As a Merchandise Planner (all genders) you have end-to-end accountability for a defined part of the business (either a unit or a sizable part of a unit.) You are responsible for defining the financial KPI plan that is reflective of the unit strategy for a season which you have determined with your buying counterpart. You have total accountability for steering the unit to reach the financial KPIs you define. You guide junior members in your unit on actions to take to ensure the KPIs of the unit are achieved.

To deliver your role you are confident in using forecasting and reporting tools and use your experience of managing several end-to-end planning cycles to mitigate risk and capture opportunities.

What we'd love you to do (and love doing):

  • Demonstrate total accountability of leading at least one end-to-end planning cycle for a defined area due to your experience working in Merchandise Planning or a commercially facing analytical role. You optimize opportunities and mitigate risks with your significant experience in using both planning and forecasting tools. You ensure your unit remains competitive while optimizing margin and stock turn.
  • Identifying trends, initiatives and opportunities through multiple data points. You collaborate well with Buyers, developing a strategy tailored to specific market needs, as well as identifying which internal departments you should build collaborative relationships with to deliver your financial results. You will work closely with brands negotiating the right terms for your business and leading the brand relationships growing the Zalando business season after season.
  • Conducting historical analysis to better understand the business, as well as managing assortment planning through flow plans and product quantifications. You take ambitious growth targets in your stride and are creative in your approach of how to get there.
  • Ensure high levels of product availability by managing Assistant Merchandisers in the replenishment of inventories. You are hands on and support junior team members improving processes and utilizing new tooling improvements

We'd love to meet you if:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or comparable field. More than 4 years Merchandising/Planning experience (preferably within eCommerce) with proven end to end ownership for at least 1 planning cycle. Confidence in using both planning and forecasting tools to determine risks and opportunities - familiarity utilizing at least one merchandise planning software is highly beneficial.

We are looking for a skilled Android Developer to build and enhance the TON Connect Android SDK โ€” a core infrastructure product enabling secure and seamless interaction between wallets and decentralized applications in the TON ecosystem. With your expertise, we aim to scale the protocol, improve security and performance, and deliver a reliable experience to millions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and ship the Android SDK with clean public APIs and Gradle/Maven (AAR) distribution.
  • Build core wallet flows: account setup/import, secure signing, send/receive, and stable dApp connections (TON Connect).
  • Deliver assets & history: balances, tokens/jettons, NFTs, and accurate transaction previews/emulation.
  • Ensure security, performance, and reliability across API 24+; maintain robust automated tests and a sample integration app.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years Android development with Kotlin; shipped libraries/SDKs used by external apps (AAR, semantic versioning).
  • Strong networking & concurrency, coroutines/Flow, long-lived connections (SSE/WebSocket-like), retry/backoff; background/lifecycle mastery.
  • Offline-first persistence: Room/SQLite, schema/versioning, data caching.
  • Security fundamentals: Android Keystore/StrongBox, hardware-backed keys, secure secret handling.
  • Performance & quality: profiling (Android Studio Profiler), strict main-thread budgeting, unit/integration tests, CI.
  • Clear technical communication in English.

  • Web3/TON exposure: mnemonics/derivation, signing, tokens/NFTs, TON Connect/WalletConnect, TonCenter v3.

And now weโ€™re looking for an experienced Creative Producer to join our Marketing team.

You will:

  • Investigate audience behavior: explore motivations, interests, and engagement triggers that drive app downloads.
  • Generate ideas for top-performing ad creatives, evaluate hypotheses, and analyze their performance potential.
  • Draft clear and structured briefs for the design and production team.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies, collaborate closely with video editors, motion designers, and content writers, and iterate based on results.
  • Take part in the full UGC production cycle โ€” from scouting creators to approving final deliverables.
  • Identify growth opportunities and optimize top-of-funnel metrics (CTR, IR, IPM).

You have:

  • 1+ year of experience as a Creative Producer or Scriptwriter.
  • Strong understanding of mobile ad formats and best practices for Meta, and TikTok (videos, photos, stories).
  • Familiarity with spy platforms and the ability to spot emerging creative trends.
  • Proven skills in analyzing ad performance (CTR, CPM, IPM) and adjusting creative strategy accordingly.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools like Midjourney, Runway, Veo 3, ChatGPT, etc.
  • Systematic thinking, proactive mindset, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to translate raw inspiration into well-structured, high-performing creative concepts.
