About the role
We are seeking an attentive and proactive Fraud Rules Analyst to drive the continuous improvement of our financial crime detection and prevention capabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to keep the lowest Fraud rate and Distrurb rate by improving the rule model accuracy. Analyze and evolve complex data structures to identify weaknesses in current detection logic, and design rule-based and data-driven enhancements to increase precision, reduce false positives, and protect our customers. Your mission
- Own the fraud rule optimization pipeline end-to-end: generate hypotheses, validate them with data, design rules, coordinate implementation with Engineering, and monitor performance post-launch.
