Job title: Freelance UX/UI Designers
At Superside, we’re building a small, curated network of freelance UX/UI Designers to support our creative teams during peak workloads. We’re looking for designers who can create thoughtful, scalable digital experiences across websites, landing pages, product interfaces, emails, and design systems. You’ll go through a light vetting process so you’re ready to plug into projects with global brands when opportunities open. We keep our roster selective and focus on building long-term creative partnerships. This is not a one-off gig. It’s an opportunity to join a vetted pool of trusted freelance partners supporting enterprise-level creative and product work.

About the company
We are The Reflection, an AI-powered platform designed to master high-stakes business communication through immersive dialogue simulations. We are looking for a Growth & Lead Gen Lead to build our B2B sales engine and scale our presence across Europe and the US.
Growth & Lead Generation Lead (SaaS, AI, Global Market)
What you’ll be doing:
- Full-Cycle Lead Gen: Identify and map out our ICPs, segmenting markets to find where our product fits best.
- Outreach Infrastructure: Set up and manage high-deliverability cold outreach systems (Email/LinkedIn) that actually land in the inbox, not the junk folder.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Craft hyper-personalized, non-robotic outreach sequences that grab attention and spark real conversations.
- LinkedIn Authority: Build a strong personal brand (yours or the founder’s) to drive inbound interest and establish us as thought leaders.
What we expect from you:
- Proven Track Record: You’ve built lead gen funnels for early-stage startups targeting international markets (EU/US) from scratch.
- Tech Stack Savvy: You’re fluent in the modern growth stack (Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, or similar tools) and know how to bridge them for automation.
- Copywriting Mastery: You know how to write short, punchy, and human-sounding emails. You have that marketing intuition—knowing how to stand out in a crowded inbox and finding unconventional angles.
- Ownership Mentality: You care about results—qualified meetings (SQLs) and pipeline growth—not just vanity metrics like "emails sent."
Why join us?
- Base salary + performance bonuses (per booked demo) + commission on closed revenue (Revenue share).
- High autonomy: You’ll have the freedom to test, iterate, and build the strategy you believe in.
How to apply
If you have a track record of driving results (e.g., "Built a channel from scratch, landed X meetings in 3 months with Y-tier companies"), please include your highlights.
If you don’t have a massive portfolio yet but are confident you can execute and want to prove it—reach out anyway. We’re open to discussing potential and drive over rigid past experience.

AI Creative - Copywriter
RemoteFull-time
We're looking for an AI Creative with a sharp copywriting instinct and a genuine passion for the crypto and Web3 space. This is a role for someone who can cut through the complexity of blockchain products, DeFi protocols, and digital assets, and turn them into clear, compelling copy that actually converts.
You'll sit at the intersection of creativity and technology, using AI tools to accelerate and enhance your output, but always leading with craft. Your words will shape how our audience understands and connects with what we build: from long-form editorial and product narratives to punchy social captions and campaign lines.
This isn't a role for someone who hides behind jargon or leans on AI to do the thinking. It's for a creative person who knows their audience, understands the product, and uses every tool available to produce work that's faster, smarter, and better.
Responsibilities:
- Write high-quality copy across formats, from long-form articles, product explainers, and whitepapers to short-form ads, social posts, email campaigns, and landing page headlines.
- Translate complex crypto and Web3 concepts (tokenomics, staking, DeFi, NFTs, and beyond) into clear, engaging language that resonates with both crypto-native audiences and newcomers.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels, adapting tone and register for different contexts and platforms.
- Use AI tools (specifically Claude as business LLM with MCPs and agents built in) to increase content output and quality - while ensuring all copy meets a high human editorial standard before publication.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to craft narratives that support launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives.
- Research and stay ahead of trends in the crypto/Web3 space, ensuring content is timely, accurate, and culturally relevant.
- Support creative concepting for campaigns - contributing ideas, messaging frameworks, and copy directions that go beyond execution.
- Review and edit copy produced by AI tools or other team members, applying a consistent editorial lens.
- Occasionally contribute to image and visual creative briefs, with a working understanding of AI image generation tools.
Requirements:
- Copywriting & Editorial
- Demonstrable experience as a copywriter, content strategist, or creative with a strong portfolio spanning both long and short-form work.
- Exceptional writing skills, clear, purposeful, and adaptable across tone and format.
- An instinct for structure and storytelling: you know how to build a narrative arc and when to strip it back to a single, punchy line.
- Strong editing skills; you can self-edit ruthlessly and improve the work of others without losing their voice.
- Crypto & Web3 Knowledge
- Solid understanding of the crypto and Web3 ecosystem. You can speak fluently about Bitcoin, DeFi, NFTs, tokenomics, and the broader crypto landscape.
- Experience writing about or working within Web3 products or companies, whether at an exchange, protocol, wallet, infrastructure provider, or agency.
- An ability to empathise with both technical and non-technical audiences, and calibrate copy accordingly.
- Awareness of the regulatory and reputational sensitivities in the crypto space, and how to write compliantly without losing impact.
- AI Tools & Workflows
- Hands-on experience using AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) as part of a professional creative workflow — not just casual use.
- Strong prompt engineering skills: you know how to brief an AI effectively and get consistently high-quality outputs.
- A clear editorial framework for knowing when AI-generated content is good enough to use, when it needs significant reworking, and when to start from scratch.
- Familiarity with AI image generation tools is a plus, but not a primary requirement.
- Curiosity about emerging AI creative tools and a willingness to test, iterate, and share what works.
- Ways of Working
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment where priorities can shift and you need to be adaptable.
- Collaborative by nature; you work well with designers, product managers, marketers, and engineers, and can take a brief as well as help define one.
- Proactive and self-directed — you don't wait to be told what to write about, you spot the opportunity and pitch it.
- A genuine interest in the intersection of AI and creativity — and a thoughtful view on where human craft still matters most.
Benefits:
- Learning support - courses, English classes, and conferences (up to 100% reimbursement)
- Unique loyalty program - receive corporate digital miners and earn passive income with no investment
- Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).
- Memorable events with wow prizes - we celebrate big occasions in a big way
- “Employee of the Month” award - we recognize and reward our top performers
- Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year
- New career tracks - real opportunities to grow into expert or top management roles
- Work-life fit - flexible hours and remote work. You don’t need to chase balance - here, work is a part of life, not the opposite. We aim to make work inspiring, not exhausting. For us, results matter most.

