At Corsearch, we are dedicated to creating a world where consumers can trust the choices they make.
As a global leader in Trademark and Brand Protection, we partner with businesses to safeguard their most valuable assets in an increasingly complex digital environment.
Our comprehensive solutions, powered by AI-driven data and deep analytics, enable brands to establish, monitor, and protect their presence against infringement and counterfeiting.
The Role
We are seeking a Software Engineer with a strong background in infrastructure and a passion for building robust backend systems. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and evolving our core infrastructure, which is responsible for handling massive, high-load web scraping operations and integrating complex scraping systems.
Scale of Data & Ingestion: Because our platform simultaneously powers operations for thousands of large-scale B2B enterprise clients, our infrastructure processes, transforms, and stores millions of data points and permanent web posts every single day. - GPU Migration & Optimization: Cooperate on transitioning machine learning models (such as logo detection) from expensive CPU setups to cost-effective GPU deployments using Kubernetes. Validate GPU outputs rigorously against CPU baselines to ensure scaling efficiency.
- System Decommissioning: Help identify, deprecate, and decommission legacy, inefficient scraping infrastructure to continually reduce operational overhead and streamline our high-load data pipelines.
Essential
- Golang or C/C++ Proficiency: Strong, practical experience writing backend services in either Go or C/C++ is a strict requirement for this role. If your primary expertise is in C++, you must be fully willing and motivated to learn, adapt, and develop primarily in Go moving forward.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Proven experience deploying, scaling, and managing heavy workloads using Kubernetes.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Solid foundational experience working within AWS (Amazon Web Services) environments where our operations live.
Corsearch is an equal opportunity and inclusive employer and does not tolerate discrimination of any kind. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued, respected, and supported. We welcome applications from all individuals regardless of race, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Together, we are working proactively to build a workplace where everyone can belong and be at their best selves. Together, we make an Impact.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Go-based backend services, including APIs and internal processing components
- Build and extend APIs supporting scientific and computational workflows
- Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot services in Kubernetes (EKS) environments
- Implement and maintain observability systems (logging, monitoring, alerting) to ensure system reliability and performance
- Define key system metrics, build dashboards, and set up proactive alerting mechanisms
- Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth integration with cloud-native systems
- Participate in system design discussions with a focus on scalability, reliability, performance, and observability

- Strong Linux fundamentals and ability to troubleshoot system-level issues
- Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows
- Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills across application and infrastructure layers
- Working hours must overlap with US Pacific Time (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM PST)
We offer
- Competitive compensation
- Remote work
- Flexible working hours
- A team with excellent tech expertise

