Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial data and prepare reports with insights, trends and recommended actions for management.
• Work with management to develop annual budget, five year plan and capital plan.
• Build a financial forecast model based on analysis of past performance data.
• Track data to determine actual performance versus forecast data.
• Root cause analysis of core issues using data.
• Assist employees with financial questions and analysis.
• Analyse processes and implement improvements.
• Review accounting transactions for accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and/or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience working in a similar position
• Sound knowledge of fundamental accounting principles, laws and regulations.
• Experience managing and analysing large sets of data.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, data analysis and interpretation, preparing financial business models.
• Work experience with ERP (1C and SAP).
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Quality control of customer service and maintenance of a high level of service
• Processing of proposals received from clients, as well as solving any emerging issues of residents, settlement of conflict situations

• Providing presentations of services
• Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of the sales plan and coworking loading
• Control of bill payment by coworking residents

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, forecasting, budgeting etc.
• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience in US GAAP and IFRS.
• Min 5 years relevant experience in financial & management accounting.
• Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.
• Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.

• Working experience in 1C and SAP (or another ERP system) is required.
• To be based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai.

Summary: As a Senior React Native Engineer, reporting directly to CTO, you will help build frontend infrastructure from scratch, prototype new features, and wireframes, work cross-functionally with the existing team and eventually grow your own.

• Implement high-quality solutions in a timely manner. Designed and built to last and to scale.
• Study the API design and give feedback on the structure for optimized implementation on the frontend.
• Identify new libraries/patterns/platforms that we should study/adopt to continuously improve our architecture.
• Prototyping new features and wireframes cross-functionally with the product team.
• Contribute to planning, roadmaps, and integration plans.‍

Expectations:

• 3 - 7 years of experience in software development
• 2+ years of experience in React Native specifically
• React / React Native + JavaScript / Typescript
• Good understanding of Redux/Flux

• Experience in implementing consumer-facing products at early-stage startups
