About the role
This role will be operating at the intersection of applied research and engineering, building crucial AI capabilities, and owning their robust implementation. You will have direct impact on shaping the models served in our products, and the user experience as well as business value that is driven by them.
What you'll do
Post-training, distillation and reinforcement learning
- Create training environments that elevate the quality ceiling of synthetic data, and provide high-quality reward signals for both off- and on-policy learning.
- Design model behaviors that optimize for interpretability and an outstanding user experience.
- Train agentic models that autonomously interact with complex structured and unstructured environments, write and prototype code, and navigate multimodal inputs.
- Utilize the best tool for the job โ SFT over synthetic data, on-policy distillation, RL or any combination of these to drive down the cost of specialized intelligence.
- Own benchmarking pipelines โ assemble high-quality datasets and measure impact of different training parameters or methodologies.
Engineering Principles
- AI engineers are engineers โ build production-ready code and own the end-to-end process of data, training, benchmarking and implementationArchitect scalable inference strategies that maximize compute efficiency.
- Maintain solutions to ensure stable, reliable execution for customers.
- Closely collaborate with engineering team to design important intersections of AI and product services such as interfaces, inference tracking, checkpointing, data persistence and caching.
- Contribute to engineering culture; mentor peers, evolve patterns, raise the bar on code quality, testing strategy, and documentation.

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate has all of the following:
- Strong background in both ML and engineering
- Great communication skills and rapid understanding of problem descriptions
- High agency; willing to propose, prototype and own solutions
- Experience in post-training large models (SFT, distillation, RL)
- Experience deploying models at production scale
- Previous work with dockerized systems (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Previous contributions to open research or AI infrastructure
- Strong familiarity with latest AI research and open-source tooling
- Experience shipping complex software and owning production-code
Nice to Have
- Experience performance-engineering inference architecture for maximum throughput (vLLM, SGlang, llama.cpp)
- Detailed knowledge of RL frameworks (verifiers, ART, prime-rl, trl)

We are looking for a Senior Web QA Engineer who combines strong automation expertise with a product mindset โ someone who understands web application architecture, can analyze requirements, build reliable automated tests, and help others do the same.
Youโll work on:
- Intake Flow โ smart document & data collection (questionnaires, checklists, automation)
- Tax Preparation Flow โ validation and secure transfer to external tax systems
- Delivery Flow โ finalized returns, e-signatures, and payments

Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with PMs and developers during requirement clarification; define acceptance criteria
- Design and maintain automated tests (API/UI/integration) for complex web workflows
- Create and update test documentation in TMS
- Analyze logs and monitoring data (AWS, S3, application logs) to diagnose issues and validate system behavior
- Integrate suites into CI/CD (GitLab), track flaky tests and automation debt

Requirements:
- 3+ years of iOS application development experience
- Strong knowledge of Swift and hands-on experience with UIKit and SwiftUI

- Familiarity with StoreKit 2 (preferred, but not required)

Role Purpose
We are looking for a Senior Growth & ABM Marketing Manager to join our B2B Marketing team at LearnWorlds. This is a pivotal role for a creative, data-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of growth experimentation, account-based marketing, and pipeline acceleration.
You will lead fast-paced, agile growth experiments to uncover new opportunities for scalable customer acquisition and education. At the same time, you will build and own our B2B ABM program, aligning with sales and demand generation to target high-value accounts and accelerate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Growth Experiments
- Design, launch, and run rapid growth experiments across multiple channels (paid, content, email, product-led, partnerships).
- Identify new opportunities for revenue growth through market research, audience insights, and competitive analysis, in collaboration with our Product Marketing Manager.
- Use data and analytics to prioritize, test, and scale the most impactful experiments.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence to develop dashboards and tracking mechanisms to measure experiment performance.
- Transform successful experiments into repeatable, scalable playbooks for growth.
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
ABM Leadership
- Build and own LearnWorldsโ ABM strategy for the B2B tribe, to target and engage high-value accounts.
- Partner closely with Sales to identify target accounts, define account strategies, and orchestrate personalized multi-channel campaigns.
- Align messaging and tactics across channels (email, ads, content, events, direct mail, etc.) to influence buying committees.
- Establish measurement frameworks to track ABM campaign performance and account progression through the funnel.
Strategic Execution & Collaboration
- Develop, execute, and refine integrated multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Execute campaigns end-to-end, including copywriting, content creation, and asset development.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to nurture and convert leads across the buyer journey.
- Act as the connective tissue between the business tribe, demand gen, and sales, ensuring initiatives are integrated and aligned.
- Collaborate with Content, Design, PMM, and potentially external vendors to craft compelling, on-brand campaign assets.
- Serve as a liaison for internal teams, ensuring campaigns support broader business initiatives.
Process & Optimization
- Build and optimize workflows and processes that enhance coordination across marketing and sales.
- Proactively solve problems and refine processes to support rapid scaling.

Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with proven experience in growth experimentation and account-based marketing.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and how to influence pipeline creation.
- Experience with paid media platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) and Sales Navigator.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with the ability to test, measure, and iterate quickly.
- Exceptional project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- To launch and scale EWAโs new B2B2C sales direction - turning first client deals into a predictable system for acquiring and monetizing corporate clients. Your main mission is to build the entire sales cycle from scratch: from strategy and processes to first closed contracts and a stable, growing pipeline.
What you will do:
- Build the entire B2B2C sales direction from the ground up - from early hypotheses to proven, repeatable sales processes;

Youโll help improve payment flows, build integrations, and ensure that buying or selling crypto inside Telegram feels effortless.