Job title: Conceptual Copywriter
Superside is looking for a talented Conceptual Copywriter to ideate and execute impactful creative work across digital campaigns and marketing channels. In this role, you’ll partner with designers, strategists, and performance teams to develop concept-driven copy that delivers both creative impact and measurable results. You will work closely with enterprise-level customers helping translate complex technical ideas into clear, compelling messaging for global audiences. This role is ideal for a writer who enjoys turning strategic insights into powerful creative ideas while crafting high-performing copy across digital platforms.
Senior Frontend Engineer (React / TypeScript)
What you'll do
- Build and own the web app for our monetization and experiments platform.
- Refine and implement complex experiment configuration interfaces (parameter configs, audience segmentation, etc.).
- Build analytics dashboards and data visualizations that turn raw numbers into actionable insights.
- Build platform admin tooling to streamline operations.
- Work closely with Monetization and Business teams to translate requirements and prototypes into intuitive, high-performance UI.
- Shape API contracts together with backend engineers to ensure seamless data flow.
- Own frontend architecture and component design, ensuring a scalable and maintainable codebase.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of commercial frontend development experience.
- Expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, CSS, and HTML - you write clean, type-safe, and performant code.
- Proven track record of building complex, data-rich web applications.
- Solid understanding of state management for non-trivial business logic (Redux, Zustand, React Query, etc.).
- Eye for UI/UX - you care about how things look and feel, not just that they work.
- Experience with charting/data visualization libraries (Recharts, D3, Chart.js, etc.).
- Experience with modern frontend tooling (Vite, Webpack) and CI/CD pipelines.
- High ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to execute independently.
Bonus points
- Experience with experimentation platforms, A/B testing, feature flags, or mobile app monetization.
- Experience building or contributing to design systems.
- Experience building production-grade, custom charting libraries
Why this role might be a great fit
This is a role for someone who wants their work to matter and have real impact. At BlueThrone, you won’t spend weeks discussing button gradients in circles. You’ll ship, iterate, and improve fast.
You’ll fit here if…
- You’re not waiting to be told what to do - you see the usability gap and solve it.
- You care about building clean components, but you care even more about the user's ability to get the job done.
- You’ve shipped real production systems (and dealt with the edge cases of complex data sets).
- You prefer fast decisions, high trust, and a team that expects you to think like an owner.
- You want to build the "brain" of a system that directly supports revenue growth.
If you want to build the frontend for a real monetization engine, not a demo - this is your seat 🎯