We're building AI agents for performance marketing.
Plurio, the AI agent for media buying teams running $300K–$15M/month on Google, Meta, and TikTok. It connects to your internal backend data and your ad accounts, automates analysis and optimization, saves 50% of time, and boosts ROAS by 10–30%. Watch a five-minute demo.
Our agents already run $500M+/year in ad spend (see this inside a $20M+/year UA team). Since our public release in March, our customer base has grown 4× in 10–12 weeks.
Our goal – and the mission we'd build together – is the autonomous user acquisition factory that runs 10× better than anything that came before, growing budgets under management to $30B/year.
The role
You'll lead the team and the agent and will be responsible for growing client metrics. You drive that through two parts:
- The agent itself
You improve and train the agent. You shape the methodology behind it – how it reads data, how it analyzes signals, how it automates decisions and actions, how it weighs the parameters. You build your media buying logic into the agent's workflows and rules.
You stay at the forefront, collecting best practices and building them into the agent's automation and analysis. They come from your own experience, from what works across our client portfolio, and from what you find in the market. You adapt them for the agent and for clients across verticals.
You improve the agent cycle by cycle – with the product team and the AI marketing engineers.
- The client portfolio
Each client runs Meta with Plurio in one of two ways:
The client's team runs the agent. You onboard them. You improve and control the workflows, rules, and processes inside the agent so they grow client metrics. You communicate directly with their Heads of User Acquisition, CMOs, and performance marketing leads – training them, walking through cases, finding new jobs for the agent.
We run the client's Meta Ads end-to-end. The client hands us the channel. You, the agent, and the AI marketing engineers become their Meta team. You decide the logic and mechanics, with the agent as your execution layer.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for our partner – a Head of Performance Marketing with experience running Meta at scale, ready to encode that work into the agent.
Must-have
- Managed $1M+/month in Meta ad spend. You drove strategy, structure, testing approaches, automation, and team hiring – both hands-on and through your team. You understand how Meta works from the inside: signals, auctions, account structure, optimization logic.
- Managed a buying team of 3-4 people minimum – media buyers, analysts, creative producers. You walked through the logic and mechanics with your team and defended decisions at the CMO level.
- Worked with the automation layer. You've built it in-house or integrated external services. You understand what's underneath: CPA thresholds, scale-or-kill rules, decision logic.
- Fluent across consumer funnels – mobile, web, web-to-app, app-to-app. You know how conversion windows, attribution delays, and revenue tracking differ across these setups.
- Creative factory for Meta – analysis, testing mechanics, and generation. You've built or co-built this layer.
- Strong English. Confident speaking and writing with English-speaking clients.
What you'll get
- You join a team that runs on agents. Every function – engineering, sales, ops, customer projects – works through them in a shared workspace (see how we work as an AI-native team). We walk you through how to use and build them day-to-day, and how to put your expertise inside. Then you carry that shift to your clients.
- Direct work with founders and leadership team. Kirill Kasimskiy and Seva Ustinov: built and scaled a performance marketing agency to 100+ people, then a full-funnel marketing analytics platform, then rebuilt their own team around AI agents.
- Your methodology shapes the segment. What you encode into the agent – that's how Plurio's clients run Meta. Over time, that's how the segment thinks about Meta under AI.
- Compensation: up to $15K/month – base plus performance bonus.

Trading Operations Specialist
We are looking for a Trading Operations Specialist to support our algorithmic trading activities. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that trading runs smoothly, reliably, and safely, through careful execution of operational checks, real-time monitoring, and timely escalation. This is a hands-on role, not a management track — ideal for someone detail-oriented, disciplined, and motivated to work in a regulated algo-trading environment
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Capacity planning
- Execute pre- and post-session checks to confirm system readiness and close out procedures
- Monitor intrasession invariants (positions, connectivity, latency, market data consistency, error rates) and promptly escalate deviations
- Follow escalation procedures to involve the right people at the right time when anomalies arise
- Contribute to continuous improvement of anomaly detection quality, incident reaction times, and communication efficiency
- Keep accurate operational records and logs for auditability and learning
- Work in a shift-based schedule covering European trading hours, ensuring reliable market coverage
What We Look For In You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3 years in trading operations, trade support, or market surveillance (experience in algo/electronic trading is a plus, but not required)
- Solid understanding of how financial markets and trading systems operate
- High attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable following structured procedures while also spotting where they can be improved
- Clear communicator in English, able to escalate effectively and work with multidisciplinary teams
Why Should You Join Our Team?
- Work at the intersection of algorithmic trading and regulated European markets (MiFID license)
- Join an international team of highly qualified professionals
- Cutting-edge hardware and technology
- Work remotely from anywhere in the world
- Access any of our global offices anytime
- Flexible schedule
- 40 paid days off
- Competitive salary

