Weโ€™re looking for a Data Analyst to join our B2A team โ€” the team that works with travel agencies and helps them sell hotels, flights, and other travel products. In this role, youโ€™ll be responsible for monitoring business health: tracking key metrics, identifying growth opportunities, preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, and conducting deep-dive analyses.

Youโ€™ll work closely with managers to uncover bottlenecks in the sales funnel, build partner cohorts, investigate revenue fluctuations, and support data-driven decision-making. Youโ€™ll also collaborate with other analytics teams (product, pricing, marketing) and own some projects independently.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys digging into data, solving complex problems, and being close to both product and business. Youโ€™ll have the chance to influence key business decisions and work across multiple domains.

Job responsibilities

  • Monitor sales and performance in the B2B segment, track key metrics, identify anomalies and growth opportunities;
  • Conduct research based on business requests, support data-driven business and commercial decisions. Identify bottlenecks in business processes, propose and test hypotheses for improvement;
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for the business team;
  • Collaborate closely with other analytics teams (product, pricing, marketing) to ensure end-to-end analytics and joint project work;
  • Independently lead and develop analytical projects.

Examples of projects youโ€™ll work on:

  • Booking and revenue analysis: spotting trends and anomalies across partner segments, sales channels, and brands;
  • Investigating drops in key metrics: analyzing deviations from forecasts/plans, formulating insights and hypotheses for further testing;
  • Cohort analysis of partners: building cohorts based on various event dates, analyzing retention and cohort changes (e.g., how long and consistently partners use the service, what behavioral patterns new partners show), identifying drivers of churn and growth;
  • Supporting the business team with hypothesis building and presentations: helping the business and commercial teams formulate and validate hypotheses, and preparing data for stakeholders.

Key qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics;
  • Strong command of SQL: writing complex queries, working with nested subqueries, window functions, and CTEs;
  • Experience with BI tools (we use Tableau): ability to create and maintain dashboards and visualize data clearly;
  • Basic Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn) for data processing and visualization;
  • Solid understanding of statistics and experience with hypothesis testing: from experiment design to results interpretation;
  • English at B2 level or higher (confident spoken English for communication with colleagues and partners).

We offer you

  • We offer a fully flexible work schedule โ€” thereโ€™s no pressure to start work at exactly 9:00 AM; what matters is achieving results and moving forward;
  • Each person in our team is encouraged to choose their preferred work format. You can work fully remotely, come to the office, or choose a hybrid work model;
  • We are an ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together;
  • The growth and development of each employee is our priority, so we have internal programs available for adaptation and training, development of soft skills and leadership abilities that are tailored individually to each employee;
  • We also provide partial compensation for employees participating in external training and conferences;
  • In tourism, it's difficult to grow without an excellent knowledge of English, and we support our employees' language learning goals โ€” we organize group and individual lessons, plus speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world;
  • And, of course, to encourage you to travel more, we offer corporate prices on hotels and other travel services;
  • We prioritize well-being and are committed to supporting the overall health and work-life balance at ETG. As part of this commitment, we provide MyTime Day Off โ€” an extra day off that is designed to give our employees the flexibility to focus on important matters, whether itโ€™s taking care of their health, mental recharge, addressing personal issues, or any other important activities.

Weโ€™re Tribute โ€” the leading monetization platform on Telegram. Our users earn through donations from their followers, subscriptions to private channels, paid digital content and physical products. 60k+ creators are already actively using Tribute, incl. many well-known names and bloggers with large audiences. And that number keeps growing every day!

Now weโ€™re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to help us scale this impact by improving how creators discover, understand, and adopt the product โ€” especially across critical flows like onboarding, activation, and feature adoption.

As Product Marketing Manager, your mission is to bridge product and growth, and turn features into adoption, activation into revenue.

Youโ€™ll focus especially on:

  • Removing friction in early user flows (registration, KYC, first subscription).
  • Communicating product value clearly and consistently.
  • Driving adoption across key monetization features.

