Product Designer

The Open Platform

Design·Full-time

Remote

Your main focus is the Telegram Mini App — the product surface where Mira's features come to life: the AI Content Studio, memory, use-case flows, and how we show people what the agent can actually do.

Alongside that you'll work on landing pages and the visual story around the product, and you'll occasionally help shape the chat mechanics themselves — how Mira responds, asks, and acts.

This is a new kind of product with millions of users already: the interface is part chat, part app, and the rules of good design are still being written. You'll work in close partnership with engineering and product, turning complex AI behavior — memory, personalization, multi-agent coordination — into something that feels effortless and human.

What you'll do

  • Own the design of the Telegram Mini App end-to-end — the core product surface.
  • Design the AI Content Studio and use-case flows: image, video, and written-content creation.
  • Design landing pages and the visual story around the product.
  • Visualize what Mira can do — turn abstract AI capabilities into clear, compelling cases inside the product.
  • Occasionally help shape the chat mechanics: how Mira responds, asks questions, and acts.
  • Turn complex AI mechanics (memory, personalization, private mode) into simple, intuitive interactions.
  • Rapidly explore, prototype, and iterate.
  • Use product analytics, qualitative research, and judgment to guide decisions.
  • Maintain and grow the design system and product quality standards.

Requirements

Basic qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working on consumer products.
  • Shipped meaningful features in mobile or messaging-based products.
  • Strong product thinking — you see the logic, metrics, and edge states behind a mockup.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and fast at getting things to release.
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering.
  • A portfolio that shows both thinking and execution.

Preferred skills and experience

  • Background in AI / agent products, conversational interfaces, or chat-based apps.
  • Experience designing Telegram Mini Apps, or a feel for designing within messaging-surface constraints (bots, native chat patterns).
  • Understanding of how to design for trust and privacy as part of the UX, not a blocker.
  • Fluency with modern design and prototyping tools.

Application questions

  • Portfolio (required)
  • LinkedIn / Telegram
  • What consumer product have you worked on, and at what scale? (users, platforms, your role)
  • Please share the work you're most proud of. In up to 100 words, describe the problem, your solution, and the outcome.

Why it is a fantastic opportunity

  • Our business is growing at an exponential scale.
  • Non-bureaucratic management that focuses on results.
  • Regular performance reviews to assess your progress.
  • Remote setup with access to our hubs in Dubai, Yerevan, London and Belgrade.
  • Compensation for medical expenses.
  • Provision of necessary equipment.
  • Employees get access to the most advanced AI models via mira.tg.
  • 20 working days of paid vacation annually.
  • 11 days off per year.
  • 14 days of paid sick leave to support your health and recovery when needed.
  • Access to internal conferences, English courses and corporate events.

Senior Manager, Player Experience

About You

First off, you're an expert at user research and you care deeply about chess and the people who play it. You know our products well, or you'll dive in hard to get there, and you can't use them without noticing the moments where a real person would get stuck, confused, or quietly give up. You'd rather watch one real player struggle through a flow than read ten dashboards about it. You believe a funnel chart tells you where players drop, but only watching a real human hit that wall tells you why, and makes you care enough to do something about it. You think from first principles, you get curious before you get to solutions, and you have a gift for getting a stranger to tell you what they're actually feeling.

This role exists to make our products serve real people, not just experiment metrics. You are the company's clearest window into the actual human experience of using Chess.com, and your job is to keep that experience honest, felt, and acted upon across the whole organization. You'll work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO and CGO, and it's on you to figure out how to reach into product, design, data, research, and community to drive change. The breadth is the point. You'll stand up and lead the user research function, managing a small, hands-on team directly and extending your reach far wider through the people you influence, not just the ones who report to you.

