Playrix is one of the most successful mobile game development companies
in the world. In terms of mobile application revenue, we rank first in Europe
and are in the top 3 worldwide. Our games have been installed 2.3 billion times (that's a third of the world's population!) and more than 30 million people around the world play them every day.

Team, about the role

We would be delighted to meet talented analysts who may have recently started their careers but have already achieved initial successes. Most importantly, they have realized that product research and contributing to its development is truly what they enjoy doing :)

Tasks

Behind every product stands a strong analytics team, but interaction won't be limited to within it. Certainly, typical tasks for any game product analyst include analyzing game economy, balance, player behavior, and much more. However, the primary and most important task for a Data Analyst in our team is to facilitate decision-making processes that lead to sustainable long-term product development. Additional tasks include:

  • conducting A/B tests and offline testing of new algorithms;
  • interpreting results, formulating conclusions, and new hypotheses;
  • the bonus task: predicting how changes in one or more factors will impact player retention, churn, and resource balance across different player segments.

Our stack

  • Excellent technical stack (JupyterHub or Databricks + PySpark): modern and reusable in other companies. Everything employees learn at Playrix remains relevant and easily monetizable.
  • No tool restrictions, resources are allocated swiftly, and we have full access to AWS.
  • We gather data through Appsflyer (marketing) and Amplitude (product).
  • Raw data is stored in S3, ETL is handled by Airflow, prepared tables and views are in Redshift. Data quality, lineage, catalog – Monte Carlo.
  • Analysts work with data using SQL and Python in Jupyter/Databricks notebooks, and prototype dashboards using Tableau.
  • We're developing self-service and analytical products for data consumers, relieving analysts from routine tasks.

Requirements

  • a degree from a technical university, coupled with strong mathematical skills — knowledge of probability theory and applied statistics;
  • experience in a large technical or retail company with visible professional growth results;
  • experience in A/B testing, data analysis, product/marketing analytics;
  • strong knowledge and experience with SQL and Python;
  • business orientation, ability to find practical solutions within time constraints, and avoid unnecessary complexity;
  • a proactive stance, ability to take responsibility for outcomes, and act in uncertain situations.

Our advantages

  • truly large-scale operations: hundreds of millions of players, petabytes of data (we store everything from the past 7 years), and marketing limited only by effectiveness, not budget.
  • a data-driven approach — we measure everything, conduct experiments, and make decisions based on data wherever possible.
  • all conclusions are statistically supported; analysts set decision-making standards. Even for non-analytical staff, confidence intervals are not just empty words.
  • the ability to change processes and approaches to more effective ones without lengthy approvals and bureaucracy.

Our Perks

Flexibility at work
  • For most positions we offer a flexible schedule, and employees can work from anywhere in the world. You can do your work however and wherever you like — we only evaluate your results.
Caring for health and well-being
  • We provide voluntary health insurance for employees and their children, and reimburse online sessions with a psychologist.
  • We offer fully paid vacation days and sick leave. In certain circumstances, you can request additional days off.
  • We support leading a healthy lifestyle and reimburse the cost of gym memberships and fitness app subscriptions.
Professional development and education
  • We pay for participation in specialized conferences and courses and hold our own internal conferences.
  • We cover foreign language courses.
Events and merch
  • We regularly hold offline events like team meetings, big corporate parties, and informal office parties.
  • We also regularly organize fun competitions, quizzes, hackathons, and online fitness challenges.
  • We have a merch store with an internal currency you can use to buy unique gifts. We give out this currency as a gift for significant dates, and you can earn more by participating in events and company activities.

We’re looking for a UGC Creative Producer to run our short-form creator engine end-to-end. TikTok is the core channel, with systematic repurposing and distribution to Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. You’ll manage our creator network, own the creative testing pipeline, and keep production, publishing, and payments organized.

