The process solution area is in a transition phase from manual to automatic testing. We are searching for an experienced and motivated professional to support us in ensuring quality while we journey towards high automation coverage in our interdisciplinary software development teams. You will be part of a small overarching enabler team together with the department’s Software Architect.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product owners and development teams to define and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy that aligns with our overall quality goals within the process solution area.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites, leveraging and enhancing existing frameworks and tools. Prioritize assisting teams in developing their own tests where appropriate, rather than solely owning the test suite.
- Integrate test executions into our CI/CD pipelines, educating and guiding teams on utilizing these integrations effectively.
- Be a catalyst for change by driving the adoption of automated testing, fostering a proactive shift-left mindset, and actively coaching and mentoring agile teams on test automation best practices.
Requirements:
- Profound experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation within an agile product development environment, with a demonstrated ability to influence and guide others.