What you'll do

  • Get inside the experience of real players. Spend real time watching actual players, and people who aren't players yet, use our products. Not the hypothetical user in a planning doc, the real person sitting there delighted or lost. You do this work yourself, and just as importantly you get other leaders and teams doing it too, because nothing replaces seeing it with your own eyes.
  • Close the loop, don't just generate insight. Find the friction, get it to the people who own the surface, and then go back and watch real players hit the improved flow to confirm it actually got better. You're accountable for the outcome, not just the writeup. A complete loop, observe to fix to re-observe to share, becomes the template the rest of the org can copy.
  • Make sure every kind of player has a seat at the table. Cover the full journey, from chess aware and chess curious to chess player, chess improver, and chess community member, so we don't sharpen the experience for one group while quietly breaking it for another. Keep a living roster of real, memorable players across that journey that product and marketing teams can picture, point to, and literally talk to when they need a gut check.
  • Turn signal into action across the company. Synthesize what you see into concrete, undeniable findings and get them in front of the right owners. Pull from every channel, support tickets, app reviews, forums, and social, and connect the dots into themes the company can act on, sharing what's net-new rather than what's already known.
  • Spread the mindset. This is not a solo function. Get leaders, PMs, and anyone who shapes the product to watch real players themselves, because a person who has personally seen a player get stuck makes different decisions forever after. You are the evangelist for player empathy company-wide.
  • Own the experience. You're the company's advocate for the real player. You won't ship the fixes yourself, you partner with the PMs and engineers who do, but you bring findings that are concrete and impossible to ignore and stay on it until the product is genuinely better. How you reach into each team to make that happen is yours to shape.
  • Lead and grow the function. Stand it up and manage a small team directly, turning strategy into clear objectives. This stays a hands-on role, you'll do the research yourself as much as you lead it, not manage from above. Set the bar through your own work, and raise the people around you, your direct team and the wider group you shape through influence.
  • Use AI to move fast. Record and analyze interviews with AI, surface patterns across hundreds of sessions, and build rough prototypes that make a problem, or a fix, tangible. You bring working artifacts into the conversation, not just decks.

Preferred Skills

  • A track record of changing products through deep user understanding. Whether over many years or a few high-impact ones, you've done user research, product discovery, or design work that actually changed what got built. We care more about judgment and hunger than years on a resume.
  • A bias for watching over assuming. You'd rather sit with one real user for an hour than debate in a conference room, and you know how to keep an interview low-pressure so people behave like they normally would.
  • AI-native. You already use AI daily to analyze research, find patterns, and prototype. Working artifacts are how you think, not an afterthought.
  • First-principles thinker with real empathy. You want to understand why before jumping to solutions, and you can get a stranger to open up about what they're genuinely feeling without leading them there.
  • High-velocity, work-out-loud communicator. You operate primarily in writing across many time zones, and you can move from a detailed friction point in one thread to an exec-level takeaway in the next without becoming a bottleneck.
  • Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative signal. You can read a funnel to know where to look, then go find out why. You don't need to be a data scientist, but you respect the numbers and build on them.
  • A builder of influence across the whole company. You create alignment by making the player's experience impossible to ignore, and you find your own ways into the functions where you can drive the most change.
  • You've managed or closely mentored a small team, or you're ready to step into it. You lead by setting the bar with your own work, not just directing others.
  • You love chess and care deeply about our mission, and about players at every level, from a confused first- timer to a serious improver to a die-hard community member. If you're light on Chess.com specifically, you make up for it by diving in hard before you ever walk in the door: using the app thoroughly, forming sharp opinions, and interviewing your own network.

About the Opportunity

  • We are 100% remote (work from anywhere!)
  • US time zone overlap. Most of this role's key stakeholders are across the US. While we are flexible with your location, we would require clear and substantial overlap with both Eastern and Pacific hours.

Plurio

About the company

Plurio is the AI agent for media buying teams running $300K–$15M/month on Google, Meta, and TikTok. It connects to your internal backend data and your ad accounts, automates analysis and optimization, saves 50% of time, and boosts ROAS by 10–30%. Watch a five-minute demo.

Plurio transforms how media buying teams work:

  • From manually analyzing dashboards → to the AI agent doing deep data research in minutes.
  • From manually adjusting budget → to the agent suggesting optimal split at channel, campaign, and ad-set level.
  • From manually killing / scaling / relaunching creatives → to agents autonomously performing those actions in ad platforms, based on full-funnel data.
  • From decisions made with gut feeling → to agents optimizing automation rules with historical data and ML models.