This is a high-impact role. Youโ€™ll work closely with product, customer success, and growth to turn usage into revenue and features into outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Own Activation & First Value:

  • Map the entire onboarding funnel from registration to first $1 earned.
  • Identify and remove friction in the KYC and first-subscription setup flows.
  • Work with Product & Growth to test messaging, UX, incentives, and content that improve conversion.

Define Product Positioning & Messaging:

  • Craft segment-specific positioning for subscriptions, donations, gated content, and product sales.
  • Build messaging frameworks that connect features to creator outcomes.
  • Ensure clarity and consistency across the bot, onboarding flows, website, emails, and help center.

Lead Go-to-Market for New Features:

  • Own go-to-market plans for launches: from internal alignment to external activation.
  • Produce GTM assets: landing pages, Telegram announcements, onboarding sequences, tutorials.
  • Collaborate across teams to drive awareness, adoption, and feedback loops.

Market Intelligence & Creator Research

  • Conduct user research and interviews to uncover pain points, language, and objections.
  • Analyze competitors (Boosty, Patreon, Web3 tools, payment systems) and sharpen Tributeโ€™s positioning.
  • Continuously feed insights into product roadmap, pricing, and GTM priorities.

Requirements:

  • 3โ€“5 years in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or activation/growth roles in SaaS or platforms.
  • Experience owning go-to-market plans and onboarding flows.
  • A strong eye for productโ€“market fit and user experience.
  • Data fluency โ€” comfortable with funnels, drop-off points, and usage analytics. Bonus: background in monetization, payments, creator tools, or Telegram ecosystem.
  • Result-driven, analytical, able to move fast in a startup environment with a strong focus on speed of learning and iteration.

Why it is a fantastic opportunity:

  • Our business is growing at an exponential scale.
  • Non-bureaucratic management that focuses on results.
  • Regular performance reviews to assess your progress.
  • Remote setup with access to our hubs in Dubai, Yerevan, London and Belgrade.
  • Compensation for medical expenses.
  • Provision of necessary equipment.
  • 20 working days of paid vacation annually.
  • 11 days off per year.
  • 14 days of paid sick leave to support your health and recovery when needed.

This is a technical management role to lead a team that develops Python and Golang micro-services that power our global software distribution engine. The world sees it as the Snap Store and Charmhub.io marketplaces, behind the scenes it is a unified system that understands key concepts in software distribution - architectures, releases, betas, release candidates, stable releases, branches and more. We are on a journey to transform the experience that people all over the world have with their open source software by significantly expanding the range of software we can deliver through this system. If you have a passion for clean APIs, believe that great engineers ship software calmly and regularly against an agile plan, and know that tests are the key to higher velocity and reliability, you'll fit right in.

This is a great opportunity to take part in engineering a highly scalable SaaS product (think about the load on our systems when one of our largest Ubuntu Desktop snaps is updated by the publisher, for instance). In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn from Canonical's world-class security team as we work collectively to deliver this capability, safely, to our customers around the world.

As an Engineering Manager at Canonical, you must be technically strong, but your main responsibility is to run an effective team and develop the colleagues you manage. You will develop and review code as a leader, but know that the best way to improve the product is to ensure that the whole team is focused, productive and unblocked. You are expected to help them grow as engineers, do meaningful work, do it outstandingly well, find professional and personal satisfaction, and work well with colleagues and the community. You will also be expected to be a positive influence on culture, facilitate technical delivery, and regularly reflect with your team on strategy and execution. You will collaborate closely with other Engineering Managers, product managers, and architects, producing an engineering roadmap with ambitious and achievable goals.

We expect Engineering Managers to be fluent in the programming language, architecture, and components that their team uses. Code reviews and architectural leadership are part of the job. The commitment to healthy engineering practices, documentation, quality and performance optimisation is as important, as is the requirement for fair and clear management, and the obligation to ensure a high-performing team.

This is a great opportunity to really learn how to do engineering of a highly-scalable SaaS product (think about the load on our systems when one of our largest Ubuntu Desktop snaps is updated by the publisher, for instance). ย In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn from Canonical's world-class security team as we work collectively to deliver this capability, safely, to our customers around the world.
