AI & Automation Analyst, Finance & Ops

We’re looking for an AI & Automation Analyst to join our central Finance and Operations team. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and business impact — from day one, your work will have visible, measurable results: reducing manual effort across teams, speeding up key business processes, and enabling Bolt to scale without adding operational complexity.Locations: Warsaw, Poland | Tallinn, Estonia

About the role

As an AI & Automation Analyst, you will design, build, and maintain automated workflows and integrations that connect our internal systems with external platforms, data sources, and third-party tools. You will work closely with Finance, IT, and People Tech teams to translate business needs into reliable, scalable solutions — and you will own these automations end to end.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Designing, building, and maintaining automated workflows, including their documentation across ERP, finance, HR, and operational systems.
  • Translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and well-documented integration solutions.
  • Leading end-to-end delivery: requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Monitoring automation performance, proactively resolving incidents, and maintaining ≥99% workflow reliability.
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce manual work and improve process efficiency across teams.
  • Collaborating with Finance, IT, People Tech, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

About you:

  • You have hands-on experience with automation and integration platforms such as n8n, Make.com, or similar orchestration tools — you can design, build, debug, and maintain complex workflows independently.
  • You are comfortable working with REST APIs, webhooks, event-based systems, and data formats like JSON and XML.
  • You are a strong analytical thinker and owner who can diagnose integration issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting fixes as well as manage your own backlog, align proactively with the teams that depend on your work, and take full accountability for outcomes.
  • You have an eye for process improvement — you spot inefficiencies and turn them into automation opportunities.
  • You communicate clearly, in fluent English, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you know how to turn a vague business need into a concrete technical solution.
  • Experience with ERP systems (such as Workday, SAP, or similar) is a plus, but not a requirement — we care far more about your integration and automation fundamentals.
  • At Bolt, using AI daily is a baseline expectation for everyone. If there’s a faster, smarter way to do your work, we expect you to find it. You’re still responsible for the output, so the standard stays high when using AI tools.
  • Experience is valuable, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity — so if you don’t tick every box, apply anyway.

Pink Elephant is a venture builder and investment company developing an ecosystem of progressive mental health solutions. Our portfolio combines media, diagnostics, e-commerce, telemedicine, and technology to make evidence-based therapies and holistic practices more accessible. Through our media platform States of Mind, we create high-quality content, diagnostic tools, and a curated provider marketplace, helping people navigate options from psychotherapy and ketamine therapy to wellness supplements and mindfulness practices. We focus on Europe and other advanced markets, preparing infrastructure for the coming wave of psychedelic and mental health innovation.

Our mission is to destigmatize and expand access to progressive mental health solutions, ranging from advanced therapies to holistic practices - supporting both individuals with clinical conditions such as depression, anxiety, or PTSD, and those seeking to strengthen their overall mental well-being. We combine scientific rigor and evidence-based standards with clear, accessible communication to make these tools understandable and usable for everyone.

One of the key products in the portfolio: Claro (withclaro.com) - an early-stage AI mental health product supporting people taking antidepressants.The product helps users track progress, understand side effects, prepare for doctor visits, and make the treatment journey clearer and less isolating.

The Role

As Head of Marketing, you will own growth marketing across Pink Elephant’s mobile-first products - and Claro antidepressants tracker in the first place. Focus is on building and scaling the organic and performance engines that turn install volume into paying, retained users. This is a hands-on, builder role for an operator who is as comfortable in app store data and attribution dashboards as in briefing a creative team, and who knows how to grow mobile apps profitably without breaking trust in a regulated, wellbeing-sensitive category.

Responsibilities: What You Will Drive

Organic growth & ASO

  • Own App Store Optimization end-to-end: keyword strategy, creative testing, conversion rate optimization, and localization across markets;
  • Build organic acquisition loops through content, SEO, ASO, and referral/virality mechanics embedded in the product itself;
  • Drive App Store / Google Play featuring opportunities and category ranking strategy.

Performance marketing across mobile channels

  • Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and emerging mobile ad networks;
  • Manage mobile measurement and attribution stack (e.g. AppsFlyer/Adjust, MMP-to-ad-network integrations, SKAdNetwork/AEM, server-side events) to ensure accurate, privacy-compliant performance reporting;
  • Build and optimize the full funnel from install → activation → trial → subscription, working closely with product on onboarding and monetization experiments;
  • Run a disciplined testing program (creative, audience, bidding strategy, pricing/paywall) grounded in CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback period targets.

Lifecycle, retention & monetization

  • Own lifecycle marketing (push, in-app messaging, email) to drive activation, retention, and subscription conversion/renewal;
  • Partner with product on subscription pricing, paywall design, and trial mechanics to improve LTV and reduce churn.

Leadership & cross-functional collaboration

  • Build and lead a lean growth marketing team, including in-house specialists and performance/creative agencies or freelancers;
  • Partner with product and data teams to instrument analytics, build cohort dashboards, and align roadmap with growth priorities;
  • Report growth performance and forecasts directly to executive leadership.