Our agents already run $500M+/year in ad spend (see this inside a $20M+/year UA team). Since our public release in March, our customer base has grown 4× in 10–12 weeks.

Our goal — and the mission we'd build together — is the autonomous user acquisition factory that runs 10× better than anything that came before, growing budgets under management to $30B/year.

The Role

We build AI that does performance-marketing work. To do that, the AI — and the humans steering it — need a rock-solid analytical foundation: clean attribution, end-to-end funnel visibility, and a real understanding of how money actually moves across Meta, Google, and the rest of the stack.

That foundation is what this role owns. You're the person who can look at messy cross-channel data and say not "CTR dropped" but "here's why the unit economics don't work and what to do about it." You understand attribution from the inside — first touch vs. last touch, multi-touch paths, custom windows, LTV-driven optimization for funnels where the purchase doesn't happen on day one.

But we're not hiring a classic analyst who lives in spreadsheets. Industry analysts spend 60–70% of their time preparing data and only the rest analyzing it. We invert that. You'll use AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to build the workflows, queries, and automations that kill the grunt work — so your time goes to judgment, not janitorial data prep. You write SQL like a native language, and you teach an AI agent to write it for you and check its work.

If owning marketing analytics + attribution and building AI-driven analytical workflows sounds like your kind of problem — read on.

What You'll Own

  • Marketing attribution & measurement
Own how we model attribution and measure performance across channels — first/last/multi-touch, custom windows, cross-channel paths, LTV-driven logic for complex funnels. Make the numbers trustworthy and explainable.
  • Cross-channel & funnel analysis
Connect paid media, on-site behavior, CRM, and backend revenue into one end-to-end view. Diagnose where the funnel leaks and why the unit economics do or don't work — at a business level, not just a metrics level.
  • Paid-channel analytics (Meta & Google)
Read these platforms like an operator: how the auction behaves, where spend hides, why CPA spikes, what the data is really telling you. Turn that into reallocation and optimization decisions.
  • AI-driven analytical workflows
Build the workflows, queries, and automations that do the heavy lifting — using AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to generate, refactor, and validate SQL and analysis. Design repeatable pipelines, not one-off pulls. You're as much a workflow builder as an analyst.
  • Dashboards & insight delivery
Build clear, accessible dashboards and reporting (Power BI / Looker / Tableau-class) that make insight usable by the team and clients. Pair real-time anomaly detection with sane evaluation windows (7–14 days) so decisions are signal, not noise.
  • Working with the product
Your analytical models and attribution logic feed the AI agent itself. Partner with product, data, and engineering on what "correct" looks like — so the product reasons about marketing the way a great analyst would.

You're the Right Person If

Requirements:

  • — Excellent SQL. This is non-negotiable — you write complex queries fluently, reason about data models, and can debug and optimize what an AI agent generates for you.
  • — Proven experience in marketing analytics and marketing in general — required. You've worked with attribution, cross-channel / end-to-end analytics, and the management and analysis of Meta and Google Ads. You understand performance marketing and web funnels from the inside, not from a course.
  • — Hands-on experience with AI coding agents — Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or equivalent — and a track record of building workflows and automations with them, not just chatting with a model.
  • — You think in systems: repeatable pipelines and automated analysis, not manual one-off pulls.
  • — Proficiency with version control, particularly Git — you version your queries, workflows, and analysis like an engineer, not in scattered files.
  • — Strong communication — you translate data into decisions a marketer or founder can act on.
  • — Professional-level English (our clients are in the US market) and reliable overlap with US business hours.

It'd Be a Plus If

  • Python for analysis and data manipulation beyond SQL.
  • Experience with dbt, modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake), or ETL/pipeline work.
  • Hands-on with web/measurement tooling — GA4, GTM, server-side tracking, consent — and where attribution actually breaks in production.
  • Experience in segments with complex funnels and LTV-driven models (EdTech, FinTech, Consumer Apps, B2C SaaS, Healthcare, Home Services).
  • A track record of owning projects independently — you take a problem, run it to a result, and stand behind the outcome, with minimal hand-holding.
  • Public samples we can read — SQL, dashboards, an agent workflow you built, a write-up.

