  • Define product strategy and roadmap to deliver scalable, enterprise-ready capabilities with strong usability.

Who you are

  • Senior Product Manager with experience in builder experiences, modeling/configuration systems, or no-code platforms.

Founding Product Marketing Manager

About Collectly

Collectly is a fast-growing healthcare technology company transforming revenue cycle management (RCM) through AI-driven automation. Millions of patients navigate inefficient billing systems every day, while providers face delayed payments, rising administrative burden, and operational complexity. Collectly applies artificial intelligence to automate workflows, accelerate cash flow, and modernize the patient financial experience; enabling healthcare organizations to operate more efficiently and focus on delivering care. There could not be a hotter space to play in. Healthcare is a $4.9T industry and is adopting AI technology at 2.2x the rate of the rest of the economy. RCM is at the heart of this transformation as it has a clear and demonstrable ROI to our customers.

The Opportunity

Senior Product Manager: Demo Experience (Remote)

The Prospect UI Solutions team is Constructor's sales-enablement engine. We build the demos, sandboxes, and live experiences that let AEs and SEs bring Constructor's capabilities to life in front of prospects โ€” and we act as the release-readiness hub that ensures every major product launch is demo-able from day one.

As the Senior / Staff PM for PUIS, you will own the product strategy and execution for the entire prospect-facing demo and sandbox platform. You will operate with both a sales mindset and a product mindset โ€” building repeatable, high-trust demo flows while making principled trade-offs that keep the platform scalable and reliable.

What youโ€™ll do

  • Build and evolve demo flows and sandbox experiences that make Constructor's AI and personalization capabilities viscerally compelling for prospects โ€” with a focus on AI-forward storytelling, explainability, and conversion-relevant differentiation.
  • Drive a demo reliability programme: instrumentation, regression coverage, stubbing strategy, and measurable AE trust signals โ€” so sales reps can demo with confidence.
  • Own the release-readiness process: create a lightweight "demo-readiness" bar and cross-team process so new product capabilities are available and trusted in demos immediately after release.
  • Establish a clear intake + prioritization system for demo requests, turning reactive asks from Sales into a structured, evidence-backed roadmap.
  • Enable self-serve sandbox workflows that reduce PUIS engineering involvement for repeatable AE tasks.
  • Drive the Disruptive Demo as an "inspire-the-future" asset โ€” coherent, shippable, and reusable as a storytelling tool across the org.
  • Set the foundation for Product-Led Growth: identify PLG wedges, define hypotheses and metrics, and (if warranted) incubate a growth squad.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning complex, cross-functional surfaces in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated sales or GTM product thinking โ€” experience building products for sales teams (AEs, SEs, or similar), including repeatable flows, talk tracks, and pre-sales tooling.
  • Strong platform and reliability mindset โ€” can reason about system-level risks (stubs, regression coverage, rollout safety) and drive engineering trade-offs without doing the engineering.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering stakeholders โ€” especially in high-noise, high-urgency environments.
  • Comfort using data to make prioritization decisions: adoption signals, failure rates, leading indicators of AE trust.
  • Experience owning a roadmap that spans both near-term execution (reactive fixes, urgent requests) and longer-term strategic bets (platform investment, growth experimentation).

Benefits

  • Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees take at least 3 weeks per year
  • A competitive compensation package including stock options
  • Fully remote team - choose where you live
  • Work from home stipend! We want you to have the resources you need to set up your home office
  • Apple laptops provided for new employees
  • Training and development budget for every employee, refreshed each year
  • Maternity & Paternity leave for qualified employees
  • Work with smart people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact
  • Company sponsored US health coverage (100% paid for employee)
  • This position is fully remote - Constructor.io is a remote-first company.

  • Flexible fractional structure with meaningful ownership and visibility.
  • Compensation: $300-350/hour | 20-30 hours/week; potential to grow into broader role.

Job description

As an Engineering Manager for Composition Analysis, you'll lead a team building the software composition analysis capabilities that help GitLab customers find and fix vulnerabilities in their application dependencies and software supply chain. You'll guide engineers working on software composition analysis and container scanning, and you'll be responsible for setting priorities, shaping product architecture, and running agile processes so that our security offerings stay effective, reliable, and easy to use in real DevSecOps environments. In your first year, you'll drive key initiatives like auto-remediation of vulnerable packages and auto-fix breaking changes with AI, scanning unmanaged C/C++ dependencies, static reachability analysis, malicious package detection, and snippet detection for open source dependencies.

Some examples of our projects:

  • Designing auto-remediation workflows for vulnerable open source and third-party dependencies
  • Auto AI fixes for breaking changes that happen following dependency bumps

Technical AI Product Manager

About the role CoinMarketCap is building AI products to help users discover, understand, and act on crypto information more effectively. Weโ€™re hiring a Technical AI Product Manager to join our AI team. This is an individual contributor role in the Product org. Youโ€™ll spend most of your time building and iterating: identifying user pain points, prototyping in Python, prompt engineering, context engineering, and improving AI features weโ€™ve already shipped based on real usage and feedback.Once an MVP is validated, youโ€™ll partner with Engineering to productionize and scale it. You are not responsible for long-term platform scalability or owning the full engineering surface area. You are responsible for producing strong prototypes and handing Engineering a clear, validated direction.

