Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Enterprise Deal Strategy & Pipeline Planning: Develop and own a structured enterprise deal pipeline aligned with Bolt's GMV priorities, expansion strategy, and category focus. Translate strategic priorities into concrete deal roadmaps, market sequencing, and partner targeting plans.

AI Designer [Portugal] - Job Description
BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. Young, ambitious, and unstoppable, we've already taken Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia by storm. Our BRO team consists of 1,300 bright minds creating innovative ideas and products. We don’t follow formats. We shape them. We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits.

We are looking for a highly skilled and tech-savvy AI Designer (UI & Image Generation) to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a hybrid creator role: someone who combines a strong foundation in visual design (UI + digital art) with advanced expertise in AI tools to accelerate concept creation, UI exploration, and asset production without compromising quality or consistency. The ideal candidate is not just generating visuals, but shaping product-ready design solutions through a combination of manual skill, structured thinking, and AI-driven workflows.
What you'll do
- AI-Driven UI & Visual Creation: Use AI tools (Stable Diffusion, Krea, Nano Banana, etc.) to generate UI concepts, visual directions, UI components, and supporting assets; translate product ideas, wireframes, or briefs into strong visual outputs using structured prompts and workflows; explore multiple stylistic directions quickly to support product and brand decisions.
- Rapid Ideation & Concept Development: Create quick sketches, wireframes, or visual drafts (by hand or in Figma) to guide AI-driven generation; iterate fast on concepts, layouts, and compositions before finalizing directions; work across different visual styles and adapt them to product needs.
- Refinement & Overpainting: Clean, refine, and enhance AI-generated outputs to reach production-ready quality; fix inconsistencies in UI logic, composition, lighting, typography, and details; ensure all visuals meet design system and usability standards.
- UI System Thinking: Build cohesive UI concepts, visual systems, and style directions; ensure consistency across screens, components, and product experiences; align visuals with brand identity while evolving it when needed.
- Detail-Oriented Execution: Polish designs to a high level of quality, paying attention to micro-interactions, spacing, hierarchy, and visual clarity; bridge the gap between “nice AI output” and real, usable product design.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI Design, Product Design, or 2D/Concept Design with a strong digital focus
- Visual & UI Skills: strong understanding of UI/UX principles, layout, hierarchy, usability; ability to think in interfaces, not just images; solid foundation in composition, color theory, and visual storytelling
- AI Expertise: advanced experience with AI tools (Stable Diffusion, Flux, Nano Banana, etc.); deep understanding of prompting, ControlNet, LoRA, inpainting/outpainting workflows; ability to combine multiple AI tools into a consistent pipeline

Job description
Our Marketplace team builds the models and algorithms that balance supply and demand, optimising pricing and matching to ensure chauffeurs earn and passengers aren't left waiting. We’re looking for a Mid/Senior Backend Engineer to join a team that keeps frameworks lean and focuses on what matters: clean, maintainable code, shipped fast with TDD, DDD, and continuous integration and delivery. We are a Go shop, and while we’re busy migrating away from our Ruby monolith, our stack includes PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Redis, gRPC, and Thrift. Everything runs on AWS and Kubernetes, managed via Terraform. Our interview process includes a recruiter screen, algorithms and live coding. Senior+ candidates also complete a system design section and a structured review of past experience and achievements.
Responsibilities
- Write high-quality, performant code primarily in Go.
- Implement new microservices while helping us responsibly manage and migrate away from legacy services.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to turn abstract requirements into concrete technical designs.
- Ensure our systems stay responsive under heavy load, optimising for both latency and reliability.
What you'll do
See responsibilities above.
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience (5+ years for seniors) building and maintaining scalable backend services.
- We use Go. If you know it, great. If not, we’ll interview you in your strongest language (Python, C++, Java, Ruby, etc.). We hire for engineering fundamentals, not syntax.
- In-depth knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
Tech stack
Go, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, gRPC, Thrift; AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform; Ruby (legacy).
Team
Marketplace team focused on models and algorithms for supply-demand balance, pricing, and matching.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience (5+ years for seniors) building and maintaining scalable backend services.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and message brokers (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis; RabbitMQ or Kafka).
Benefits and perks
- Office-based role in West London, four days a week with flexible start and finish times, plus one remote day of your choice
- Salary: £90,000 – £120,000
- Employee stock options plan
- Private medical and dental insurance
- Life and critical illness cover
- Latest-generation MacBook Pro and 4k display
- Monthly credit towards Wheely journeys
- Cycle to Work scheme
- Professional development stipend
- Relocation support, including visa sponsorship and allowance
What you'll need to know about the interview process
Recruiter screen, algorithms and live coding. Senior+ candidates also complete a system design section and a structured review of past experience and achievements.