Everyone who is passionate about innovations wants to make the world a better place. That is exactly what we are doing at Utorg. While developing innovative fintech products that integrate traditional finance and blockchain technology, we are creating a gateway that unlocks opportunities for users and businesses alike. We are an international team of young and ambitious professionals united by a passion for innovations and a belief in the decentralized world.
Location: Remote
Tech stack: React Native (bare) + Expo modules, Jest, Detox, React Query, Zustand, Redux Toolkit, WalletConnect, Reanimated, Skia, Sentry, Firebase.
Blockchains: EVM-compatible, Bitcoin-family, Tron, Solana, TON.
What you’ll do:
- Evolve our mature non-custodial crypto wallet by adding new capabilities.
- Own the core of the app — send/receive, balances, transaction history, swap/bridge, on-ramp — and lead its product extensions, including the crypto card and IBAN experience: payments, subscriptions, physical card integration, and onboarding additional card providers across new geographies.
- Own features end-to-end — from planning and architectural design to implementation, testing, production monitoring, and iterative improvement based on real user feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to deeply understand user needs, shape product direction, and co-create solutions that deliver tangible value.
- Partner with QA and backend engineers to ensure strong quality control through clear documentation, reproducible testing flows, and knowledge sharing.
- Take part in a shared on-call rotation — roughly one week a month.
- Communicate clearly and proactively by producing technical documentation and guides for internal teams, and occasionally showcase product demos for support and operations.
Who you are:
- Product-driven by nature — most of your time goes into shipping user-facing features and product initiatives, not into open-ended refactoring or tech debt sprints.
- Effective collaborator across cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and responsible - you thrive in small teams, enjoy autonomy, and take full ownership of the development process.
What you will bring:
- Minimum 5+ years of production experience in frontend development, including 3+ years building React Native apps in production (Fintech/Crypto).
- Solid hands-on crypto experience is required — you’ve worked on production products dealing with on-chain transactions, multiple networks, and real user funds. A background in non-custodial wallets is a strong plus.
- Expert in React, React Native, and TypeScript, with solid testing discipline (Jest, Detox) and modern tooling — and you stay close to the React, React Native, and Expo ecosystem, bringing ideas that keep our codebase current.
- Confident working with Git workflows, GitHub Actions, and automated pipelines for production releases.
- Security-conscious — you understand that in a non-custodial wallet, every code path touches real user funds, and you build accordingly.
- Skilled in technical research: evaluating trade-offs, testing hypotheses, and making data-driven architectural decisions.
- Genuinely enjoy automating your own work with AI — not AI for its own sake, but as a way to ship faster and at higher quality. We’re an AI-forward team and want someone excited to push that frontier with us.
- English proficiency at least Upper-Intermediate. Fluent in the Russian language.
What we offer:
- Work fully remote as part of an agile, international team reshaping the future of finance.
- An engineering culture that encourages the adoption of modern tools and development practices, giving engineers real influence over technologies, workflows, and technical decisions.
- Career progression and professional development in a forward-thinking fintech environment.
- Competitive salary range based on individual performance review.
- Transparent feedback and a culture that values ownership, open dialogue, and visible impact.
Recruitment Process

