Role Description

The Lead UX Product Designer will work closely with the engineering team and play a leading role in the end-to-end design of the DWS platform, coordinating user research and creatively solving user problems.

You will help us take DWS’ UX to the next level through the development of user research activities, design systems and processes. You will be responsible for making sure all design output is not only aesthetically beautiful but well researched, easy-to-use and delivering a consistent user experience. As a passionate user-centric design advocate, you will be able to win stakeholder buy-in and bring everyone on board with your creative vision.

Responsibilities

• Concept, prototype, validate, fine-tune and present design solutions for DWS
• Communicate those solutions to our developers
• Create sketches, flows, wireframes and other design artifacts
• Advocate for our customers by gaining a deep understanding of their work and the challenges they face
• Be a leader to product management in helping to come up with approaches that work — you’re here to empower us with your creativity
• Proactively apply research techniques that are appropriate to the problem being addressed
• Help identify and leverage metrics to drive product management and measure success
• Build out a design team as we scale
  

Requirements

• 5-6 years’ experience in a UX or Product Design role
• A good understanding of UX best practice with interest in the latest design trends
• Fluency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Familiarity with traditional cloud providers such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud is beneficial
• Experience advocating for users and championing UX principles to internal stakeholders
• Experience using data to create evidence-based design (and on occasions conducting your own research activities)
• A passion for consistency and quality, with experience creating design guidelines
• Fluency of the end-to-end design lifecycle from strategy and conceptualisation to wireframing, UI design, art working and quality checking
• Experience managing user research activities using Human-centered Design or similar

About this role:

As a UI-UX Designer, you will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimised for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

Responsibilities:

• Creating user-centred designs by understanding business requirements, brand guidelines and user feedback
• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
• Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
• Optimize existing user interface designs
• Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for different usage and purposes
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems
• Test graphics layouts across various media
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Listening to design needs, coming up with ideas and communicating them to other members of the team
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends

Skills and qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a UI/UX role
• Strong conceptual and design skills, and proven experience
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Have strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software (Adobe Creative Suite)
• BA Arts, Design, Fine Arts, or a similar degree is a plus
• Experience in Graphic design is a plus
• Advanced verbal and written English knowledge is a must
• Can work in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills
• Be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, and meet deadlines

A dynamic IT company is looking for a Product Designer to join our Team. Tasks in the role

• to work out a new ui/ux for the partner program of the trading platform;
• creating a large number of landing pages on WebFlow + a/b tests + analysis;
• participation in ui kit improvements;
• elaboration of local personalization of current landing pages of the trading platform.

Requirements

• experience as a 3+ product designer;
• experience working with webflow or an alternative tool;
• experience working with figma and prototypes in it;
• experience working with product analytics, a/b testing;
• real cases in the portfolio (at least 3 landing pages or multi-page sites);