Red Flags

  • "I make dashboards" without understanding the marketing or the attribution underneath.
  • SQL only through a BI tool's drag-and-drop — can't write or debug a real query.
  • Uses AI agents only as a chat box, never built a workflow or automation with one.
  • Marketing-analytics theory with no hands-on Meta / Google Ads experience.

What You Can Expect

  • Competitive compensation — aligned with senior marketing-analytics experience; specifics discussed individually.
  • AI-first culture, for real — the whole company works in Cursor with a shared workspace and premium team access to AI tools. You'll have the best agentic tooling in the industry and a team that expects you to use it.
  • Maximum impact — your attribution models and analysis directly shape both client outcomes and the AI product itself. Not a corporation where insight drowns in bureaucracy.
  • Remote — work from anywhere with reliable US-hours overlap.

Hiring Process

  • Application — CV + short answers (see below). We aim to respond within 48 hours.
  • Intro call (People & Operations, ~30 min) — company overview, background, motivation, logistics.
  • Technical interview — deep dive on SQL, marketing attribution / cross-channel analytics, and Meta / Google Ads analysis on real scenarios; how you'd build an analytical workflow with an AI agent.
  • Final conversation — culture, ways of working, team fit.
  • Paid trial period — short, real work, paid.
  • Offer — if it's a fit, we align on terms and start date.

How to Apply

Fill out the application form — no cover letter, no formalities. We value specifics.

Senior Manager, Data Science

What you'll do

  • Own high-impact data science work across product data science and fair play. Create and build novel algorithms, models, and data-powered features that directly shape the chess experience for our users, from systems that protect the integrity of the game to features that make Chess.com more engaging and useful for players at every level.
  • Partner across the company on product vision and execution. Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and writers to translate new stats and algorithms into decisions that power our next generation of features.
  • Design and deploy creative heuristics, algorithms, and models that identify cheating at scale using the full depth of your statistical and data science toolkit. Raise the quality and sophistication of our approaches over time.
  • Manage a lean team of data scientists. Turn strategy into clear team objectives and results, not just execute direction from leadership. Set the quality bar through your own work and give feedback that inspires teammates to do great work, not just fix the issues of the day. Help data scientists grow into scientists who can operate with more speed and independence over time.
  • Communicate early and often. In a fully remote culture, proactive communication is how work actually gets done. Surface blockers before they become problems, keep stakeholders informed without being asked, and make sure your team is never left wondering where things stand.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of data science experience, with a demonstrated track record of developing algorithms and models, contributing to features that shipped, and driving real value for users.
  • Strong Python and SQL skills; experience building and working within data pipelines using BigQuery and GCP or similar cloud databases & storage at scale.
  • Comfortable with agentic workflows and tools (Cursor, Claude Code or similar) to accelerate research ideation and execution.
  • Solid machine learning fundamentals with enough depth to contribute meaningfully to models across the chess data stack, including anomaly detection for fair play and features that support learning and understanding chess at varying rating levels.
  • Proven ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical peers and senior non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing or meaningfully mentoring other data scientists or analysts.
  • Deep familiarity with chess: you like to play, have thought about rating systems and how inflation may impact ratings at scale, want to build products that you would use yourself to further your chess journey, and have done some thinking on the cheating problem and how to detect it.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience on a consumer gaming or entertainment platform where domain-specific data science is at the core of the product.
  • Comfort working in lean, high-ownership team environments where being proactive is your superpower.

About the Opportunity

About Plurio

Plurio is an AI agent for performance marketing teams. We're not another dashboard or analytics tool — we're building AI that actually does the work: analyzes campaigns, spots problems, reallocates budgets, and explains what's happening in plain language.

We've raised $4.5M total, with the most recent $3.5M announced in March 2026. We work with marketing teams spending $100K–$5M/month on paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) — companies with complex funnels, long conversion chains, subscription and repeat-purchase models, and LTV-driven optimization (think EdTech, FinTech, Consumer Apps, Healthcare, Home Services).