About the company
We're building AI agents for performance marketing.
Plurio is the AI agent for media buying teams running $300K–$15M/month on Google, Meta, and TikTok. It connects to your internal backend data and your ad accounts, automates analysis and optimization, saves 50% of time, and boosts ROAS by 10–30%. Watch a five-minute demo.
Plurio transforms how media buying teams work:
- From manually analyzing dashboards → to the AI agent doing deep data research in minutes.
- From manually adjusting budget → to the agent suggesting optimal split at channel, campaign, and ad-set level.
- From manually killing / scaling / relaunching creatives → to agents autonomously performing those actions in ad platforms, based on full-funnel data.
- From decisions made with gut feeling → to agents optimizing automation rules with historical data and ML models.
Our agents already run $500M+/year in ad spend (see this inside a $20M+/year UA team). Since our public release in March, our customer base has grown 4× in 10–12 weeks.
Our goal — and the mission we'd build together — is the autonomous user acquisition factory that runs 10× better than anything that came before, growing budgets under management to $30B/year.
The Role
Plurio runs on real, production-grade infrastructure. Our stack: .NET microservices on Windows bare-metal servers across multiple regions, Node.js/Python services in Docker on Linux, and MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Redis behind the product. Deploys go out through Azure DevOps CI/CD; monitoring runs on Datadog and Prometheus/Grafana; configuration and automation are handled with Ansible and PowerShell. This is a system that already works — your job is to make it faster, safer, and cheaper, not to build it from zero.
We're looking for an engineer to own and evolve that infrastructure: cut deploy times and add safe rollbacks, push monitoring from "it alerts" to "it tells us what's wrong", harden our backup and disaster-recovery story, plan capacity and optimize cost across regions and providers, and drive the containerization of our Windows-based services. You'll move comfortably across Windows Server (.NET), MS SQL operations, Linux/Docker, and the networking and security layer that ties it all together — and you'll own incidents end-to-end, from response to root cause.
We're a fully remote, radically AI-first team: everyone — DevOps included — works in Cursor and Claude Code on a shared workspace, automating runbooks, scripts, and analysis instead of doing them by hand. If owning real production infrastructure and improving it pragmatically (we pick tools by workload and cost, not by hype) sounds right — read on.
What You'll Do
Reliability & scaling
- Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines: reduce deploy times, add rollback capabilities, implement blue-green or canary deployments.
- Improve monitoring coverage: build SLA-oriented dashboards, reduce alert noise, add synthetic checks.
- Harden backup strategy: automate verification, point-in-time recovery, disaster-recovery runbooks.
- Scale infrastructure: capacity planning, new region provisioning, cost optimization across bare-metal providers.
Modernization
- Evaluate and drive containerization strategy for Windows-based services.
- Improve secrets management.
- Build infrastructure observability.
Day-to-day operations
- Incident response and root-cause analysis.
- SQL Server operations: backups, availability, instance provisioning.
- Networking & security: firewall rules, routing, DNS/FQDN, TLS certificates, VPN management, access control.
You're the Right Person If
Requirements (must have):
- 3+ years in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure roles.
- Strong Windows Server + IIS/Kestrel experience (.NET stack).
- Azure DevOps pipelines (YAML, templates, variable groups, environments).
- MS SQL Server administration (backups, replication).
- PowerShell scripting.
- Docker & Docker Compose (production workloads on Linux).
- Networking fundamentals: iptables/nftables, NAT, VPN, TLS.
- Configuration management: Ansible (playbooks, inventories, roles).
- Monitoring: Datadog, Sentry, or similar; APM.
- Experience and interest in AI-assisted work (we actively use various AI tools and provide team access to premium services).
- Native-level Russian and English at B1+ (working day-to-day communication).
- You work with reliable overlap on US business hours — required. A Latin America (LatAm) timezone is preferred, but it's not critical as long as the overlap works.
- Links to infrastructure code, scripts, or public contributions are highly appreciated.
It'd Be a Plus If
- Proxmox / KVM virtualization.
- Container orchestration experience (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
- Bare-metal hosting experience (OVHcloud, Leaseweb, Hetzner, etc.).
- Experience migrating Windows workloads to containers.
- Terraform or Pulumi for infrastructure as code.
- Cost optimization for hybrid (bare-metal + cloud) setups.
What We DON'T Need
- Setting up CI/CD from zero — it's already running.
- Basic monitoring setup — already in place.
- A dogmatic "cloud or bust" approach — we choose infrastructure pragmatically based on workload and cost.
What You Can Expect
- Competitive compensation — aligned with senior DevOps / SRE experience; specifics discussed individually.
- Remote, US-hours overlap: core team collaboration and incident response run on US time, so reliable overlap on US business hours is a hard requirement. A Latin America timezone is preferred (it makes that overlap easy), but it's not critical.
- Home office setup: we provide a laptop, software, and any other tools necessary for work.
- Professional development: we cover 50% of the costs of relevant educational activities.
- Vacation: annual leave (twice a year for 2 weeks) + holidays.
- Employment: via Deel contract.
- AI-first engineering culture: we use Cursor, Claude, shared AI infrastructure, and premium team access — alongside strong infrastructure craft.
Hiring Process
- Application — CV + short answers (see below). We aim to respond within 48 hours.
- Intro call (People & Operations, ~30 min) — company overview, background, motivation, logistics.
- Technical interview — deep dive on infrastructure, CI/CD, Windows/.NET hosting, MS SQL operations, Linux/Docker, networking & security, with real incident and scaling scenarios.
- Paid trial period — short, real work, paid.
- Offer — if it's a fit, we align on terms and start date.
How to Apply
Fill out the application form — no cover letter, no formalities.