6-month outcomes

  • Profitable, scalable performance channels established across at least 2 mobile products, within target CAC/LTV ratios;
  • Organic share of installs grown to 50%+ through ASO and content/referral loops;
  • Mobile measurement and attribution stack fully implemented with reliable, privacy-compliant reporting;
  • Functioning growth team (in-house and/or agency) able to run a continuous testing cadence across creative, channels, and funnel.

Experience: What You Bring

Growth operator profile

  • 6+ years in growth/performance marketing with a strong focus on mobile apps, including hands-on ASO and paid UA at scale;
  • Proven track record of scaling consumer mobile apps (subscription or freemium) through organic and paid channels, ideally in healthtech, wellness, or other regulated/trust-sensitive B2C categories - not a hard requirement, but a strong plus;
  • Deep data fluency: comfortable owning cohort analysis, CAC-to-LTV modeling, attribution logic, and incrementality testing;
  • Fluent with the mobile growth stack: AppsFlyer/Adjust, Meta Ads, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, Mixpanel/Amplitude, Firebase, GA4, and A/B testing tools.

Global market experience

  • Track record of growing mobile products in the US and/or Western Europe, with first-hand understanding of app store dynamics, privacy regulation (ATT, GDPR), and consumer behavior in these markets;
  • Experience launching or scaling products across multiple GEOs simultaneously, adapting creative, pricing, and channel mix per market.

Values & domain alignment

  • Genuine interest in mental health, wellness, or mission-driven consumer products;
  • Comfortable operating in a regulated or reputationally sensitive category, balancing aggressive growth targets with user trust and compliance.
  • Personal experience with antidepressants - is a must

Legal&Regulatory Counsel
Apliteni

6/18/2026

We're hiring the owner of legal judgement for Apliteni - the person whose call is final on "what the law requires and whether the company's action is legally permissible." This is a role with real authority: you develop the company's legal positions and carry them yourself.

You own this domain end-to-end and you sign off on it yourself - no second signature, no routing through someone else. Here, the strongest legal mind in the room also holds the authority to match.

What you'll own (with final say)

  • Final decision on legal correctness — whether an action, document, or scenario is compliant. Your decision doesn't require anyone's visa.
  • LEA requests — handle them independently from receipt to response; sign and send (by volikiri). You keep stakeholders informed and make the call yourself.
  • Regulator correspondence — AKI, EMTA, Estonian Police, foreign LEAs: you sign and send without intermediate sign-off.
  • Nexus testing — independently determine whether a given law applies to Apliteni; your test is the input the rest of the company builds on.
  • Due diligence — final KYC/AML conclusion (OFAC, EU Consolidated List, PEP): admit/deny/admit-with-conditions. No second signature.
  • Sanctions screening — final decision on a client or counterparty.
  • Enforcement intelligence — own real knowledge of how regulators actually apply the law (EDPB, CJEU, AKI decisions), and advise the team on where the real risk sits.

What success looks like

  • Legal opinion turnaround — ≤ 1 working day.
  • LEA response SLA — 100% in time.
  • Due diligence coverage — 100% of new counterparties cleared before work starts.
  • External counsel deflection — 100% of cases closed in-house, without outside lawyers and without losing context between requests.

What we're looking for

  • Real, hands-on legal expertise in a software/tech company under EU sanctions & data protection regimes — you've done the work yourself.
  • EU/Estonian legal grounding — your base is EU regulations and directives, which are then transposed into Estonian law.
  • Depth in at least two of: GDPR/data protection, sanctions (OFAC/EU), AML/KYC, responding to law-enforcement requests.
  • Enforcement reality — you've actually dealt with regulators and answered their requests.
  • Comfort owning the final call and signing it — judgement under genuine legal conflict (where every option breaks something) is the core of the job.
  • Fluent English.

A strong plus: experience with AKI/EMTA/Estonian Police; background in iGaming, crypto/fintech, payments, or adtech; you already use AI in your legal work (or you're genuinely curious to).

A plus: Estonian (for direct dealings with local regulators).

How we work

  • Apliteni runs AI-native and flat — no managers, no titles, no grades. We organize around areas of responsibility: you own an area, you hold its quality, you carry the decision and the consequences.
  • You'll work inside the Compliance area of responsibility, alongside Compliance Engineering — this is a role within a team. AI takes the routine; you hold the meaning, the boundaries, and the final judgement.
  • We work async by default and keep teams small on purpose. This is a role with real authority and real accountability — it will not suit someone who wants cover.

What we offer

  • Long-term, remote-first work from anywhere — no relocation, and you're free to travel.
  • A flexible schedule — deliver on time and stay online for at least 4 hours within GMT+0 standard working hours, so the team can sync when needed.
  • Unlimited paid time off — sick, recovering, caring for a kid or a pet, or taking a holiday, you take the time you need.
  • Up to €2,500 per year in reimbursable benefits — you choose how to spend it across the categories we support.