What youโ€™ll do

  1. Identify the biggest user pain points where a crypto AI can materially improve outcomes.
  2. Turn ambiguous ideas into a clear MVP, with crisp scope, constraints, and success metrics.
  3. Prototype full AI experiences in Python to validate value and quality before we ship to production.
  4. Own prompts and context engineering: instruction design, context shaping, guardrails, tool/function calling patterns, and output formatting.
  5. Build practical evaluation loops: golden sets, scenario coverage, qualitative rubrics, regressions, and acceptance criteria.
  6. Design the AI user experience: make it clear, trustworthy, and resilient if things go wrong.
  7. Run fast experiments, learn from real outputs and usage data, and iterate quickly.
  8. Partner with Engineering to ship: provide handoff specs, edge cases, evaluation results, and support debugging and iteration post-launch.
  9. Work on whatever surface is the highest leverage.

What weโ€™re looking for

  1. Strong product judgment and the ability to make good calls under ambiguity.
  2. Hands-on Python prototyping ability: you move fast, write clean code, and can translate ideas into working prototypes.
  3. Practical LLM experience + intuition: you understand prompt iteration, context design, and have a strong intuition for how to build useful products on top of LLMs. A strong evaluation mindset: you can define quality, test for failure modes, and prevent regressions without heavy process.
  4. High-agency execution: you can go from โ€œvague problemโ€ โ†’ โ€œshipped learningโ€ with minimal supervision.
  5. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written): convey complex messages clearly and simply, and driving conviction across stakeholders.

Nice to have

  1. Shipped user-facing AI features (chat, agents, copilots, summarization, search/Q&A, personalization).
  2. 0 to 1 experience in fast-moving environments and owning ambiguous problems end-to-end.
  3. Experience building tool-using and agent-like workflows.
  4. Experience and interest in cryptocurrency.

We have a strong preference for candidates who can point to things theyโ€™ve built (prototypes, side projects, or shipped features) and explain how they navigated ambiguity to reach a useful outcome. To stand out, include examples of these in your application.

Senior MS SQL Engineer

Level: Senior

Vacancy: 1

Location: Remote (Global)

Reports to: Head of Engineering

Type: Full-time

What You'll Own

  • Attribution engine evolution โ€” lead the technical side of rebuilding the attribution algorithm and related logic while keeping client-facing flexibility (schema, batch logic, performance, safe rollout).
  • SQL Server as a product โ€” own T-SQL, schema, and indexing for analytical and transactional workloads; read query plans, find regressions, and tune with measurable before/after.
  • Performance and safe change โ€” lead performance tuning (indexes, statistics, partitioning where it fits), capacity thinking, and careful rollout of DB changes in live systems using SQL Profiler, actual execution plans (including dynamic SQL), and columnstore where applicable.
  • ETL and data paths โ€” improve ETL and data pipelines feeding downstream analytics (including data consumed by AI-driven reporting and agent workflows) without turning into an โ€œAI product engineerโ€ job title.
  • Collaboration with engineering โ€” partner on data model and service boundaries: migrations, backward compatibility, clear contracts between app and database.
  • C# at mid level โ€” ship and review C# in ASP.NET Core (or similar) with async paths, data access through ORM, tests; role sits between API and database. Deep staff-level C# architecture not primary expectation.
  • Quality and operations โ€” participate in code reviews, incident analysis, and technical discussions; use Git and CI/CD; AI-assisted coding is part of the workflow with premium services, used to improve quality and speed where appropriate.

You're the Right Person If

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in MS SQL.
  • Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in C# development.
  • Solid knowledge and application of SQL Profiler, reading dynamic query plans, and columnstore.
  • Experience and interest in AI-assisted coding (we actively use AI tools and premium services).
  • Experience working with any ORM in C#.
  • Proficiency in using version control systems, particularly Git.

It'd Be a Plus If

  • Advanced experience with MS SQL performance tuning, NoSQL databases, or building dbt pipelines.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution concepts โ€” helpful context; algorithm and SQL skills come first.
  • Experience with distributed / clustered SQL Server, Always On, HA patterns, or scale-out / operations beyond a single instance.
  • Extended Events, RabbitMQ, Docker, observability (Grafana, Prometheus), or Azure DevOps in production.
  • Public SQL or C# samples on GitHub/GitLab.

What You Can Expect

  • High pace, real systems with production paths that matter to clients; ownership and clear technical standards.
  • Direct collaboration with engineering and analytics-adjacent roles; visible impact on data quality, cost, and attribution correctness.
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior data/SQL experience.
  • Remote-first culture; global hiring with timezone overlap required and agreed per hire.
  • AI-first engineering culture with premium AI tooling and strong SQL/attribution craft.

Hiring Process

  1. Application โ€” CV + short answers.
  2. Intro call โ€” company overview and background (30 minutes).
  3. Technical interview โ€” SQL Server design, tuning, real scenarios, dynamic query plans; C# / ORM / data access.
  4. Paid trial period โ€” 2โ€“4 weeks paid collaboration to work on real problems and assess fit.
  5. Final conversation โ€” discuss trial outcomes and team fit.
  6. Offer โ€” terms and start date if a fit.

How to Apply

Fill out the application form โ€” no cover letter, no formalities.