What you’ll do

  • Manage a network of TikTok creators and accounts end-to-end (sourcing → onboarding → production → reporting).
  • Source, recruit, onboard, and brief creators; ensure consistent weekly output and quality.
  • Own the creative pipeline: generate hypotheses, define formats, build testing plans, and prioritize what to produce next.
  • Track performance (views, retention, engagement, CTR/CVR when available), analyze results, and iterate based on insights.
  • Coordinate cross-posting to Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts (repurpose edits, captions, metadata, scheduling).
  • Coordinate creator payments and settlements: rates, invoices, payout status, and related documentation.
  • Maintain operational hygiene: content calendar, asset library, naming conventions, approvals, deadlines.

Requirements (must-have)

  • Experience managing creators or content production workflows (UGC/TikTok experience is a strong plus): recruiting/sourcing, briefing, deadlines, and quality control.
  • Strong short-form creative intuition (hooks, storytelling, pacing, retention).
  • Comfortable running structured experiments: hypotheses → tests → conclusions → next iteration.
  • Strong operational skills: spreadsheets, trackers, clear communication, follow-ups.
  • Experience with cross-platform repurposing (TikTok → Reels → Shorts) and basic editing workflow (CapCut or similar).
  • Reliable in remote work: self-management, async communication, ownership.

Nice-to-have

  • Performance marketing mindset (creative → metrics; CPI/CPA/ROAS familiarity).
  • Experience managing 20+ creators or 30+ videos/day pipelines.
  • Experience with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Drive, Slack, CapCut.
  • English B2 or ability to work with international creators.

What success looks like

  • A stable creator pipeline delivering consistent volume of views and quality weekly.
  • Clear creative experimentation system with learnings documented and applied.
  • Efficient repurposing and distribution to Reels/Shorts with minimal delays.
  • Clean payment and documentation process with no bottlenecks.

What We Offer

  • Full-time, remote-first role with flexible working hours (async-friendly).
  • High ownership & autonomy: you’ll run the creator engine end-to-end and directly influence growth.
  • Fast iteration culture: quick testing cycles, clear priorities, no unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Creative freedom with structure: room to experiment + a clear pipeline, briefs, and decision-making framework.
  • Direct access to decision-makers and fast feedback (small team, short communication loops).
  • Performance-driven bonuses tied to clear KPIs (content volume/quality, winners, efficiency).
  • Tools covered: access to the tools you need (Notion/Google Workspace/CapCut, etc.).
  • Long-term collaboration: we’re building a real content machine, not a one-off campaign.

Games Inc. is scaling fast. We’re moving from a small number of bespoke relationships into global distribution, higher game output, and meaningful revenue growth across worldwide markets.

We’re looking for a hands-on Commercial Manager, someone who: loves being in the details, enjoys owning partner relationships, can run day-to-day commercial execution, can build processes that scale.

This is a doer-leader role for someone who wants to build the function properly, prove the model, and grow the department as the business scales.

All you need is:

  • 5 years in iGaming / online casino commercial roles;
  • Strong experience working with aggregators and operators worldwide;
  • Have worked in a scaling business, not just a giant with endless resources;
  • Naturally, hands-on, you don’t hide behind decks or titles;
  • Commercially sharp and numbers-driven;
  • Organised, structured, and brilliant at follow-through;
  • Confident chasing partners, pushing for placements, and asking for more;
  • Can balance relationships with results;
  • Ambitious, but patient enough to build things properly;
  • Wants ownership, accountability, and impact;
  • Excited by growth, change, and building something meaningful;
  • Comfortable working directly with an MD who is heavily involved.

Your daily adventures will look like:

Partner Management & Growth:

  • Existing operator and aggregator relationships;
  • Grow wallet share, visibility, and performance with live partners;
  • Be relentless about follow-ups, placements, rotations, and results;
  • Act as the commercial point of truth internally and externally.

Distribution:

  • Onboard new partners efficiently and cleanly;
  • Manage launch pipelines, timelines, and dependencies;
  • Ensure games don’t just “go live” they perform;
  • Build repeatable onboarding workflows with Platform, Ops, and Compliance;
  • Own commercial discussions, onboarding plans, launch strategies, and go-live execution;
  • Own post-launch partner performance and commercial optimisation.

Promotions, Visibility & Performance:

  • Plan and execute promotional activity (FS campaigns, featured slots, homepage placements, tournaments where relevant);
  • Coordinate with partners to maximise:
  • Game positioning;
  • Launch impact;
  • Ongoing visibility;
  • Track what works — and double down on results, not noise.