The team is 30+ people, fully remote, and radically AI-first — everyone works in Cursor with a shared workspace. We don't just sell AI; we run on it.

Why This Role Exists

Plurio's product is built on a backend that has to do two hard things at once: serve fast, reliable APIs to a live SaaS product and crunch large analytical datasets that drive marketing attribution, reports, and the AI agent layer on top.

We're growing the team that builds and evolves those backend services — C# microservices on top of MS SQL Server. We need engineers who move comfortably between application code (ASP.NET Core, EF Core, async paths, integrations) and the database (T-SQL, schema, indexes, query plans), and who can ship features end-to-end without dropping quality at the boundary between the two.

If shipping solid C# and owning the SQL behind it sounds right — read on.

What You'll Own

  • Backend feature development
Build and extend microservices in ASP.NET Core that power our marketing analytics engine — APIs, business logic, integrations with ad platforms and downstream consumers.
  • Database work
Design and evolve schemas, T-SQL, indexes, and queries that support attribution reports and analytical workloads. Read query plans, find regressions, and tune with measurable before/after.
  • Performance and scale
Drive optimization across the stack — both in C# (async paths, ORM tuning, batching, caching) and SQL (indexes, statistics, plan stability). Help the platform stay fast as data volume grows.
  • Architecture and clean engineering
Apply SOLID and design patterns where they earn their keep; keep services small, contracts clear, and migrations safe in a live system.
  • Quality and operations
Code review, incident analysis, CI/CD with Azure DevOps, Git the way the team does it. AI-assisted coding is part of how we work — we actively use various AI tools (Cursor, Copilot-class tools, and more) and provide team access to premium services; use them where they improve quality and speed, not as a substitute for judgment.
  • Collaboration with engineering
Partner with product, data, and AI engineering on data model and service boundaries: migrations, backward compatibility, clear contracts between app and database.

You're the Right Person If

Requirements:

  • A minimum of four years of hands-on experience in MS SQL and C# development is required.
  • Solid knowledge and application of design patterns and SOLID principles.
  • Experience working with Entity Framework Core (or another production ORM in C#).
  • Proven proficiency in web development, specifically in ASP.NET Core.
  • Experience and interest in AI-assisted coding (we actively use various AI tools and provide team access to premium services).
  • Proficiency in using version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Intermediate+ English language skills and native-level Russian.
  • You live and work in an Americas (US) timezone with reliable overlap on US business hours — required.
  • Providing code examples hosted on Git or other repositories is highly appreciated.

It'd Be a Plus If

  • Advanced experience with MS SQL performance tuning (query plans, indexing strategy, columnstore, partitioning).
  • Production experience with RabbitMQ, Docker, observability (Grafana, Prometheus), or Azure DevOps.
  • Blazor experience.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution concepts — helpful context; C# and SQL skills come first.
  • Public C# or SQL samples on GitHub/GitLab we can read.

What You Can Expect

  • Competitive compensation — aligned with senior backend / SQL experience; specifics discussed individually.
  • Remote, Americas timezone: you must be in an Americas (US) timezone and work US business hours. Nearly all clients and core team collaboration run on US time — timezone overlap is a hard requirement.
  • Home office setup: we provide a laptop, software, and any other tools necessary for work.
  • Professional development: we cover 50% of the costs of relevant educational activities.
  • Vacation: annual leave (twice a year for 2 weeks) + holidays.
  • Employment: via Deel contract.
  • AI-first engineering culture: we use Cursor, Claude, shared AI infrastructure, and premium team access for coding assistance — alongside strong C# and SQL craft.

Hiring Process

  • Application — CV + short answers (see below). We aim to respond within 48 hours.
  • Intro call (People & Operations, ~30 min) — company overview, background, motivation, logistics.
  • Technical interview — deep dive on C# / ASP.NET Core / EF Core and MS SQL Server (schema, T-SQL, query plans, real scenarios at the app↔DB boundary).
  • Final conversation — culture, ways of working, team fit; may include an additional technical touchpoint if needed.
  • Paid trial period — short, real work, paid.
  • Offer — if it's a fit, we align on terms and start date.
