What You'll Do
- Maintain and improve an existing JetBrains IDE plugin
- Fix bugs and issues reported by users and the support team
- Keep the plugin compatible with new JetBrains IDE versions
- Improve stability, usability, and overall developer experience
- Implement new features and improvements
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Kotlin or Java and readiness to work with the Kotlin stack
- Extensive AI and vibe coding experience to navigate through the IntelliJ Plugin SDK
- Comfortable working independently without very detailed technical specification
Nice to Have
- Experience with JetBrains Platform SDK
- Experience developing JetBrains IDE plugins (commercial or personal)

The Role
We are looking for a designer who owns the full stack of how a product feels โ from first tap to long-term habit. Someone who creates products which build relationships with users and yet obsesses over conversion funnels and retention curves as much as UX and UI.
Responsibilities
- Brand & product vibe: define and protect a distinct visual and emotional identity
- Vibe-coding & rapid prototyping: use AI-assisted code tools (v0, Cursor, Bolt, etc.) to build interactive prototypes and ship real UI
- End-to-end product design: own the full design process from insight to shipped screen
- Conversion architecture: design onboarding, paywalls, and activation flows with measurable lift
- Design systems: maintain a living component library that scales
- User research & feedback loops: run lightweight qualitative sessions and close the loop with design decisions
