrive, Marketo, etc.);
  3. Collaborate with sales to align on lead qualification criteria, MQL/SQL conversion, and sales enablement assets;
  4. Drive growth through Account-Based Marketing (ABM) targeting high-value iGaming operators and platforms.
  • Content & Brand:
  1. Develop a strong content marketing strategy tailored to industry decision-makers (white papers, blogs, case studies, videos, webinars);
  2. Oversee all brand communications, ensuring consistency across all channels;
  3. Manage PR strategy and media relations within the iGaming and SaaS ecosystems;
  4. Organise and represent the brand at major industry trade shows (ICE London, SBC Summit, iGB Live, etc.).
  • Analytics & Optimisation:
  1. Track KPIs and campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Pipedrive, etc.);
  2. Deliver regular reports and insights to executive leadership;
  3. Continuously test, analyse, and optimise campaigns and user journeys to improve performance.
  • Partnership & Product Alignment:
  1. Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to support feature launches and customer marketing initiatives;
  2. Establish co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners (platforms, affiliates, game developers, payment providers).

Role Overview

  • Act as the L3 support engineer for external developer teams, resolving advanced technical issues

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a data-focused role, preferably working with B2B or SaaS products
