
Responsibilities
- Ensure ongoing compliance of the company's EU operations with MiCA, AML/CFT, Travel Rule and applicable financial regulations.
- Participate in preparation, maintenance and updates of documentation for CASP authorisation / MiCA licensing.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, AML, regulatory compliance or financial crime.
- Experience in crypto, fintech, payments, e-money, brokerage, trading or banking.
- Practical understanding of MiCA requirements for CASPs.

Senior Product Manager, Chess AI
What you'll do
- Shape the AI/ML roadmap and vision. In close partnership with leadership, shape both the near-term roadmap and the long-term vision for AI/ML at Chess.com, helping our users learn the game, improve faster, and deepen their relationship with chess. Expand the role of AI in products like Game Review, Play Coach, and FairPlay, and lead new bets like human-like bots, personalized coaching, and ideas no one has surfaced yet.
- Bring ideas and sharpen them with the team. Come with your own point of view on what's worth building and why. You don't wait to be told. Engage seriously with feedback from leadership and peers: internalize it, push back where you disagree, and use it to make the work better. The vision is built together; you're a strong, informed voice in it.
- Operate in public. As a globally remote company spanning many time zones, async slack communication is how decisions get made. Preferred Skills
- 7+ years in product management, 4+ shipping consumer AI/ML. You've shipped consumer-facing products powered by both LLMs and quantitative ML models.
- Excellent product taste, especially in the chess context. You know what feels good and what doesn't. You know what users with different levels of chess experience need to hear from a Coach and you can articulate why a response that lands for a 1200 will fall flat for a 400.
- Technically fluent. You collaborate deeply with engineers, understand systems, and aren't afraid to read or produce AI-assisted code. You're comfortable in model evals, can reason about what a metric is telling you, and connect engineering discussions back to the product and ultimately the user.
- AI-native. You already use AI daily to prototype, explore ideas, and accelerate execution. You build working prototypes as the basis for discussion.

4DGS is a new content format where a video can be rendered from any point in space inside it. This is not our first startup: we are building Gracia with an experienced team of ex-Prisma AI people โ 150M App Store downloads, #1 AI avatars in 2022 โ and ex-netmonet people โ exit in 2021, with a valuation of several billion rubles. We are building this company for ourselves: designing it to become a real, full-scale business for real users, not just something to be sold to Big Tech.
How does it work?
- A scene is captured simultaneously from multiple angles using regular cameras.
- The synchronized camera videos are converted by our technology and pipeline into a photorealistic, dynamic 3D scene.
- This scene is then rendered in real time on a device, allowing the user to watch the video from any point in space at any moment in time โ in other words, to walk inside the video, with the image recalculated instantly and without latency. Passthrough / mixed reality mode also allows the user to blend volumetric video with their own environment, effectively bringing a real captured scene into their own space.
This is not 3D animation or an avatar โ it is real footage, a new type of content and user experience. Over the past three years, the technology has already proven that it will fundamentally change not only what VR/AR content looks like, but also how virtual production for films works, as well as how immersive replays will be produced for sports broadcasting.

PYTHON DEVELOPER - Job Description
We are building a complex, high-load system based on a microservice architecture, where every component plays a critical role. This is not a legacy support project โ it's about continuous development of new modules and optimization of existing ones.
Our teams are small and focused โ typically 4โ6 engineers. Each team has its own area of responsibility and a unique set of challenges.
Tech stack
- Python 3.11, 5+ years of professional experience
- asyncio (Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming)
- Microservice architecture (REST API, GraphQL, RPC)
- Algorithms and data structures
- SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI principles
- Designing internal libraries / SDKs / shared components
- Web-servers: FastAPI, Sanic
- Pydantic (preferably v2)

Responsibilities
- Youโll be involved in system architecture design, technology selection, and solving non-trivial engineering challenges.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver features and improvements for high-load microservice-based systems.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- 3โ5 years of experience as a designer or creative, with a portfolio showcasing strong conceptual and visual design work.

We are seeking an experienced Golang Software Engineer for our Mobile team to be part of the development of end-to-end fraud detection solutions. This role combines backend software development with data analysis related to our mobile sdk. You will design and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems, ensuring smooth integration with other components. You'll take ownership of features from concept to final deployment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and robust solutions. A key aspect of this role involves analyzing large datasets of traffic to uncover patterns and detect fraudulent activity. You will leverage engineering techniques to process and manage large traffic datasets efficiently, find new ways to detect fraud, and implement them in backend code.
Types of Projects and Impact:
- Collaborate with the Mobile Product team to improve fraud detection signals, including Android emulator detection, Frida detection, Mobile VPN detection, and more.
- Conduct deep dives into problematic features, researching and analyzing their behavior to understand root causes and identify potential solutions.
- Develop hypotheses, run experiments, analyze results, and translate findings into actionable engineering improvements.
- Build and enhance backend systems for real-time data processing.
- Foster a data-driven culture by sharing engineering best practices and collaborating on cross-functional projects.
- This role includes participation in a shared on-call rotation.
Required Skills:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in backend development
- Strong experience in GoLang.
- Strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems.
- Experience working with real-time data processing and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with databases like DynamoDB, Redis, or Elasticsearch.
- Proficiency with general software engineering tools: Git, IDEs, shell scripting, CI/CD.

Compensation Range For US-based employees, the cash compensation range for this role is $133,000 โ $153,000.

- Expert Content Creation: Write, localise, and finalise high-quality, clear, and consistent content for complex projects, operating as a subject matter expert with no day-to-day guidance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a project owner to coordinate and lead cross-team initiatives involving SEO, Digital Marketing, Design, and Development teams.
- Strategic Influence & Planning: Influence decisions within and beyond your own work area by contributing significantly to the overarching Content Plan, Activity Calendar, and Lead Magnet Plan.
