The AI agent market is exploding. Companies like Anthropic, OpenAI, and dozens of startups are racing to build agent platforms. But they all hit the same wall: enterprise customers won't deploy agents that can't be properly controlled.

No one has solved secure, granular access control for AI agents at scale yet. And this is the infrastructure problem that will define the next era of enterprise AI.

We're building the access control layer that will enable AI agents to operate safely across enterprise systems โ€” think of it as IAM reimagined for the age of autonomous agents. This is a category-defining opportunity. The company that solves this becomes the de facto standard for AI access control.

About The Role

This is a 0-1 product + go-to-market role for someone who can take a platform product from hypothesis to early enterprise adoption.

The technical complexity is high. You need to understand both how AI agents work under the hood AND how enterprise security teams think about access control.

The market is nascent. You'll be doing customer discovery with companies that don't yet know they need this solution. You'll need to articulate the problem before you can sell the solution.

What You'll Do

  • Deep customer discovery: Conduct user interviews with security teams, IT administrators and business stakeholders to understand enterprise access management pain points
  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market needs and security best practices
  • Rapid prototyping: Use AI tools to quickly build prototypes and landing pages to test hypotheses
  • Go-to-Market & Sales: Engage directly with prospects to understand their challenges, negotiate pilots, and close early deals
  • Product Development: Work hands-on with an engineer to deliver solutions, translating technical constraints into product decisions

What We're Looking For

  • Zero-to-one experience: You've built a product from scratch and taken it to market. You know what it takes to go from idea to revenue.
  • IAM/Security expertise: You understand how access control works in enterprises, what security teams care about, and why current solutions fall short.
  • Deep AI understanding: You've actually built AI agents, understand MCPs, tool calls, and their security implications
  • Technical background: Ideally, previous development experience. You'll be working with cutting-edge protocols and need to understand technical constraints to make informed product decisions
  • Experience in either: Building internal platform solutions within organizations, OR Developing products that serve as a B2B SaaS platform
  • High agency and comfort with ambiguity

About your role

We are seeking a lead React.js frontend developer to join our team and help us build our sophisticated products. In this role, you will be primary in charge of all ongoing frontend development activities and responsible for building, delivering and maintaining a React-based Single Page Application that will communicate to the backend system of our main product via its HTTP APIs.

One of your responsibilities, and the 1st big task to start with, will be management, control, tech advising and even direct participation in building our own Design System from the ground up, with support of our UX/UI designer. As a result, together with other frontend developers, you should deliver and maintain a number of core React.js components that will serve as frontend building blocks of our SPAs.

When these components are ready to use in production, you together with other frontend developers will set up and follow a process of building, delivering and maintaining the SPA for our main product โ€“ LODGEiT. This process assumes:

  • Communication with backend developers, client support team, product managers/stakeholders, and even our consumers & partners.
  • Accumulation and prioritization of issues, business proposals and client feedback requests to prepare product/sprint backlogs.
  • Project planning, development, deployment and quality control of the SPA.

You, and all your teammates, will use the Kanban methodology, Git/GitHub, Visual Studio Code IDE and

Docker / Docker Compose to efficiently develop the product(s) and share knowledge within the team.

Your job

  • Conduct and/or participate in backlog planning meetings once every 2-4 weeks.
  • Conduct and/or participate in daily stand-up meetings with the team discussing each oneโ€™s progress, any challenges they met on the previous day and their plans for the current day.
  • Interactively work with Kanban board (simulated with GitHub Projects), and GitHub features like Actions, Discussions, Issues/Pull-Requests, Packages, Releases and Wikis.
  • Create a Design System from the ground upโ€”design tokens, accessible component library, theming, and documentation in Storybook.
  • Monolith to SPA migration: define the target frontend architecture and a phased migration from the monolith to a modern SPA.
  • Manage and directly participate in development, delivery and maintenance of React.js components and React-based SPA(s), including unit tests, integration tests and e2e tests.
  • Be ready to wake up at night for urgent cases.
  • Review teammates code in GitHub repos.

Your expected experience

  • 10+ years of experience in frontend development.
  • 3+ years of experience in frontend development leadership.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  • Strong proficiency in CSS and HTML, with expertise in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Strong experience with Storybook.
  • Strong skills in problem-solving, component/page designing and application architecting.
  • Strong experience with React.js and its core principles, including hooks.

Tasks

Behind every product stands a strong analytics team, but interaction won't be limited to within it. Certainly, typical tasks for any game product analyst include analyzing game economy, balance, player behavior, and much more. However, the primary and most important task for a Data Analyst in our team is to facilitate decision-making processes that lead to sustainable long-term product development. Additional tasks include:

  • conducting A/B tests and offline testing of new algorithms;
  • interpreting results, formulating conclusions, and new hypotheses;
  • the bonus task: predicting how changes in one or more factors will impact player retention, churn, and resource balance across different player segments.

Our stack

  • Excellent technical stack (JupyterHub or Databricks + PySpark): modern and reusable in other companies. Everything employees learn at Playrix remains relevant and easily monetizable.
  • No tool restrictions, resources are allocated swiftly, and we have full access to AWS.
  • We gather data through Appsflyer (marketing) and Amplitude (product).
  • Raw data is stored in S3, ETL is handled by Airflow, prepared tables and views are in Redshift. Data quality, lineage, catalog โ€“ Monte Carlo.
  • Analysts work with data using SQL and Python in Jupyter/Databricks notebooks, and prototype dashboards using Tableau.
  • We're developing self-service and analytical products for data consumers, relieving analysts from routine tasks.

Requirements

  • a degree from a technical university, coupled with strong mathematical skills โ€” knowledge of probability theory and applied statistics;
  • experience in a large technical or retail company with visible professional growth results;
  • experience in A/B testing, data analysis, product/marketing analytics;
  • strong knowledge and experience with SQL and Python;