Commercial Processes & Reporting:

  • Build smart, lightweight commercial processes;
  • Create clear workflows for:
  • Partner onboarding;
  • Launch planning;
  • Campaign execution;
  • Performance reviews.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Existing partners generate more revenue meaningfully;
  • Games launch on time, with strong visibility, not quietly buried;
  • Aggregator relationships feel tight, proactive, and commercial;
  • Promotions are planned, executed, measured, and improved;
  • Commercial workflows are clear, repeatable, and scalable.

Why you will love working here:

  • A remote-first culture built on trust, flexibility, and respect;
  • An ambitious, transparent leadership team that actually listens;
  • Plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to make a big, meaningful impact;
  • A product you can influence at the deepest level;
  • Competitive salary, holiday, and benefits (tailored depending on location).

And this is how the interview process goes:

  • A 30-minute interview with a Recruiter to get to know you and your experience;
  • A technical interview to assess your skills and abilities;
  • A final 1-hour interview with three team members to gauge your fit with company culture and working style.

Sounds interesting? Do not hesitate to apply or contact us if you have any questions!

Are you ready to take your reliability engineering skills to the next level — in the high-stakes world of iGaming?

We are expanding the engineering team responsible for ensuring the stability and predictable behaviour of our distributed services and platforms. The role involves working with production infrastructure, analysing system behaviour, and implementing practices that improve reliability across multiple platforms.

This position is intended for engineers who clearly understand the difference between SRE and DevOps practices, and for whom SLOs, error budgets, and availability targets such as 99.85–99.95% are practical tools rather than abstract concepts.

You will work as part of an SRE shift schedule covering late-evening and night hours (17:00–01:00 and 00:00–08:00 CET, in rotation) to ensure end-to-end ownership of incidents, from user impact to root cause and follow-up improvements.

All you need is:

Core skills:

  • Strong Linux skills in production environments (debugging, performance, system services);
  • Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, load balancing, TLS);
  • Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production (not just local clusters);
  • Experience with AWS cloud services (for example: EC2, ALB/NLB, RDS, S3, IAM, EKS or self-managed Kubernetes);
  • Confident use of Terraform and Ansible in real environments (multi-environment IaC, reusable modules/roles);
  • Experience with observability tools:
  1. metrics and alerting (Prometheus/Alertmanager or similar),
  2. dashboards (Grafana or similar),
  3. logging (ELK stack, Loki or comparable solutions).
  • Ability to troubleshoot across application, network, and infrastructure layers, using scripting and tools (Python/Go/Bash, curl, tcpdump, log analysis, etc.);
  • Experience with containers and image lifecycle (Docker or compatible runtimes).

Experience:

  • Participation in production incidents and technical post-incident reviews (not just on-call escalation);
  • 2–5 years of practical experience in SRE, infrastructure, platform or production-focused DevOps engineering;
  • Experience working within CI/CD pipelines (for example: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD or similar);
  • Exposure to environments with high availability requirements (e.g. low tolerance to downtime, strict SLAs/SLOs).
  • Availability to work between 5 PM and 8 AM CET, in one of the following shifts: 17:00–01:00 or 00:00–08:00.

Also, it will be great if you have:

  • Experience with high-load or real-time systems (payments, finance, gaming, streaming);
  • Experience with CDNs or real-time log aggregation/analytics;
  • Familiarity with databases and message systems (for example: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ);
  • Experience with involving external integrations and third-party APIs (payment providers, KYC, risk/anti-fraud, content providers);
  • Experience with service meshes, API gateways or ingress controllers (Istio, Linkerd, NGINX, Envoy, etc.).

