What you'll do with us:

As the TTS/STT Lead, you will be the driving force behind our voice AI systems. Youโ€™ll work closely with product and educational teams to deeply understand user needs and pain points, then take full ownership of crafting robust solutions end-to-end.

  • Designing and optimising TTS pipelines for emotional expression, low latency, and code-switching.
  • Tailoring STT systems for educational scenarios (e.g., preserving learner errors).
  • Leading the full ML lifecycle: requirements, dataset curation (outsourcing labeling as needed), model training and fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Benchmarking third-party TTS/STT solutions and integrating the best options into our infrastructure.
  • Running A/B tests and real-world evaluations in our production testing framework.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable voice experiences.
  • Performing inference optimization and load testing in our current ML deployment stack.
  • Diving deep into ML architectures to continuously push model quality and performance.

What weโ€™re Looking For from you:

  • Strong background in machine learning, NLP, speech/audio processing, and transformer architectures.

  • Own the backend development of key features: accounting reports, workflow automation, and data processing;