What is it like being a Dwell-er
Feel free to check out Dwelly Core Principles. That’s about what we believe in, how we operate and make decisions.
What we offer is not a fancy office or a static workplace. Instead, this is solving one of worlds’ most complex problems in the largest consumer industry in the world (residential rentals), to improve the experience for >30% of households (>5M in the UK, and >100M including EU and US) that live in rental homes.
This is about disrupting the largest, most antiquated industry in the world, with one of the strongest operational and technical teams that exist in the UK and the EU. We work hard, and we shoot for extremely ambitious results. But we want people to be proud of what they’ve built and be able to look back and say one day “hell yeah, that was me that did it all”.
- Customer obsession rather than competitive focus
- Passion for invention
- Operational excellence
- Long-term thinking

What You’ll Own & Drive
- Production Kubernetes - Operate, scale, and evolve cloud-native infrastructure with a strong bias toward reliability, observability, and automation.
- Infrastructure as Code - Build and maintain Terraform and Helm Charts with real depth, driving consistency and repeatability across environments.
- CI/CD at Scale - Implement and maintain pipelines that are fast, secure, and developer-friendly, shortening the path from merge to deploy.
- Incident Response & Root Cause - Lead incidents when they hit, run blameless post-incident learning, and ship the durable fix - not just the patch.
- Observability That Earns Trust - Improve monitoring and alerting to cut noise, surface real signal, and reduce on-call burnout.
- Pragmatic Security & Compliance - Partner with security to implement controls that hold up to audit without crippling velocity, keeping secrets management, access controls, and network boundaries sane and defensible.
- Developer Experience - Treat operational pain as a bug. Automate, document, and pave the road for the engineers shipping on top of your platform.
- On-Call Ownership - Participate in the team’s weekly 24x7 rotation (handoff Mondays ~11am PT). Respond promptly, escalate cleanly, and own customer-impacting issues through to resolution.
Who You Are
- Production Owner - You don’t need constant direction and don’t wait to be told something is broken. You go look.
- Pragmatic Operator - You’re opinionated but optimize for outcomes, not ideology. You push back when something is unsafe or short-sighted, and concede when you’re wrong.
- Automation Mindset - You document and automate what matters. Tribal knowledge is a bug. Manual runbooks are a smell.
- Clear Communicator - You can explain an outage, a tradeoff, or a risk to engineers, security, and leadership without losing nuance or hiding behind jargon.
- Quiet Reliability - You take pride in the unsexy work: clean rollbacks, sane secrets, quiet alerts, repeatable deploys.
- Engaged Teammate - You show up in team discussions, design reviews, and task refinement. This isn’t a tickets-only seat.
Your Background
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production - not just standing it up.
- Deep familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS strongly preferred).
- Proven depth in Infrastructure as Code - Terraform and Helm Charts are essential, not nice-to-haves.
- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD systems at scale.
- Strong Linux fundamentals and real production debugging skills.
- Comfortable with a weekly 24x7 on-call rotation and the responsiveness it demands.
- Nice to have: Experience operating MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other stateful systems in production.
- Familiarity with security tooling, certificate management, or compliance frameworks.
- Background in SaaS operations or environments with real uptime, security, or regulatory stakes.
- Track record of improving developer experience through tooling and automation.
Tech Stack & Team
Production Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, AWS, CI/CD tooling, Linux, monitoring/observability tooling, security tooling, secrets management, on-call rotation.

- collect data from multiple sources, build aggregates, and ensure data quality;

- proactively monitor metrics: identify anomalies and deviations, suggest new data cuts, perform cohort analysis, identify growth opportunities, and formulate hypotheses;

What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience as a business or data analyst;
- strong knowledge of SQL and Excel;
- active use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude);
- ability to visualize data and work with BI tools;
- experience working with APIs of CRM systems, marketing platforms, and ad platforms is a plus;
- experience in B2B SaaS is a plus;
- strong ownership and proactivity: willingness not only to execute tasks but also to propose hypotheses and research directions;
- experience working with multiple stakeholders and the ability to communicate insights clearly, as well as help define business needs and expectations;

- work from anywhere in the world: no location restrictions, salary paid in USD, travel-loving culture;
- no bureaucracy: efficient processes, horizontal and open communication, quick idea discussion and decision-making;
- benefits compensation: private medical insurance, psychotherapy or language courses, sports activities, and sick leave.
