Job description
Summary
We’re looking for a Product UX/UI Designer to help TraceAir ship better product decisions faster. This role is for a designer who loves the full cycle:
- Task framing → research & hypotheses → quick prototypes → validation → production-ready UI → post-launch iteration.
You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Service to evolve existing flows and launch new features and products, using research and metrics to turn uncertainty into clarity.
What you’ll do
- Frame problems like a detective: Dig into user behavior, support tickets, recordings, funnel drop-offs, and edge cases to find what’s actually broken (or missing).
- Generate and validate hypotheses: Propose solution directions, prototype quickly, and run lightweight research/testing to reduce risk before dev investment.
- Design end-to-end flows: From low-fi exploration to production-ready UI with strong interaction details.
- Work in a design system: Use components, variables, and libraries; enhance the system when gaps emerge; maintain consistency without slowing down.
- Partner closely with PM and Engineering: Clarify scope, align on trade-offs, define acceptance criteria and Definition of Done, and keep delivery moving.
- Communicate clearly: Present reasoning, decisions, and alternatives — not just screens.
- Keep documentation tidy: Maintain organized records, status reports, and ticket descriptions in Asana.
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of product design experience (web apps preferred; B2B SaaS is a plus)
- Strong skills in UX thinking + UI craft (flows, states, error handling, edge cases)
- Practical experience with research and validation: usability tests, interviews, surveys, and analysis of recordings
- Comfort with product metrics: conversion, retention proxies, event thinking
- Confident Figma skills (component architecture, variants & variables, library management, prototyping)
- Experience working with design systems and contributing to their evolution
- Autonomous and proactive: you don’t need to be chased; you chase clarity
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication
- Ability to analyze and unravel complex flows and mechanics
- English: solid working proficiency
You’ll be a great fit if you…
- Enjoy moving fast without breaking the product
- Love ambiguity and can turn “we should improve onboarding” into a concrete plan with measurable outcomes
- Naturally notice inconsistencies, missing states, weird edge cases, and “silent” UX failure points
- Can balance craft with pragmatism: when to go deep vs when to ship
What you’ll work on (examples)
- Improving onboarding/activation and feature adoption using funnels + session insights
- Launching new product capabilities with rapid validation and tight delivery cycles
- Evolving key workflows and reducing friction across the product
- Strengthening the design system to enable the team to ship faster and more consistently
Benefits
- 🌴 Unlimited paid vacation
- 🧳 Relocation package
- 🏥 Private health insurance
- 🎓 Skyeng English lessons
- 🧘 Online yoga sessions
- 💬 Therapist & group support
- 👕 Branded TraceAir swag
- 🚀 Maximum autonomy & minimal process overhead

You’ll be designing product-focused videos that combine motion graphics and UI animation, with a significant portion of your work involving animating Readymag’s interface and transforming product features into clear visual stories. You’ll collaborate with marketing and product designers, marketers, and editors to translate product value and attract a broader audience.
You’ll also take ownership of the motion design direction within the company, creating and developing our motion approach and guidelines within Readymag's brand identity and improving internal processes. Additionally, you’ll help other designers enhance the quality of their work with motion.
This is a fully remote collaboration under a service agreement. We work primarily within the GMT+1 time zone and expect a regular overlap of business hours on weekdays to allow for meetings and live collaboration.
Who we are:
Readymag is a design tool for creating websites, landing pages, portfolios, magazines, editorials, and presentations.
We’re a fully distributed team with a strong international user community and client-oriented service. We value a culture of questions and curiosity with a ‘measure what can be measured’ approach.
We collaborate with like-minded professionals who are ambitious and passionate about what they do. Many of our partners have a long history of working with Readymag, and we would be happy to initiate a long-term collaboration with you as well.
What you will do:
- create motion assets for ad campaigns, social media (Instagram, TikTok), YouTube, and web pages;
- prepare animated assets to be embedded on our website, making product pages feel more dynamic and alive;
- develop and execute motion concepts: storyboards, animatics, and visual style;
- animate both our graphics and our interface. We work primarily in Figma, so all initial assets will be there;
- adapt motion graphics for different formats and platforms;
- create and develop a motion approach/guidelines within Readymag's brand identity;
- collaborate with designers, marketers, and editors, and work closely with our videographer when motion needs to be integrated with real footage (though you will not be responsible for video shooting or full video editing).
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in motion graphics in creative agencies or product teams;
- strong experience with UI animation and interface storytelling;

