What are you going to do:
- Design and build simple but very practical internal and external tools for Mediacube using the Vibecode approach
- You work with AI agents and tools as your main dev environment, not as a side helper
- Orchestrate AI in the full lifecycle of development. From idea and specification, through code generation and refactoring, to tests, docs, and deployment
- Develop and maintain backend services in Ruby on Rails (high priority) Next.js or Python.
- Let AI draft most of the code, you own the architecture, edge cases, and production quality
- Build user friendly frontends in React or another modern framework
- Use AI for component scaffolding, state management patterns, UX experiments
- Integrate third party APIs and connect services so agents can collaborate and automate real work for our teams
- Experiment with new AI agents, workflows, and tools
- Validate hypotheses, automate processes for sales, support, operations, and turn successful experiments into stable products
You are perfect for us if you have:
First of all, about AI and your way of working
- You work with ChatGPT, Claude or similar models every single day
- You have shipped at least one project where most of the code was generated by AI
- You designed the structure, wrote good prompts, reviewed and fixed the results
- You have real experience with AI dev tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar
- You are not limited to โcopy code into chat, paste it back into editorโ
- You are comfortable letting AI touch multiple files, refactor modules, and generate tests or docs
- You understand LLM APIs, basic prompting patterns, and can explain how you debug AI mistakes
- You understand how RAG, GraphRAG, and KAG work and can choose the right approach and design pipelines that leverage their strengths
Then about your dev background
- Solid experience in software development with traditional approaches
- You know what clean code, modular architecture, and basic testing look like
- Confidence in at least one backend stack Node.js, Ruby, or Python
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern frontend framework. Preferably React, but Vue or Angular are also ok
- Experience integrating third party APIs
- Interest or experience with MCP servers, agents, or automation platforms like n8n
- Hackathons, pet projects, open-source, or any examples where you shipped something fast with AI help will be a big plus

What Youโll Be Driving:
- Designing and implementing scalable and efficient software architectures;
- Writing, testing, and debugging complex code for new and existing software applications;
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members;
- Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and best practices;
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for software development and system design;
- Leading and managing software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality (shared responsibility with the Delivery Manager);
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to align development efforts with business goals;
- Researching and implementing new technologies and methodologies to improve software performance and development processes;
- Identifying and resolving complex software issues and technical challenges;
- Driving continuous improvement in software development practices and processes;
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including presenting technical concepts and project updates;
- Delivering code to production in a timely manner according to business expectations.