Your daily adventures will look like:

  • Contributing to architectural changes affecting the reliability and scalability of services and platforms;
  • Operating and improving Kubernetes clusters (cluster model, networking, ingress, load balancing);
  • Working with AWS-based environments (networking, storage, compute, managed services);
  • Managing infrastructure using Terraform and configuration management with Ansible;
  • Developing and refining monitoring and observability across platforms (Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana, and log aggregation such as ELK / Loki);
  • Participating in incident handling: initial classification, technical investigation, coordination with product/engineering teams, and following-up improvements;
  • Reducing operational toil and building tools that support reliability and efficiency (internal utilities, automation, CI/CD improvements);
  • Collaborating with development teams to embed SRE practices into the lifecycle of services (SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, readiness for production).

Success Metrics:

  • Maintain and improve SLOs for key services in the 99.85–99.95% availability range, with clear SLIs and error budgets;
  • Keep unplanned downtime below 1% for critical user-facing functionality;
  • Ensure that the majority of infrastructure and platform configuration (target ≥ 90–95%) is managed as code (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes manifests/Helm charts);
  • Systematically reduce MTTR (Mean Time To Recovery) for incidents by improving detection, diagnostics and standard operating procedures;
  • Prevent repeated high-severity incidents by driving post-incident reviews and concrete follow-up actions (configuration changes, automation, runbooks, architectural adjustments);
  • Maintain up-to-date operational documentation and runbooks for core services, so that incidents can be handled consistently across the team.

So, why Gamingtec?

If you are a person with passion, ideas, and a thirst to advance your career, you will love our corporate culture. We are an international team that treats each other with respect and moves towards the same goals.   • Competitive salaries. We want only the top performers, so we offer the appropriate remuneration for their experience and knowledge;
  • Fully remote work. If you are in one of the areas where one of our offices is located, you will also have the option to go to the office;
  • Paid vacation and sick leave days. We believe that everyone should have a good work-life balance and no one should burn out;
  • Constant career development & learning opportunities!
  • Enjoy the corporate atmosphere with awesome parties and team-building events throughout the year;
  • Refer your friends and get rewarded with a bonus after they pass their probation period;
  • Find the right private medical insurance that works for you and receive compensation for it. Compensation (full/partial) depends on the cost;
  • Flexible Benefits plan. Decide which of your activities/expenses you want the company to compensate you for. For example: gym subscription, language courses, Netflix subscription, a spa day, etc;
  • Education foundation for learning something new. Be part of our biannual raffle that gives you the chance to learn something new, unrelated to your job.

And this is how our interview process goes:

  • A 30-minute interview with a member of our HR team to get to know you and your experience;
  • 1st stage of technical interview (1 h) with our DevOps team to assess your theoretical skills;
  • 2nd stage of technical interview (1 h) to assess your hard skills;
  • A final 1-hour interview to gauge your fit with our culture and working style.

Data Never Lies is a UK based team that believes in the power of facts over guesswork. For years, we’ve been helping businesses dig into the darkest corners of their data (and yes, data does have dark corners—usually where no one bothers to clean up) to turn insights into action.

Job Description

This is a remote position.

What you’ll do (long-term)

Roughly: 40% Recruiting & Community · 30% People Ops · 30% Culture & Environment

1. Recruiting & Candidate Community (≈40%)

  • Build and grow our candidate community from ~1,000 to 3,000 people during 2026
    • Core profiles: Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, BI Designers, Project Managers
    • Mostly middle / senior
    • ~80% focus on Kazakhstan
  • Set up and run the recruiting process (from job posting to offer)
  • Publish and promote our roles on job boards and paid placements
  • Keep our candidate database clean and alive:
    • Make sure at least 10% of the database is “engaged” – updated profile in the last 3 months, reacts to our messages, comes to events, etc.
    • Help candidates easily update their status visually (availability, rate, role, etc.)
  • Work with our tools:
    • Airtable as internal “OS”
    • Zoho Recruit as our ATS (we’re actively moving there)
  • Help us close roles faster and more from our own community, not just the outside market.