At LearnWorlds, we believe learning is the original human superpower — the force that turns knowledge into products, skills, and progress.
Our platform helps creators, educators, and organizations in more than 150 countries turn expertise into scalable learning experiences that sell, teach, and transform.
As AI floods the world with information, learning becomes the only countermeasure — the skill that keeps humans creative, relevant, and in control. The winners won’t be those who automate fastest, but those who learn and adapt fastest. They’ll need platforms that turn knowledge into teachable systems that scale — and that’s exactly what LearnWorlds enables.
We’re a profitable, product-led SaaS company at an inflection point — expanding from category strength into category leadership. The next stage of our growth is about precision, narrative clarity, and systemic excellence: how product, marketing, and customer experience operate as one continuous engine of learning, inside and out.
And to build this next chapter, we need a designer who works the same way: adaptive, curious, fast, and deeply product-minded.
We’re looking for a Mid Product Designer (3–5 years of experience) who can work independently, bring strong UI instincts, and move fast with ambiguity. Someone energetic, collaborative, and curious — comfortable using AI as part of their daily workflow, and confident enough to influence PMs, engineers, and peers.
This is not a conventional design job. You’ll be designing for a system of systems — one that powers learning businesses at scale — which means you’ll need versatility, ownership, and the drive to ship meaningful work at high velocity. We experiment, we iterate, we move.
If you’re a multi-tool designer — visual, interaction, systems — who can draw on every skill to tackle complex, fast-moving product challenges and deliver high-impact solutions with clarity and speed, then continue reading.
How you work
- You use AI as an extension of your thinking, accelerating your design process and finding clever ways to deliver value faster.
- You design with strong UI instinct, turning ambiguity into simple, intuitive, expected and unexpected solutions.
- You tell stories that land, clear, warm, confident communication that convinces stakeholders and aligns teams.
- You bring spark, introducing new ideas, tools, and ways of working that energize the team and help others grow.
- You ship end-to-end across scopes, backed by real SaaS experience that shows you care about outcomes.
How we work
- We design efficiently. We pull from patterns, lean on our design system, and use AI to speed things up while keeping quality high.
- We don’t run traditional research cycles. We know our users, we hear them loud and clear, and we loop them in when it matters.
- We challenge each other. We debate with strong opinions, lightly held — no ego, no politics.
- We learn as we go. We share what we know and what we don’t to level up together.
- We work as a service. We juggle multiple projects at once, so ownership, autonomy, and sharp task management are key to succeeding.
Requirements. Good to know before applying
- We’re hiring for a mid-level Product Designer (3–5 years of experience) — strong enough to work independently, still hungry enough to grow fast.
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality design work, highlighting your role, thought process, and impact in solving specific product challenges is a must.
- Design tasks are part of the process: they show your skills and they are key for us to preview how we could potentially collaborate.
- English proficiency is essential: it’s our daily working language.
- We’re a fully remote team based in Europe, with offices in Athens, Crete, and Limassol. We don’t offer relocation or visa sponsorship.
Benefits
- Private life and health insurance plan
- Fully remote work if you prefer to work from home, apart from when we have team meetings a few times per year
- Your personal annual training budget
- An annual home office allowance to set up your personal space

- 23 days of paid time off
- 3 early summer Fridays in July and August

- An opportunity to grow alongside us and shape the look and feel of tomorrow’s e-learning
- An entrepreneurial, international, and highly motivated team with a flat hierarchy that will both challenge you and help you reach your highest potential
