  • Orchestration & Integration: Design the data flow between the AI Agent and external tools (CRM systems, Google Calendar, booking systems, etc.). You will configure how the agent constructs JSON payloads and interprets API responses
  • Skill Module Architecture: Build reusable "Skills" and modules that non-technical users can add to their agents. Your code must be robust, abstract, and highly configurable
  • Debugging & Optimization: Debug logic errors in conversation flows (e.g., why did the agent loop?) and optimize the system to ensure sub-500ms response times for voice interactions

Requirements:

  • Algorithmic Thinking: You have a developer's mindset. You understand loops, recursion, variable scope, and state machines deeply
  • Jinja2 Expertise (or similar): You are a master of templating logic. You know how to manipulate data structures inside a template without relying on external helper code
  • Data Literacy: Fluent in JSON and JSONSchema. You can visualize complex nested data structures instantly
  • Proprietary Tool Adaptability: You are excited, not intimidated, by the prospect of learning a new, proprietary language (NSL) and becoming a global expert in it
  • Language: Russian (Native/Fluent) and English (B2+)

Team, about the role

We are transforming how our hit mobile games operate post-release. Our core mission is to architect and build a single, highly reliable, and unified LiveOps Platform that manages every operational cycle: from A/B tests and in-game events to balance changes and content delivery across all titles. This platform is the future central nervous system for our game operations.

We are looking for a Python Software Engineer to take part in the development and evolution of a LiveOps platform that ensures a stable and predictable operational cycle in games. The role involves building tools and services for managing events, game balance, A/B tests, schedules, configurations, feature flags, and content. You will be responsible for automating the entire LiveOps pipeline, enabling fast experimentation, data transparency, and a convenient workflow for product and analytics teams.

The team

The LiveOps team is central to the post-release economy and player LTV. We handle everything related to operational flexibility: managing events, offers, experimentation, game balance, configurations, schedules, and feature rollout.

The team is responsible for delivering the core platform and tools that allow product teams to rapidly iterate, manage the game economy, and run complex experiments efficiently.

Tasks

  • Participate in the development and continuous improvement of a LiveOps platform that ensures a stable and predictable operational cycle in games.
  • Build tools and services for managing events, game balance, A/B tests, schedules, configurations, feature flags, and content.
  • Automate the entire LiveOps process pipeline, enabling high experiment velocity, data transparency, and a convenient workflow for product and analytics teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of commercial experience with Python
  • Solid understanding of system design principles, including scalability, fault tolerance, queues, caching, transactional consistency, and API contracts

Preferred

  • Experience in designing and developing highly reliable backend systems and internal platforms
  • Experience working with A/B testing systems, real-time event processing, and configuration systems

Weโ€™re looking for a LinkedIn SMM Manager to fully own and grow our presence on LinkedIn as a core growth channel. Youโ€™ll build personal brands for our sales team while scaling the company page, working with a global B2B, SaaS, and fintech audience. What are you going to do?

  • Build and scale personal LinkedIn brands for the sales team, turning profiles into demand-generation assets;
  • Own the LinkedIn growth strategy end-to-end, from trend research to execution and optimization;
  • Create high-impact English content that drives engagement, trust, and inbound opportunities;

You are perfect for us if:

  • 1+ year of experience as an SMM / Social Media Manager / LinkedIn Specialist;
  • Strong English copywriting skills; written English at B2+ level;
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple LinkedIn profiles or company pages in parallel;
  • Ability to analyze content performance, trends, and competitor activity;
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using social media analytics;
  • Comfortable working independently across multiple projects;
  • Willingness to learn and adopt new tools for automation and analytics.
