We are looking for a Trust & Safety Program Manager to join our team.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Execute strategy: Translate strategic direction (set by Head of T&S) into detailed projects, processes, and timelines.
  • Systemise fraud prevention: Build scalable workflows for scam/fake detection, user verification, and abuse handling.
  • Automation & tooling: Evaluate and implement tools/automation (in-house or third-party) for fraud signals, account reviews, and reporting dashboards.
  • Cross-team coordination: Work closely with engineering, product, CS, and compliance teams to embed safety processes without blocking growth.
  • Metrics tracking & reporting: Build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and report progress to leadership.
  • Knowledge transfer: Act as internal subject-matter mentor to raise overall T&S maturity across the company.

We expect from you:

  • Proven track record of designing and scaling T&S processes (fraud queues, case management, confidence thresholds, automated rules, vendor workflows).
  • Project/program management: Strong skills in execution, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Tech literacy: Familiarity with fraud detection tools, scoring systems, or ML/automation frameworks (not as a builder, but as an implementer/operator).
  • Analytical mindset: Ability to define KPIs, run A/B tests, and distinguish between false positives vs genuine risk.

The role involves working with global teams.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Ensure the effectiveness of the personnel within the business unit, ensuring that employees contribute to achieving the company's strategic goals and financial targets.
  • Manage staffing, ensuring the business unit has the right number of people who have successfully completed their probationary period and meet the company's satisfaction.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Generate hypotheses based on analytical data, customer journey maps (CJM), key business metrics, and lifecycle and loyalty metrics.
  • Create business specifications with measured potential business effects.

  • Run the full grant lifecycle: eligibility, grants, vesting, adjustments, terminations/clawbacks, buybacks.
  • Model capitalization scenarios (new pools, fundraises, secondaries, M&A) and quantify dilution & employee impact.
  • Build and automate calculators/templates in Sheets to reduce manual work and errors.
  • Prepare clear, executive-ready reports/decks for C-level and shareholders; explain outcomes in simple terms.
  • Support broader C&B initiatives during off-peak months (KPI frameworks, org design, rewards automation).

We expect from you:

  • 2โ€“3+ full annual LTI cycles end-to-end (phantom/virtual stock preferred; RSU/ESOP acceptable).
  • Cap table ownership: setup, reconciliations, version control; modeling dilution for grants, buybacks/secondaries, new pools, and funding rounds.
  • Equity math fluency: interim & year-end share-price methodology, vesting/cliffs, pro-rata, dividends/bonus in equity, change-in-control scenarios.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: array formulas, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, scenario modeling, data validation & protections; strong bias to automate.
  • Executive communication: turn complex numbers into clear, defensible explanations for C-level/shareholders.
  • Hands-on, detail-driven mindset; you keep the single source of truth immaculate.

What youโ€™ll do

  • Talk to our users to understand their goals and challenges
  • Help customers design and optimize their Metabase implementation
  • Guide customers how to get data from all the various places it lives, transform it into useful shapes, and convert their questions into actual queries that can be executed.
  • Solve complex problems and troubleshoot customer issues
  • Collaborate with our technical communicators to create educational materials for our customers
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to our product and engineering teams and help drive product development

About you

  • Enjoy helping people and solving their problems
  • Strong technical background with 3+ years of experience writing production code, administering systems, and/or managing databases
  • Strong database and SQL skills

An expert in at least two:

  • Designing and developing web applications.
  • Managing infrastructure (Docker, AWS/GCP/etc, or similar)
  • Managing databases

Nice to have

  • Experience with Metabase or other BI tools
  • Experience working for an open source product
  • Fluency in multiple languages (this is helpful as our users are worldwide)