If this fits

If this is the level of ownership you've been looking for, we'd be glad to talk. Tell us where you've held the final legal call and how you handled a case where every option carried a cost.

  • Collaborate with product engineering teams to design optimal schemas, access patterns, and data layer integrations, ensuring the right people have the information they need
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code practices for database provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management with high first-time-right quality

  • Advanced Linux systems knowledge with understanding of kernel behavior, I/O patterns, and hardware optimization for database workloads
  • Experience with distributed systems concepts including CAP theorem trade-offs, consensus protocols, and partition tolerance
  • Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi) for database infrastructure automation
  • Experience with monitoring and observability platforms (Datadog, Prometheus, PMM) for building database observability solutions
  • Strong understanding of query optimization including execution plans, index design, and workload analysis

Preferred Skills

  • Gaming industry experience with understanding of real-time gaming database requirements and low-latency data access patterns
  • Deep MySQL internals knowledge including InnoDB internals, buffer pool tuning, redo/undo logs, and MVCC behavior
  • Experience building database proxies or middleware (ProxySQL, Vitess, custom solutions) for connection management and query routing
  • MySQL replication expertise including GTID-based replication, multi-source replication, and replication lag optimization
  • Cloud database architecture experience with AWS (RDS, Aurora) and/or GCP (Cloud SQL, AlloyDB) for hybrid database strategies
  • Experience with ScyllaDB and/or Cassandra for high-throughput, low-latency distributed workloads
  • Knowledge of MySQL sharding and partitioning strategies for large-scale data distribution and query performance
  • Experience building zero-downtime migration tooling (pt-online-schema-change, gh-ost) for schema evolution at scale
  • Container and Kubernetes experience for database operator development and cloud-native MySQL deployments
  • MySQL backup and recovery expertise including Percona XtraBackup, point-in-time recovery, and disaster recovery procedures

We are looking for a high-autonomy Senior UA powerhouse to join our Paid Search Squad, owning Google Ads end-to-end (Search, GDN, DemGen, PMax).

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Scaling of Paid UA: Plan, execute, and own your strategy to hit KPIs. You are building a scalable UA engine across Google and beyond.
  • Extreme Ownership & Prioritization: You own the goals, not the tasks. We provide the resources and the "Why"; you define the "How". Something blocks you? Your manager's only job is to remove it. No hand-holding, no micro-management - just results.
  • Lead Creative Testing Frameworks: Build and manage predictable, scalable frameworks for testing thousands of creatives. You know how to find a winner, why it won, and how to replicate that success at scale.
  • Aggressive Budget & ROAS Management: Responsible for dynamic budget allocation to maximize ROAS. You decide where the next dollar goes.
  • Creative, MarTech & Growth Collaboration: Guide the creative team's focus, forecast asset delivery, write airtight technical requirements for MarTech, and collaborate with Growth. Every department is deep in UA context - that's how we move fast.
  • Data Deep-Dives & Growth Execution: You live in the metrics. You dig into LTV, monetization, and web funnels when something feels off. If a number moves, you're the first to ask "Why?"
  • Analytics Mastery (SQL & Dashboards): Data-literate by default. Whether it's a quick SQL slice or a full dashboard build - you don't wait for someone else to pull it for you.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience with medical verticals under strict policy regulations or healthtech/wellness (Strong advantage)
  • Google Ads Mastery (or Platform Agility): Deep knowledge of the Google Ads tech stack. Fluency in other platforms is a plus, not a liability
  • Proven track record managing significant monthly budgets ($300k+/mo)
  • US market - you know the landscape, the benchmarks, the playbook
  • Deep hands-on experience with web funnels
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau or equivalent) and tracking platforms (GA4, AppsFlyer or equivalent).
  • Data Hunger: Comfortable diving into Looker, Superset, or similar.
  • Ambiguity. When the roadmap shifts or a new problem appears with no clear solution, you don't freeze - you build.
  • You can sell your ideas to cross-functional teams (Growth, Creative, MarTech, Analytics) and negotiate priorities with stakeholders who don't report to you
  • Not a yes-person. We expect you to challenge your manager. If he's wrong - say so. If a process is broken - flag it. Direct, honest feedback in both directions is how we get things done.
  • You care about how UA affects LTV, product retention, and the business bottom line. Business owner first, media buyer second.

Perks and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary package commensurate with experience, plus stock options
  • The equipment you need to do your job
  • 21 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
  • Office in Limassol (Hybrid Work Format) or Remote Option for Candidates Residing Outside of Cyprus

About our values:

  • Think deeper: Data-driven decision making, using quantitative and qualitative signals to guide actions.
  • Focus on impact: Prioritize high-impact, fast decisions and learning from mistakes.
  • Take ownership: Responsibility for actions and outcomes, with autonomy to improve processes.
  • Push the limits: Encourage new ideas, challenge conventions, and strive for innovation.
  • Be a Championship Team: Collaborate, build trust, and support teammates to achieve common goals.