2. People Operations (≈30%)

  • Put order into documents, contracts and processes
    • Everyone has a clear contract, stored in the right place, with the right terms
    • Format now: fixed contract with hourly rate, contract with Solo as contractor
  • Support our onboarding:
    • Make joining Data Never Lies simple, warm and structured
    • From “offer accepted” to “I feel part of the team”
  • Help with payments to contractors and team members:
    • One of your key projects – research, choose and help implement a system like Deel (or similar) for payouts
  • Make sure people know:
    • How things work
    • Who to ask
    • Where to find answers and documents

3. Culture, Environment & Internal Events (≈30%)

  • Build a comfortable environment where people want to stay and grow
  • Regularly collect feedback:
    • What’s hard?
    • What’s annoying?
    • What’s missing?
    • And help turn feedback into real changes, not just surveys
  • Organize internal online events (we’re fully distributed):
    • Key team meetings, internal demos, light community-style sessions
    • Our goal: 90% of the team participates in key events
  • Keep an eye on eNPS and engagement:
    • We want a high eNPS and a team that honestly says: “Yes, I like working here”

What success looks like in 12–14 months

  • Candidate base grown from 1,000 → 3,000 people in 2026
    • With a clear focus on Kazakhstan (≈80%)
    • At least 10% of community members are “alive and engaged”
  • A working, transparent recruiting process in: TBD Zoho Recruit + Airtable
  • Payment system for contractors (e.g. Deel or similar) researched, chosen and implemented
  • Onboarding is documented, repeatable, and positively rated by new joiners
  • At least 90% of the team participates in key internal events
  • TBD: We see strong eNPS and a feeling that “things are much clearer and calmer now”

How we work

  • Part-time, with gradual ramp-up:
    • Month 1: 20–30 hours total, one focused area
    • Months 2–3: more tasks and higher intensity (still part-time)
    • Then ongoing monthly collaboration if we’re both happy
  • Remote-first, distributed team, HQ in London, UK
  • Main time zone: UK
    • Flexible schedule, but with two fixed syncs per week in UK time
  • Communication:
    • Slack for async
    • Zoom for calls
  • Infrastructure:
    • We are a Microsoft shop
    • You should be comfortable working via remote desktop when needed
  • You’ll report directly to the CEO

How we’ll start (collaboration plan)

We don’t want to dive into a heavy load from day one. Instead, we’ll start gradually:

  1. Month 1 — Trial, light load (20–30 hours in total)
    • We agree on one clear, focused area (for example: candidate database structure, payment system research, or onboarding flow).
    • You work mostly on this area, with a light load and close communication.
    • Goal: see how we work together, get a visible result, and adjust expectations.
  2. Months 2–3 — Extended trial, higher intensity
    • If both sides are happy, we add several parallel tasks across recruiting, people ops and/or culture.
    • Load increases (still part-time, but more active involvement).
    • Goal: test collaboration in a more realistic mode.
  3. After Month 3 — Ongoing collaboration
    • If everything works well, we continue on a monthly, part-time basis with a stable workload and longer-term goals.
    • The role can gradually grow into Head of People as the team scales.

Who you are

We’re looking for a person who is:

  • Sharp, witty and a bit ironic – you enjoy light humour and don’t take HR-speak too seriously
  • Energetic and proactive – you don’t just “support processes”, you suggest and drive improvements
  • Caring and people-focused – you truly worry about the team’s experience and environment
  • Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams
  • Has experience in People / HR / Talent in small or growing companies (preferably tech, product, or agencies)
  • Used to working with ATS / HR systems (Zoho Recruit and Airtable would be a plus, but not mandatory)

Language requirements (must-have):

  • Strong conversational English (you can comfortably speak, clarify, negotiate, and joke on calls)
  • Russian is a plus, but not mandatory — some of the team is Russian-speaking

Growth:

  • Ready to grow with us: this role can evolve into Head of People in 2–3 years as the team scales
    • We expect ~14–18 people by the end of 2026,
    • and 30–40 people by the end of 2027

  • Accuracy over speed
  • Ability to work carefully with documents and data for long periods

This is a focus role, not a multitasking one.

Requirements

  • Not afraid of “boring” work — you make it clean and correct

  • Experience working with CRM / ERP systems
  • Experience in service or agency environments
  • Familiarity with invoicing and accounting processes

How We Will Measure Success

  • Zero missing or outdated documents
  • Clean and reliable CRM / ERP data
  • No invoice or document-related surprises
  • Founder and team don’t worry about admin details anymore
